Nice place for friends and family.
Calm and quiet with nice ambience.
Staff are cordial.
One has to come prepared as the nearby town is bit distant.

Nice play to chill out. Not a deep pool inside but to lay down and relax kinda pool. Good surrounding. Good ambience. The only problem i felt was mosquitoes. They do not offer any mosquito nets.

Had a pretty bad experience with this place. We had paid the advance and booked the place for 10 people for a weekend. The host later told us that they’d give us a discount if we checked in by 6 PM and that we’d be able to check out late. This was not feasible for us, so we turned down the offer. Later they cancelled our booking 2 days before we were scheduled to travel. Although we got a full refund, it was not very professional of them to do this.

Ambience is good but overpriced. They charge you 2k additional for an indoor pool which is just a big bathtub. Not even a complimentary drinking water or anything. Property has 2 bedrooms and a hall.

It's worth with a group of friends and families to spend time with get-together, meetups and small events. Nice view and decent ambience. Without pool is preferable when compared with the price. Worth it for group more than 6 people to 10 people.

The place has good backwater view, well maintained landscape with 2 bedroom cottage _ which can accommodate max 6 nos _ not 10 unlike they are saying in ad.
And if you are selecting this place for pool_ don't pick this, because it does have a pool but the water level is only 3 feet (can be used for kids) _ and we need to pay additional 2000 rs to use the pool.

I never recommend this place to anyone who ever wants to enjoy their vacation peacefully. The pictures are deceptive, never fall for them. The rooms are very, very small, beds old and dirty including the worn out towels and torn bedsheets provided. Moreover the rooms are full of mosquitoes that which never let you sleep. The back water area in front of the resort is so dirty and filled with duck waste that spreads a putrid smell. Fortunately they have constructed an outdoor hut where you can sit until dusk and leave once the mosquitoes approaches. The kitchen area doesn't even have an induction stove to be used if needed and not clean. My 7months old daughter got bitten by mosquitoes all over her face at night while sleeping in the room so I'm totally unhappy and disappointed with the stay I do not suggest Cloud 9to anyone. This is an honest feedback. Just waste of money and time.
