CMK's Habitat Center - Hotel in Maradu

We have booked deluxe room, very nice and well maintained room with wooden finish and attached small kitchen, very good and supportive staff, some construction work is going on but they managed well to avoid any inconvenience to guests. Accessible location from main road but there is no good parking space for four wheelers

I had a worst experience at CMK HABITAT CENTRE APPARTMENT. I choose CMK after seeing the rating. After my experience, I understood that the rating were fabricated. Even after 4 days of my returning from there my stay at CMK is a nightmare for me. The building was too old. The bed was broken and uncomfortable. The bedsheet, blanket and the pillow was dirty with bed bugs and insects.water was dripping from the old Ac. I was not able to sleep because of the uncomfortable sound from the fan. There was range issues so I can't call any one even for an emergency and so I asked for Wifi password bt they were not willing to provide even after asking for several times. There was electric power back up related issues that make my sleep worst. The building was under construction and thus there were dust everywhere, as an allergic patient it was really uncomfortable for me and made my whole day worst. And also there was unavailability of even safe and hygiene drinking water. And the bathroom was not cleaned properly and a bundle of hair was floating in the logged water.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets.
The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Cmk is a place with a good heart. I wish them all the best. Finding the location was a bit tricky for us but after that the experience was quite pleasant.

My inaugural visit to Kochi was truly exceptional; it didn't feel like a typical trip. The hotel had a committed team of staff always ready to attend to the needs of guests. The quality of the rooms and maintenance surpassed expectations, making the experience more than enjoyable. The hotel staff's prompt responsiveness was remarkable, and they assisted me in extending my stay for an additional 6 hours at minimal charges.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at CMK Gulmohar/Habitat Hotel. I have been a loyal guest for the past 4-5 years and have always appreciated the service provided. However, my recent experience has left me disheartened as well as shocked.

Upon inquiring about the rates before my stay, I was assured by the manager that there would be no need to worry about the tariff. To my dismay, after a four-day stay at Hotel Gulmohar, I was presented with shockingly high rates that were not disclosed initially.

This discrepancy in pricing made me uncomfortable, prompting me to decide to leave the hotel immediately. Unfortunately, this decision was met with another upsetting situation when I discovered that my clothes, entrusted to your laundry service, were being withheld.

I must express my disappointment with the service and handling of this situation. As a long-term customer, such experiences have tarnished my trust in your hotel.

I hope that necessary steps will be taken to prevent such instances in the future for the sake of other guests.

Therefore, I strongly urge everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs to prevent facing similar unpleasant situations

Stayed for 16 days, i would say one of the best hotel to stay. Manager, staffs are very friendly and help reaches on time. They was so good and helps so much. Thanks again to the team.
