Nice collection of Furniture. I bought a study table recently. Highlight is the staff behaviour. They are very helpful.

We had shopped for a recliner and were quite satisfied with our experience. The cost was reasonable when compared to many other showrooms in the vicinity. The options were also good. A special word of appreciation of Ms Jefrin who was excellent with her service and support.

3 seater sofa which was delivered to home was smaller than the one displayed/ordered. Shop didn't notify us about the change during delivery or billing. We are yet to receive an explanation on this.

Had bought a double cot (box type) and a wooden wardrobe nearly 3 years ago. Now recently got transferred. Not to allow the furniture to get damaged, thought of getting the same dismantled by contacting your office. Though the service was good, the charges towards dismantling were quite exhorbitant. Request you to reconsider the very high amount being charged towards such services as your customer will always prefer to be your customer.
What was more disheartening is that now nobody is responding regarding fixing the dismantled items. Really feel cheated.

Staff (Prasobh) was very helpful and friendly. Excellent service and good quality product.

We purchased a sofa and it was custom built for us and delivered to Pathanamthitta with no extra cost of delivery, we loved the staff who were very patient and stood with for over 3 hours to help with the purchasing, hats off the to the sales executive really satisfied with the experience.
