Chicking Aluva

Nowadays Chicking service is pery poor staff won't take the orders correctly and best part is they won't serve the food we orders for they just serve whatever comes into their mind. I visited the store on 30/09/2023. I almost waited for 1 hour to get my food served. They didn't actually serve the food I asked for so even after 1 hour I again waited for another half and hour to get my correct order. Staff in the shop is so irresponsible. Please don't visit shop located in Pulinjod Aluva. Quality of the grilled chicken served is so poor.

Nice experience. Good service and cooperative staffs.play area for kids. Neat washrooms.other that delay for the food items rest are fine

Don't go there, they are very irresponsible, poor quality of food and it's not hot too, service also very bad we got dip too last.

Good atmosphere. But their AC is not working properly, feels like sitting in a oven. When I visited before 4 months the situation was same. The manager told us that they are not providing needy to maintain AC

Quite pricy and very less options. Received an incorrect order but they refused to exchange the same.

Bad smell inside the shop, very bad service, staff was rude and not even minding the customer, even after our parcel was ready no one told me that its ready, atleast they can give a small smile to the customer, but nothing, again i will never visit aluva chicking near pulinchode jn.

The food which is served was very poor not that much quality food. Also the customer service was very disappointing. Now one is there for customer service they all are busy with there own business. We had a raised a feed back from our end but the response was poor.

It was really disappointing experience i have ever recived. No one is care about the customer service. Food also it was not really good. I was a regular customer in chicking after this i don't wish to recommend to my family and friends as well.

One of the worst restaurant experiences, consecutively for the third time within a month.

1) Chicking boasts of combo offers, but whenever we try to order a combo, staff says some item of combo is missing (giving silly excuses like bun is not available). Forcing customers to order each item of combo at much higher price. Feels cheated every single time.

2) When we try to order anything from counter, counter staff says someone will come to take order from table, but nobody comes until we complain several times.

3) Evenafter ordering, food is served soooo late.

I am writing this review sitting in chicking after waiting for more than 40 mins for my order.

They dont deserve one star, un professional staff, takes more money pays little quantity that too the number magic they fill with wings and not eatable parts like wings, n neck, etc, do not recommend at all. Promo offers just fake play. Required corrective measures from the concerned

No at all satisfied. Ordered for parcel, no dip were provided with the pack, not even sauce.and even the quantity is also less

Im not complaining about the branch.but im mentioning the staff cordination.i visited the showroom anout 1.30 pm.just only 2 customers there.i waited for 30 minutes above.i asked them about my order.then only the staff realized that i given that order 30 mints above.what a service.i noticed that, there were more than 4 customers who reached after me, got served.first time experience.one person's fault.but bad experience

Poor experience. All things displayed in menu card was not available. And the place is looking like old room. And if u order 6 piece of fried chicken, they will categories the pieces into 2 big, 2 medium and 2small. But the price for every pieces are same. I didn't understand the logic behind that. Worst experience ever.

Omg! Soooooo long it too and I ordered only a burger. Plus. A Pepsi and a sprite are different charged so couldn't even change.

I rarely rate 1 STAR to a restaurant or any food spots. The experience from Chicking Aluva via Zomato was terrible.

I ordered a pizza Margherita. I got the order at right time but there was no taste and authenticity. Dint find right ingredients and pizza base was not properly cooked.

Tasty and delicious. Favourable price. Hygienic kitchen. Huge dinning space. Good and best timely service. Parking space available.

It is a good facility, which is similar to KFC and other such outlets. Near Aluva market and to reach it, one has to take the service road. Parking is not there but can park car by the road side. Tables are there for dining and take away facility is also available.

Worst employees and delaying order's, manager don't know what to do with employees. Terrible experience.

Service is so poor. Those boys don't look at the customers even once. Chicken was half cooked.

Pretty priced meals, very affordable on weekdays almost 90% of the time fried chicken is very good, place kept very clean and maintained, seating available for around 50 people, gotta get the coleslaw with the fried chicken and chicken strips are pretty good too, the flamin bbq chicken legs are also pretty good but i reckon it wont be apetising for all as its kinda spicy, bun is served with most bucket meals, i still think bun and fried chicken dont make a lot of sense, the sandwiches and burger options are mediocre when compared to true burger outlets but for a fried chicken joint definitely good. Id wish it was a little bit bigger for the price.
