There are a lot of bad things that include:
#said it would take 15 mins but when we got back after eating icecream nearby which took 45 mins and we had to wait another 30 mins which was a waste of time.
#the food is ok but not good
#staffs were really lazy and was walking around
#place is not good

Staff behaviour is not professional. The place is not maintained properly. It smells bad as soon as we enter. Staffs are tacky lazy to take order. They are totally in their world enjoying their time, not paying attention to customer.

Best place for chicken items and others.
Better than KFC in quality and quantity and even best rates.
But lots of flies. They have kept a fly trap but as it is near the counter, it's a waste. Hygiene is very poor

The Chicking Shathamangalm is not hygienic and is full of flys. It's disturbing us when we eat the food and the restaurant is not cleaned well

I had a really disappointing experience at Chicking in Sasthamangalam, Trivandrum. I visited their establishment hoping to enjoy a delicious meal with a refreshing Coke to accompany it. However, to my disappointment, they did not provide me with any Coke for drinking.

It is extremely disappointing when a restaurant fails to uphold basic customer expectations. In my opinion, a food joint like Chicking should prioritize customer satisfaction, and that includes providing the beverages customers desire. The lack of Coke not only left me feeling unsatisfied, but it also gave me the impression that they do not value their customers' preferences.

Not bad actually! The Wednesday offers also not a big deal actually!
Normal things if you are comparing with KFC! More quantity with reasonable amount!
But we can’t compare with the taste of KFC! Those flavors completely difference!

I bought from chicking for 1046ruppes and it was a home delivery and the food was so cold like it was taken from fridge.

I went to the counter for ordering and they asked me to wait in my seat and the staff would come to take orders, I waited and nobody cared. The staff behave like they own the place.
