This place is crowded during lunch time, stand in a queue to take food bill (token) and then stand in Q to fetch food (self service, it's a tough time to find a place to sit, food taste was awesome. Service people were friendly (for top ups). Very economical.

Food is just okay.price found little bit high… some foods are found delicious, but others not as per…. Fast foods are not as per the original. If we buy burger, they will give us sandwich

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered food. But they are delivering very slow. Because of that they didn’t give what we order. Third time I am facing this. They don’t have an organised procedure.

You don't feel like it as a hospital canteen. Very neat and ambience is great. Food is good.

This canteen in Aster Mims Hospital is very clean and there is a lot of people so you have to wait for some time to get food. Token system is also self-service. All kinds of food are available. There is no doubt that the price is a bit high, but there is no hesitation in saying that it is a good tasting food

Rate of food is very high compared to its quality and taste. They are charging Rs 7 even for a single paper package

This place is the restaurant area of Aster Mims. There is always a heavy rush of people there. Only two cashiers are available and there is only a single line for food collection as it is a self service restaurant. There are limited seating options compared to the number of visitors so expect some wait times. Food is healthy as it also serves the patients in the hospital but taste wise ordinary. If the people convert the place to table service instead of self service it would become more convenient. Also mor space for dining needs to be provided. Over all satisfied with their services.
