Beautiful hotel/resort with beautiful view. Rooms are very causey and comfortable. Their attention to detail are commendable. So many minute things they took care our the their guests. Their room service is very responsive. They have all travel requirements covered. Overall one of the best experiences I had in the past few years.
The staff makes this place exceptional. They are very professional and pay very close attention to the guests. From front desk to the cleaning staff, all well aware and practice COVID prevention protocol. This includes the house boat staff. Swimming pool was super clean. Overall, a great relaxing and enjoyable family experience.
The best and happening place in Alleppey. Good food. Good service. Lots of activities to enjoy a holiday. Rooms are also very good and structured in a way that everyone gets a góod view of nature.
Staying in Hotel Ramada was once in a lifetime experience. Royal suite with balcony was booked for a night. It was heavenly. The management should invest a bit more on maintenance as taps in washroom wasn't in good condition. Apart from it rest was
To mention the food in the restaurant attached, the prices were nominal. For someone from Chennai, it made us smile. Regarding hospitality or quality, there was no compromise.
Though hotel room is expensive, 3-4 friends sharing for a night would save our pockets.
Scenic view from room. Excellent ambience. Neat and organized washroom with bathtub. Far from hustle and bustle of the city. Courteous staff. Delicious food. A good number of activities to be done in and around.
The Room has a Lovely view of the Kayal and the Room too is Luxuriously Furnished besides the staff too are courteous and efficient. Overall it's a Good Holiday experience. PS. I am yet to try out their Bars & Restaurants, so I shall update this review later & give my opinion about their food.
Very poor experiance during the check in itself. They made us wait for 2 hours and no courtesy from staff. Very rude behaviour from staff in reception. Never expected such a service from club mahindra.
Entered this place at 2 and had to wait for 1.30 hr for getting my room. Tv doesn’t work properly and the staff are a joke. Impolite. Really tried to stay calm. But this is very upsetting
The Place is decent but comparatively to other Club Mahindra properties this one is okay. It's a hotel unit so not much to explore. The rooms are okayish and the location is not much a delight. In and all you can try the Alleppey backwaters they are fun.
Very good stay! Ramada Alleppey is the only 4*-5* grade property in Alleppey and location is also good. Rooms were well maintained and spacious. Service was good too. Hotel has their own boat and luxury houseboat too in the backwaters which is connected to the hotel backside
We expected a resort but it was just a hotel and they gave us congested rooms. We had booked for studio room but they gave us a normal hotel room.the hotel is not worth to be a Club Mahindra destination. No ambience as such and not much space.
