Customer cheating
We had purchased a pair of earnings form chungath jewelry. After one week that earings thread got damage. And we went to the shop and showed this earnings. They said that we need to exchange that product.
What does it means? Customers Service was very very bad and we are not satisfied with this service

Nice collection of stuff's and the attitude of employees are fantastic.
Chungath needs to concentrate more on gift wrapping area, no matter on the amount of purchase! It feels awkward when your product just put in a shining cloth (Especially when the customer asked for a gift wrap). I was forced to buy a gift box locally to overcome this.

One of the best and reliable jewellery showrooms in trivandrum, I purchased some good ornaments from here during my wedding and making charges were too low when compared with other jewelleries.the staffs here are so supportive and friendly and assisted us in choosing a best model ring and necklace.
