Ordered for a normal tea with milk.
# First got a glass of milk with tea flavour
# Asked them what this was.he took it back and then made it too strong that it tasted like road side cheap tea.
NB: You seem to be a good brand pls train ur personal for quality deliverance of product.

Bubble tea is bad and the bubbles and hard unchewable, and the quantity are you jocking it's bad arghhhhh.

Don't opt club sulaimani if its the new hilite business park outlet
We had been to club sulaimani new outlet at hiltite business park for a meeting and had the worst experience with the food. We were a team of 4 for a meeting and ordered 3 dishes, cremy chicken rice bowl, butter chicken rice bowl and the popcorn rice bowl and had the worstest experience with the food in a while and the cost per plate costs more than 200 rs which would not even feed you an average stomach full.
To talk about the quantity, it was so less and not at all a worthy fir amount, and the service was so low and talking about the taste of food it was lower as possible.the rice wasn't good at all.
Its been a while since our team had such a bad experience with the food

I had a watermelon bubble tea from there. It took around 20 minutes to serve, and it's not even tasted like water melon. Just water. Very unprofessional.

They have fraudulent pricing practice, the flask of tea used to be 240 Rs and had 5 person quantity, during promotion they said 50% offer and hiked the price to 480 and given it for 240.they are trying to fool customers.

On top of it, the tea is sometimes made by the person sitting in cash counter and doesn't have any taste.

Charges a high price for a very below average experience.

Ordered coffee caffe latte bubble tea.
They first gave bubble team without the bubbles, only after complaining later they noticed. They charged 231 for which a medium sized drink is not at all worthy. Highly not recommended at all.

I have tried Bubble tea from their Kottakkal outlet before. So I thought of having the same from their Hilite Mall Outlet. Quantity is very less compared to Kottakkal Outlet. I don’t know how is it possible to give different quantity in different outlets of same brand even though the price is same. I felt like they are cheating customers who comes in Hilte Mall. Higher rental for the space might be the reason. But it is not justifiable.

Food is really expensive
170 rupees including GST for 1 boba/bubble tea.
Taste was horrible.

Very bad review regarding the dining. Purchased two time, one a month back and one on new year. First time we ordered a white pasta and received a tastless pasta, no flavours and not at all hot. On the new year we bought club sandwich, it tasted like old.the ingredients added were old items and the french fries too was old. Got loose motion the whole new year night. Thank you for the worst service. I suggest everyone to not visit club sulaimani, hilite mall

Seems like they serve 51 varieties of Tea and we thought to try 3 of em. Service was very slow and all 3 tea were a disaster. Simply overpriced.

Bought Ginger milk tea. Tea was not good. Used ginger powder and it was all floating on the top. Flavour was not there at all. Expected a better tea from a shop named after a Tea itself.

Had tea and snacks here. Did not like it. Tried normal tea and kahwa masala tea. Milky taste more than tea. Need improvement

Drank a coffee from there sometime after drinking it i started getting bad eructations then had diarrhea too, please avoid their tea or coffee coz i think they are not doing in a hygienic way i think
