Got chance to visit restaurant. Good food. Delay for serving. Have to wait more than half an hour after giving orders. But all dishes were so delicious.

One of the best hotel in Chalakkudy. True value for money with good service especially front office and room service.

Very poor service… No one attended us properly… table clothes were not clean, some false smell was coming from the restaurant thats shows how hygienic restaurant it is… very poor service, rude staff wouldn’t recommend anyone instead you stay starving rather than visiting this pathetic restaurant…

Went to the restaurant for a breakfast. Too overpriced! Only dosa and idly was available. Taste was average.

Had a wonderful stay at there last month. We stayed there in the weekdays. So most of the rooms were empty. Room was nice and clean.

They had restaurant, rooms and bar. Ample parking space area. Neat and clean place. Food was below average.

After travel to athripally water falls we stayed in this hotel which was booked as part of package from MakeMyTrip, clay hosue is pleasant place to stay rooms are clean and rooms has full greenery view, staff are responsive. Food is not great.

No water in thr morning as the motor was not working and breakfast was also not available due to the same issue

The place got ooodles of potential. Nicely themed and well built place. The clay art themed parking area walls are cool. But needs an overall dose of maintenance and maybe a fresh cover of paint.

The restaurant was having pretty less footfall (hence maybe ac not working and closed room smell). But food was fairly ok.

Nice place if they can give it an overall polish.

There is no other bar in Chalakudy that is so bad. Wait at least an hour to get the ordered item. This is the situation when you get into the executive and what will be the situation in the local bar. We went up for a beer and ordered egg and peas. Ordered it and left 10-20 minutes later and was told it was not there. Then we ordered peanut masala. It took about 40 minutes to get it. When we re-ordered the first order of beer, it ran out of stock and was replaced by another beer with stock in our name. When we did not buy it, we went and changed the bill and came back. Still remember that the food we ordered did not arrive. The ordered touchings came 15 minutes after drinking all the beer. The service we got from there was very poor. This is not just an experience for us, it is the opinion of everyone.

പൂറ്റിലെ ബാർ. ഊമ്പിയ സർവീസ്. ഇത്രേം മോശം ബാർ ചാലക്കുടി ഭാഗത്ത് വേറെ ഇല്ല. ഓർഡർ ചെയ്ത ഐറ്റം കിട്ടാൻ ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ എങ്കിലും വെയ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യണം. എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവിൽ കയറിയാൽ ഉള്ള അവസ്ഥയാണ് ഇത് അപ്പൊ ലോക്കൽ ബാറിലെ സ്ഥിതി എന്തായിരിക്കും. ഒരു ബിയർ കഴിക്കാൻ കയറിയ ഞങ്ങൾ ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തത് എഗ്ഗ് ആൻഡ് പീസ് ആണ്. അത് ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തിട്ട് പോയിട്ട് 10-20 മിനിറ്റ് കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് വന്നിട്ട് അതില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. അപ്പോൾ ഞങ്ങൾ പീനട്ട് മസാല ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തു. അത് കിട്ടാൻ ഏകദേശം 40 മിനിറ്റോളം കാത്തിരിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു. ആദ്യം ഓർഡർ ചെയ്ത ബിയർ വീണ്ടും ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തപ്പോ അത് സ്റ്റോക്ക് തീർന്നു പകരം അവിടെ സ്റ്റോക്ക് ഉള്ള വേറെ ബിയർ ഞങ്ങളുടെ പേരിൽ ബില്ലടിച്ച് കൊണ്ട് വന്നു. അത് വേണ്ട എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോ പറ്റില്ല അത് നിങ്ങളുടെ പേരിൽ ബില്ലടിച്ചു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് ഞങ്ങളെക്കൊണ്ട് വാങ്ങിപ്പിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചു. അത് ഞങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങാതായപ്പോ പോയി ബില്ല് മാറ്റിക്കൊണ്ട് വന്ന് തന്നു. അപ്പോഴും ഞങ്ങൾ ഓർഡർ ചെയ്ത ഫുഡ് വന്നിരുന്നില്ല എന്നു ഓർക്കണം. ബിയർ എല്ലാം കുടിച്ച് കഴിഞ്ഞ് 15 മിനിറ്റ് കഴിഞ്ഞാണ് ഓർഡർ ചെയ്ത ടച്ചിങ്‌സ് വന്നത്. വളരെ മോശം സർവീസ് ആണ് ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് അവിടെ നിന്നും കിട്ടിയത്. ഇത് ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് മാത്രം ഉള്ള അനുഭവം അല്ല അവിടെ കയറുന്ന എല്ലാവരുടേയും അഭിപ്രായം ആണ്.

Nice and good but if you preorderthe food you get it much faster. Or else we have to wait a long tine

1. Every room has it's issues. Some have no TV remotes. Some have no AC remotes to control the AC movement or temperature. 2. The restaurant never picks calls for room service. 3. After calling for room service the food or beverages get delivered after 1 hour. Post that nobody clears the used cutlery at all. 4. The bathroom gun had water flowing continuously. 5. No menu in the room. 6. No wifi. 7. There was the bday celebration of the MD of the place hence the hotel guests were ignored and they got busy serving the other bday guests. All are equal and if you guys need business you really have to ensure all your guests are taken care of. After all we also pay. I am giving a 3 star because the ambience was good. But customer service really needs improvement.

It took lot a time to get the food though we ordered a vegetarian meals at noon time. Then how much should you wait if ordered something different. That Vegetarian meal cost me 190 rupee which sure is expensive and lot of time.

Restaurant having very dirty table cover. If you are hygiene oriented person then better avoid the restaurant. Rooms were ok though.

Good food. Accessible while travelling on National highway towards Ernakulam. This place mostly goes unnoticed because it does not seem like a Restaurant at first sight. Usually when I dine here, all the other tables would be left empty. I think they should have a much clearer indication about the restaurant for the travellers to understand. The waiters were polite and welcoming.

Location, service, quality and clenliness was high appreciated. Staff was helpful and very friendly would have appreciated if they had a swimming pool and a health club and more variety for morning breakfast overall a beautiful place to stay. It is very near to highway so easy to find.

I haven't been to the restaurant yet. But the outdoor vibe is good.
