Nice. The lady at reception Kashmira was polite, well behaved, Civilized. She kept up the appointment. Waiting area was good. Air-conditioning was OK though could have been colder considering the 40 temperature outside. I have practiced as a post graduate level Doctor in England and Australia for a decade plus have driven through the US from the West to East coast. YesuDas Sir's Son has been successful in trying to give an American flavour to the area. I liked the place. Certainly me and my Son would visit the place every month. Good. Civilized. No 1 Hair dressers in whole of Kochi.

I got my 11 months old baby for a haircut, it was done by Shanavas, he was so gentle and patient with the child. Even though my baby was not sitting still and crying inconsolably. I have to say he managed to do a good job. The place is also very aesthetically done up.

Great service! That's what you'll be paying for over here. This is a premium brand so definitely the prices are a little on the higher side.
However, unlike other premium brands like Tony and Guy this is actually worth it. Highly recommended!

Managed to get a walk in hair cut and beard trim. Very satisfied with the results. Service was very professional and they provided exceptional consultation. Don't be in a hurry if you go there.

Did a cut and beard dressing on 15 Dec 22. Hair cut is 1000 plus tax and beard dressing is 800 plus tax. Since I did them together, they charged 1500 plus tax which came to 1770/-
He did a decent job with the haircut but not worth paying that kind of money. There are plenty of salons in Kochi who can do the same or slightly better job for 450-600 range. Did a good job with beard overall, gave me the exact shape I asked for, a full square beard is not easy. But the left side of my moustache was cut shorter than the right side, not visible unless you hold them both sides. I have some hair on my ear lobes, he trimmed it off from the left ear and forgot about the right, I didn’t really notice until I got home, maybe the warm towel on the face (felt amazing by the way) made me a little sleepy. Matters especially when I sat in my office for another 3 hours after the experience (that would have been a sight, hair coming out of just the one ear lols).

Overall, not worth the money. When you pay double and more than average for the services, you don’t expect such sloppiness. I’d recommend tony and guy essentuals (kakkanad as well as KK road) for a better job with haircut, at a cheaper price. Mirror magic and Studio Revive can do the same job (haircut) at much lesser cost. If somebody can recommend me a good barber for the beard in kochi, I’d be very grateful. Most of them who do a very good job with haircut, suck at working on a beard.
Another thing I want to add is about how these salons show your different hairstyles. They showed me a lot of styles in their tab, all are extremely handsome dudes who can pull off almost any style! I don’t expect me to look like them if I get a similar cut. I’d want my barber to look at my head and face, size and shape of it, and recommend what will suit me. And if I want something that doesn’t suit me much, how can he manage it with whatever necessary tweaks or just tell me it doesn’t work. I’d pay 1770 for that every month or 40-45 days. A wonderful combination of ambience, music, and professional hair stylists. I have been to this place a couple of times and on both occasions was thoroughly pleased with the hair style. What also struck me was that the place is never crowded; this is by design and ensures that the hair stylists are not in a rush to move on.

Have been coming here for over 6 months now. Staff is very friendly and skilled. Appointments always kept and on time. Also the vibe of the place in general is just great and relaxing. Would recommend.

Thoroughly professional and a place you must visit if you want to get pampered. Although bit on the expensive side you would not mind the kind of pampering and indulgence once in a while. The decor is mind boggling and with a eclectic mix of retro music to unwind yourself. Highly recommended

Having seen Brooklyn brick style barbershops from Hollywood movies and series since a young age, it was an amazing moment for me to walk into this barber shop. From the manager to the barbers, every one of them is pleasing, warm and professional to the utmost. Every cut and flick feels calculated, precise and clean which is mostly a hit or miss in other establishments in Kochi. The famous Indian hair massage is also available in the most refined and polished way possible with the effect of it too surreal to easily describe with words.

The interiors are definitely reminiscent of those vintage shops from the US, and the ambience is warm and hygienic. Will definitely be going back again for sure, to once again experience the premium and cozy experience of being pampered.

Just the barber I've been waiting for. I have had the issue of crown balding and no barber so far could give me a proper solution for that and bang, my crown balding is no longer visible with a stunning hairstyle these guys pulled. It's luxury, cult n absolute comfort.
The barber worked on me knew the job, perfect! Also a quick massage and hot towel application makes it complete.

I went to chopshop for the haircut of my husband. Nawab was the stylist and my husband is so happy with the service. The haircut was perfect and the detailing was bang on! Everybody follows Covid protocol and sanitizes the chairs and instruments after each customer. Even the staff sanitizes themselves which is a very good habit to follow.

It was just exquisite ladies and gentlemen. You want luxury and you'll get exactly just that. Aami and Prabhath make a great support team for Chop Shop as well as the customer. Irfan, the man on the job did a wonderful piece of work too. Well, I'll go to Chop Shop when I am in town next time and I recommend this shop to all you guys.

Neat and clean barber shop. Very curtious staff. Good barber who follows the Carona precautions. Satisfied with the haircut. A little expensive. I visited the saloon today and took a haircut, and they have further raised their prices and instead of 750/ they charged me 944 for a haircut. Sorry the place does not fit my budget, too expensive, all in the name of GST. This amounts to cheating.

It was my first time getting a hair cut and beard trim at Chop Shop and it won't be the last. My barber Mr Shamsheer was extremely polite, kind and professional. I wish I would have found Chop Shop earlier. We had a nice conversation during the hair cut. These days you have places that almost operate like a factory. They just want to get you in and out. With COVID, I can sort of understand that. But I did not have that feeling at Chop Shop. I was what mattered to Chop Shop during that particular time. I will give a 5 - star rating and would definitely recommend it. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

Just thought of trying this premium barber shop chain based of US in our very own Kochi today. Had s nice experience, they have well trained barbers and nice ambience too. Irfan who was my hair stylist did a awesome job.

I highly doubt if any other salon in Ernakulam could provide an experience like Chop Shop.

More than the relaxed ambience that the impeccably designed interiors provided, it was the quality of service that impressed me. Mr Irfan, to whom I was assigned, was extremely professional and friendly (I can confidently say that it was the first time I did not let out an internal cry for help while getting a hair cut!).

Not to mention Ms Aami's wonderful hospitality.

After the lockdown today I got the opportunity to visit the best hairstylist in the town. The experience was really good. Mr. Ansari suggested a style based on my requirement and the outcome is really good.

I walked in with great expectations but poor quality of workmanship hurt me, The hair stylist injured my thump by squeezing hardly also got burning sensation in face after facial.
I couldn't sleep last night because of swelling and sever pain in my thump. I am consulting doctor today to treat my injury. Mr Irfan was the stylist.
This sort of cheating shouldn't be encouraged
They have given false claim of International trained stylist they don't have any Knowlege of massaging, Still they try this sort of things and get the costumer injured.
I am going to sue them legally.

The place is neat, safe and extremely professional. The person who attended to me Shamsher was very professional, showed me options and meticulously sanitised all the equipment's, organised all his requirements neatly before starting to cut my hair. Overall a global experience at an Indian price.
