Bad experience.freezed myonise. Chicken quality was very bad. Staff were not bothered about it while complianing.

Got very bad experince from the team. The food was not good. The chicken where not fried properly.

The worst customer service I have ever attended in my life I have ordered to Zomato but they don't even get the order after 1 hour this is the kind of system la I keeping there to collect the orders I don't know how to explain my situation

First of all the chicking is placed inside gold souk mall, mall is like a garage, atmosphere is worst outside the chicking. Food is tasty and they didn't give the bill.

One of the worst restaurants you can be at Kochi in terms of customer service and atmosphere. The staff have a don't care attitude towards any requests put forward by the customers and don't even provide a bill for purchases. The manager acts as if he is doing the customer some favour by attending to them

Delicious fried chicken. No rush in Gold Zouk. Bcoz no other companies are opened other than chicking and kfc

Crispy chicken fried fresh and mildly spicy. French fries were seasoned well and freshly fried too. I ordered it on a Sunday evening around 7: 00pm.

Really bad service.i ordered at 8.00 pm but they won't deliverd till 10.30 pm.very irresponsible service.plz don't order from here.and still the status showed as order delivered.very very poor service.
