Club 7 Hotel

Stayed there for two days on a weekend.
The hotel is quite near to the KSRTC busstand and located on the upper floors of a mall (Fruit bay/ KFC/ BR).

Pros- Best location, Rooms are spacious, Got multiple food options nearby.

Cons- Even though rooms are clean, bathroom tiles are not clean enough, sometimes parking can be full and has to rely on valet parking. Complimentary breakfast options were limited. Being located above the mall, I felt safety is an issue in hallways.

Very good location. Very good food and reception. Neat and clean room's Restaurant is a Casual Dining outlet that offers a wide variety of delicious and authentic Indian cuisine. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with comfortable seating and a friendly staff. The menu features a variety of dishes from all over India, including North Indian, South Indian, and even some fusion dishes. The restaurant also offers a selection of drinks, including beer, wine, and cocktails. Club 7 is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family.

Good hotel right along the highway. The room I stayed is really big with ample space. There is a kettle tray so you can make coffee any time you want. This is the first time I saw two sets of toiletries in a double room. Most of the time you have to ask for it! Breakfast is buffet, not so sumptuous, but adequate. The hotel is part of an arcade and there are spots and other eating places in the same building. I didn't see a lot of parking places, may be there are other areas to park for those who stay there.

If you are looking for a good place to stay. Then i recommend this place. Nice spacious rooms with really clean toilets beds and room. The room services are great. And if you have your kids with you then you could take them to KFC or Basking Robbins which is below the hotel. And the main attraction is the very cheap price. You have to book the rooms early

Neat and comfortable. The management does not review what customers have commented. I found a review by a customer written a week back place in the room I stayed.

Just superb, fabulous and beautiful. The hotel now is a mini mall in the heart of Thiruvalla. The AC hall inside can host any type of functions like weddings or parties. Rooms are also available. It is a part of the Sky Group.

Went to thiruvala for business purpose. Booked this hotel in oyo. Hotel is situated near to ksrtc bus station only walking distance. Pleasant stay here. Got a warm welcome. Room was clean, neat and spacious. Toiletries available. Kettle and coffee kit not available. Restaurant and bar available. Good food but little costly. Room service available. Over all enjoyed a comfort stay.

It was a disaster. We entered the restaurant phosphorous multi cuisine at 7: 50pm.nothing multi cuisine about it. It lacked ambience. Very poor setting. Food arrived after 40 minutes of ordering. I ate chicken schezwan noodle. Nothing Chinese about it. All i could see was egg and not chicken. Indian spices dominated. Chicken fried rice was very bad. Beef dry fry was bad. Paneer butter masala was good. That's the only thing i liked.but.still not up to the top level. Service was not very good. They kept us waiting for a long time.

We went there for lunch on a Sunday, however the hotel was almost empty. The only other occupancy being in the banquet hall. The washrooms were clean. The food we ordered was prepared after ordering so you can expect waiting time for serving your order. However, the tasty warm dishes paid off the waiting time. They also have a cradle and high chair for infants/kids which again is a plus point.

Cleanliness and maintenance could be improved! The place runs on BAR so better for families to avoid.

Very bad service.it takes about 30 minute for food to arrive.service is bad.food has no taste as well.

Location wise, it's very good as it's near to railway station & is upper part of the mall.so pretty much ur shopping & dining plans won't go bad.otherwise everything is average with the price they command

This hotel is situated on the 3rd floor of a mall. Very near to Thiruvalla railway station. Check-in and check-out process was quick. The room was excellent with views over the street. Good service and good food from their restaurant. They do have complimentary breakfast, but less items. The staff were very helpful over there. Overall a great experience for us

The only problem is that the hotel is at the top most floor and people doesnt notice it quickly.

Hotel ambience is not that great. Hotel location is good as its above mall. Rooms are not convinced with price. Cost is not economic and not happy stay for the money spent. Services provided are ok. Overall experience, not a great stay if compared with price. Would suggest KGA Elite which is just near to this hotel.

The rooms are well maintained with a good view outside the room. However the landline response from the room to the restaurant is too slow.

Situated at prime location as market is easily accessible. Feel the rooms are bit small compared to 3 star status Hotel. They also have tie up restaurant above and can find KFC bellow the building. 12 hours checkin which could be flexible on request.

Not the best hotel you'll stay at. In fact, the one word to describe the hotel would be shady. The hotel is on the third to sixth floor of a shopping complex, which in itself is quite shady.
We had booked two rooms and one of the rooms had water leaks during the night. Even the restaurant on the sixth floor doesn't justify the prices. There are a lot of things that I could go on and list but in short, I would just suggest you to stay away.

Stayed in suite room. Too cold. Temperature cannot be controlled in spite of help sought. Non veg food at phosphorus restaurant found not good. No proper parking facility. No facility to have a driver. Otherwise the room is OK.

Bar attached - free breakfast.
Lots of shops around.
Bus stand nearby.
Parking car can be a concern before 9pm.

Nice shopping complex with underground parking lot. Shops like KFC, Mobile planet, Baskin's Robin's etc.

I had been there for a business meeting.nice buffet lunch.good ambience.ideal for family get together, meetings and any other functions.near to Thiruvalla ksrtc stand.

I had booked for 2 hotel rooms here on 17th night but when called in morning to confirm, they denied the reservation. When asked to check if booking is available on the given name /phone number, the staff behaved in a rude manner and declared that no such booking is available. They also informed us that their bookings are full. I was left with no option as there was heavy bookings that day in other hotels as well but thankfully got 2 rooms in nearby hotel. After sometime, they returned the call saying that the staff had accidentally taken the booking on another date which is their mistake. They offered us room as well which they initially told was full. Needs big improvement in customer service.

Facilities provided was really good for the amount we paid. But we had a bad experience from the front desk manager who was a lady. She doesn't know how to interact with their customers.

- it's a small mall + hotel. - The hotel rooms are spacious and well maintained. - Good housekeeping team. - Located at the heart of the city, so a lot of traffic. - The parking space is too conjusted and crowded because of KFC and the bar inside the mall.
