Mr manoj is too good at his job. Rooms were impecable n clean.good view However hotel is situated at a height. Difficult to climb for sr citizen. No room service in room. Since there is no lift difficult for sr citizen or those with disabilities.

The place location is awesome, quite and peaceful. The ambience is so good that we planned to stay one day more at the palace. The manager Manoj ji is so helpful that he guided and took us to the beautiful hidden locations of Munnar which would have been nearly impossible for us to find. Moreover, he also took our beautiful pictures. All the staff members behaviour and service was good. The palace is neat and clean. Its good for family as well as couple to stay. I would strongly recommend tourists to stay at this place if you are visiting Munnar because you will not only get a good place but also good guide for local sites. Thanks to the whole team for such a pleasant stay

Location is very bad never prefer for couples nd girls.rooms is very small nd bad too nd bath towel is very tirty.nd service is below standard.

This is an amazing home stay. I felt like going back in time by the stone carved walls and the food was really delicious felt like home. Manoj the caretaker is an amazing host he ensures that guest feels like home. Views are scenics and cost is afforded. Honestly I will stay back here when I will visit munnar again

In my opinion, it's the most fabulous property to be in. Just one heads up. It's a bit low on altitude in comparison to Munnar town. As a result there's approximately 5 to 10 degrees drop in temperature Munnar town. Having said that, I am definitely going to stay here again and again. The host is absolutely sweet. The breakfast was just mind-blowing. The rooms are spacious and absolutely clean.

I visited Chithirapuram Palace last week. We booked it offline through call from the Manager itself Mr. Manoj. I must say this place will give you a mesmerizing experience. This place has amazing interriors and outdoor seating arrangement. You will feel like you are staying at some lavish place with the minimum price. Food is amazing both veg and non-veg. Staff are so humble and helpful that you can't resist yourself from the top. We had a wonderful breakfast and dinner there within a common dinning area. I would like to thank the manager Mr Manoj who has received us from the car parking and has come to say goodbye to the car. One of the best iever had in my life. Plus Mr. Manoj has helped me to find my wallet which I lost at Jatayu Earth centre through his contact. Thank you for the hospitality.

Chithirapuram palace, about 8km away from Munnar town is a calm and peaceful place for a short getaway from our busy lives. A great place to have some good family time. Beautifully designed and well maintained place with very welcoming staff.

It was a beautiful location and we'll maintained home stay with a small garden. Service was exceptional by all the staff.

Location: Good secluded places and the view is really good from here. But it's 1-2 kms before the picturesque tea gardens of Munnar so you don't get that view from here.

Rooms: It was decent, cleaned, spacious, with attached balcony. No issues wrt room

Overall property: pretty well maintained, and one actually gets a vibe of a palace. There are just 9 rooms here which gives more of a b&b vibe than a hotel.

Food: Food was average and the breakfast was limited which is understandable as it has limited rooms.

This is a nice cute and cozy place. Manoj, who manages the place has been so friendly, made us feel comfortable and took care of us very well throughout the stay. Staffs here are kind and courteous. Overall we had a pleasant stay throughout.

This space is a lil heaven to spend quality time within the surrounding mountains and decorated with tea garden all over. The property has only few rooms which makes a homely space rather than usual hotel, food is prepared according to your choice (though limited options) full marks for the manager who takes great care of all guests.

Cons: it has only queen size bed which may not be comfortable for a family of 3

This is an awesome place for a relaxing vacation. Great people with great hospitality, particularly Manoj. One can reach out to him for any help and he will go out of his way to help. Views and ambiance is very good. Overall, it is value for money. I was travelling with senior citizens and the hotel staff ensured their comfort at all times.

Best and Peaceful stay. We stayed at This property for around 2 days booked 3 rooms and I would highly recommend the best hospitality, food and nature around. It's too safe for family and couples.
The manager Ganesh is too friendly and always there to help you.

Nice and pleasant stay. Stayed here for one day. If you want to stay at secluded place, away from city noise and in the midst of nature, visit this property. Staff are very cooperative and they helped in arranging the taxi for site seeing. Kitchen is available at the resort, so you can order food according to your choice.

A wonderful small resort on the outskirts of the Munnar town in Kerala. The service and the food was excellent.

Wow! What a wonderful stay at Chithirapuram Palace. I never thought we could get a place like that. It was beautiful and it feels like home. Food was good, amazing hospitality, Mr. Manoj helped us in every way possible. I would highly recommend this place because I have never stayed in a place like that. 5 Star

Selvaraj and Joel at the hotel made the stay comfortable. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend it. You need to get your car or cab to reach the place as it is not accessible by public transport. Yes lastly Manoj was very helpful in all aspects right from time of booking till ensuring seemles checkout.

To be honest everything was great. The room, surroundings, staffs, food, service everything.
We went there after a long trip and we blocked the room via phone and informed that we will only reach at night then also the manager contacted us for enquiring about the food for the night they even asked if we need anything extra for our baby. And we got there around 10: 30 and the staffs were waiting for us. They were very friendly and the service is great. The food there is delicious, fresh and healthy. We stayed here for three nights. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The entire property is decorated with beautiful plants. The manager, Mr Manoj was extremely helpful. So were the other staffs. Would highly recommend for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Manoj who is managing the place is extremely hospitable and always ready to help. He goes to great lengths to make us feel comfortable.

Royal experience with wonderful customer care. You have many indoor and outdoor games for children and also for adult. Beautiful location and perfect ambience. The events organized by chithra puram palace are at its best. I almost visited most of their resorts in South, I particularly enjoyed this tour to a great extent. Staffs are very helpful. The dining area was so neat and clean. I am very grateful to each one of them for making our holiday a memorable one.

They charge for used bed spreads washing, after a long discussion they stopped quarelling. Before we book the place when we enquired they said it's only 6 km from city centre but it's around 12 km from the centre.

My friends n myself with our kids had a wonderful time staying at this place. Felt at home n really relaxed, the food was also very nice. The kids had blast during the camp fire. We are sure to book into the same place next time when we come. Thank you Mr. Manoj, Selvraj and all other staff.

We were a group of 12 and had booked the whole property for 1 night. All the staff were very courteous and were always ready to serve us at any time. Especially the manager Mr. Manoj is a very friendly guy. The location is a bit away from the town which means the place is very calm which is nice but on the flipside there are no good restaurants nearby. They have an in-house kitchen with limited options and will prepare you food if you order in advance. But mind you the rates are exorbitant in comparison to restaurants in town. You can get same quality food for a little over half price if you are ready to venture out a few kms for it. Our dinner bill came to around 40% of the property rent for 1 night.
