I really enjoyed my stay with my family, rooms was spacious, very clean, the balcony windows are large enough and to enjoy the natural light. The staffs are very kind and helpful.

It was nice stay at Cloud Castle. Hotel's location and view is very beautiful. Rooms were very clean. Bedding was comfortable. Environment is very calm and peaceful. Hotel staff is polite and well mannered.

We had a pleasant stay with our family. Excellent service and overall stay. Breakfast was good but dinner can be improved. Location of the hotel is also nice and you will have a good view from the room.

Our stay here was wonderful! The balcony view was so great. The hotel staff as well as the restaurant staff were so helpful. The restaurant staff ensured that our food requirements were met to the point since we visited during navratri. The cleanliness of the room and rest of the hotel is one of the reason that made us feel so great during the stay, apart from the obvious reasons like the ecastatic views and nature surrounding the hotel. The room was very spacious and comfy. This is definitely one of the must stay resort/hotel during vacation to Munnar. Looking forward to future stays during the visit.

Poorly maintained. Bedsheets and towels were not clean. The view from one of the rooms was good. Otherwise, a bad experience overall.

Had a stay at this Resort for a Night with my family in Room No 105. From the Reception itself I felt their hospitality which is very nice. Their Room service team Lead by Ms. Kavita is excellent and provided good service During our stay. Well maintained swimming pool and their breakfast is excellent and the variety of south Indian dishes are prepared well. Thanks for the entire team and wish to stay again.

Not at all Courtious Staff. For any service or request that have a standard reply which is equivalent to a NO. We had booked 2 rooms and instead of giving us adjescent rooms they have us opposite rooms. All rooms in hotels are interconnected and we had to bear with the noise for adjescent room occupants.

Just Average. Not in the Munnar circle and clearly an hour to drive if in season with busy traffic. Be careful that you have your rates clearly written in your registration when checking in. The staff are unprofessional and untrained. No watchman, congusted limited parkings, dirty pool with no hygiene. The backup generator does power many connections in the room, and the hotel ignores them as they save their costs. Overall, it's a waste of your holidays if you fall for the photos and book this hotel.

Horrible experience! The food was not good, service was super slow and the waiters took our time for granted. For every item we asked on the menu, the waiter went back and checked with the kitchen. Nobody is trained to even know what the dish is that they are holding.

Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Cloud castle has a very good view of the Munnar mountains and provides a comfortable stay on the hill top.
Poolside view is awesome.

The stay was good, food was also good the staff was also good but the Ayurvedic Massage was a total dissappoinment.

Worst complimentary food ever, you have to wait for the dish to come after that you have to wait for the curry
Worst service (we too pay for that) they think they giving us for free.
Next thing is poor parking way, may cause damge to your car if some one comes opposite,

Had a rather disappointing experience from them, also ruined our new year's eve. The staff and receptionist are a bunch of ignorant, delusional and rude people who have heard nothing about hospitality.

The rooms were good and neat, but had an extra door to another room which we could not lock/unlock from our side. Wouldn't want to sleep somewhere where privacy or safety is not guaranteed. When we approached the reception regarding this, they had an unwelcoming approach, as to take it or leave it.

The staff and receptionist lacked hospitality on levels that are beyond what you could imagine. We had booked rooms which where supposed to be valley facing, and what we had was a room facing the wall of a raised pool. 3 rooms on the first floor felt unsafe as anyone near the common pool could climb into these balconies. The respose from reception when approached regarding this was similarly unpleasant and rude.

Since we had booked the rooms on a 31st night, we took the situation of complete booking and occasion into consideration and ignored these repulsive behaviours to enjoy our time and make it memorable. So we decided to attend the common pool.

We had enquired with them beforehand over the phone as to whether the common pool was in a working condition and accessible to us, for which they had given their assurances via voice call. On reaching there, we found the pool water to be cloudy and polluted to unsafe levels.

We requested to the staff to do something about this, for which they argued that the pool timings are till 8pm and that the water was clean enough and then later on reluctantly agreed to clean it. We had notified them around 9pm at night, they assured to get it clean by morning. Woke up at 6am, to find the view from our balcony was still this cloudy water filled with dry leaves. Informed the reception again at 7am, they promise to fix it by 9am, ie.we could get some pool time post breakfast before checking out. Not much to say they were simply ignorant and disappointing here too. Could have not given us false promises.

Later on while checking out, we decided to mention these at the reception, they responses where shocking, their body language and tone changed as though we were bothering them. They kept arguing and denying everything we said.

Finally I informed them that they could have at least keep a dental kit in the washrooms. Which is a basic to have in any room. Their response is that they provide it only if we would have mentioned for it earlier.

They charged us around 6k for a room, definitely overpriced. Me being someone who travels frequently to Munnar, I'd say it's worth around 2k a room maximum.

Definitely overpriced, lacks hospitality, not so safe, food lacks quality.

Only plus points to say, bed was neat, bathrooms were neat, had a blow dryer in bathroom. That's all.everything else.simply disappointing.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. The view from the balcony is fantastic and the rooms are spacious. Service is very good. Wifi was very good too. Staff are very polite and helpful.the staff in the restaurant are very helpful also. The dinner buffet was decent. We had dinner the first day. The breakfast spread was very good. Everyday included one traditional Kerala item. The only down side is that the water heater was hugely dependant on solar power. We had trouble with that on first day. After that the staff have attended or it and it was resolved. Over all it was a very good experience at this hotel and definitely worth revisiting. Thank you Cloud castle for the pleasant experience

Very poor service. Resort location is in very steep one way road. No proper parking. Terrible cleanliness. They call them as resort without any indoor activities. Worst stay i ever had in my life. Pathetic. Wont Recommend.

Rooms are nice. Specially the mountains view. The food is limited in choice but excellent taste.

The stay was great. The staff is very welcoming and the staff named Arya always greeted each one of us with a smile and namaste which always lit up our mood. All the staff are preety polite and always ready for help. The rooms are spacious, clean and has a good ambience. Breakfast is superp. However there is a scope of improvement in dinner. They need to add some more variety in there. Swimming pool is clean and always a good idea to take a dip. The gentleman who did the spa did an awesome job and my parents were so happy about the same. The location of hotel is awesome The hotel gives the best view of mountains and it's very breezy with the pool as a cherry on the top. This Resort is recommended for families and even group of friends.

Awesome place to stay in Munnar. Budget friendly hotel with very nice location. Rooms were neat and clean and very spacious.this property is maintained very well. All the Hotel staff was very courteous and warm. They served very delicious food to us. Overall very nice property to stay near Munnar.

1. Outstanding and very clean room.
2. Very premium bathroom
3. Beautiful view from the balcony. Balcony has two good revolving courtyard chairs.
4. It’ll turn foggy in the afternoon.
5. You’ll get necessary things nearby. There’s a market (100 metres from Hotel). You don’t need to go to Munnar town for essential goods.
6. Very good and helpful staff. They’re very friendly and polite.
7. Good Buffet breakfast.

This is a must try hotel.
