The property is located in prime location but lacks maintenance. It is poorly maintained, no restaurant available and you will have to order from outside!

It was a good experiance. Good maintained rooms good service.there is some maintenance issues and resturant not opened other than that it is very fine l. Staff was excellent

The position of the hotel is great. It's near to the hotel and the market. The staff are exceptionally good and polite. The value for money is great.

Only negative thing that I can somehow think of is that the breakfast gets cold by the time it's served.

Great room and a good view from the balcony, but the bathrooms have no windows (This is not the case with all the rooms). So overall comfortable stay but the bathroom is the only issue.

Nothing works in this hotel. It’s time they close it down. Ac was a problem for an hour after check in, TV wouldn’t switch on, electrical sockets all faulty. Worst housekeeping and hardly any staff to support. Closed restaurant too.
Never book this place!

Near to railway station. Services are good. Neat and clean rooms. Dining restaurant is not available, food can deliver in rooms. 24hrs check in check out.

The hotel is in a prime location. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. It's reasonably priced. And rooms are well maintained. The staff at the check in were good. They have 24 hr check in check out. The check-in is discrete if online booking. Couple friendly.

Worst place ever stayed. A lot of better resorts available in Kannur don't go for this.

Hotel is located close to the railway station. Hotel seems to be going through a very bad phase of business drought. The amenities are rationed like the tea bags and sugar only available on request, hot water was unavailable at sometimes, showers were not upto the mark so and so. The rooms are spacious and well arranged.
The reason i put three star is because in my 5 days stay there, they only bothered to clean the room once and they dont have any arrangements for providing food in the room. The restaurant attached to the hotel is closed for business and hence breakfasts will not be available (they do buy for guest from outside and serve but the quality os pathetic).

All my three start goes to the staffs in that hotel and their hospitality. From my experience they are struggling alot to keep the guests impressed with very little resources the management has provided for them. Kudos!

Pros: Spacious room, decent food

Cons: Staff knows no other language other than Malyalam, which makes it difficult to communicate. Not enough amenities provided in the room, no shoe shiner, no laundry bags, no disposable slippers in the room.

I would recommend this place for a short stay. Good food. Call taxi available. Rooms are good, neat and tidy. Dining room feel like bit congested. Overall Good experience.

The hotel says free wifi and buffet breakfast! But we got none! Very disappointing facilities for The price we pay for the suite! Would defn not recommend this hotel!

It's 600 mtr away from kannur Railway Station. Average Hotel. Room are moderate size. Maintain well in cleaning. Free breakfast very limited. We had poori and dosa. Poori was nice better then dosa. Only 4 to 5 car can park inside the hotel. Toilet very small room. Atmosphere and ambient was good.

One of the best place to stay in Kannur. They also serves good food and provide good customer service. You may get high class facility at comparitevly low price.

I had a nice vegetarian lunch today.it was very nice and clean, air conditioned, good interior design made we feel good. The overall price of a vegetarian lunch is only Rs 60.very reasonable

It is a big building located at the heart of kannur. The building is not much appearavle from the main road. The interior and the appearance od the building very good. The conference halls are pretty nice. Some aif the halls are a bit congested. The parking area at the entrance is very small and only contain four or five cars.

Service is very bad.no persons for cleaning at proper time.night receptionist is not caring the staff.but tariffs are very high even though service is very poor.even bedsheets are teared.

We had booked 4 rooms in Clyford Inn on 29th December. At the time of checking in we had informed the staff that we will have to check out at 8.15 am on the 30th to catch our 9am train. When we came to the restaurant we found that the restaurant was not even opened even till 8.15 though the hotel charges included complementary breakfast. As a result, we had to leave the hotel withought even a tea. It was the second experience for me in the same hotel (when their name was Kaula Inn). I am writing these comments for the hotel authorities to open their eyes, so that this experience does not happen to other customers. When We talked to the staff about this, they had no answer at all and they were just keeping silent.

Very good rooms, maintained well. But the service is not good. Felt shortage of staff. Even in restaurant the staffs were busy in taking the photographs and selfie.

The suites are great but service and maintenance is lacking. The in room safe was not working and the fridge was more like a hot box. Service was terrible as staff were careless. Room floors were quite dirty even after cleaning.
