A good commercial centre. It has Visa processing centre for UK, Ireland. The gates are guarded by Security personnel and access is limited. The ground floor has KFC and MacDonald Cafes. The Visa Agency doesn't have waiting parlour for people accompanying the person/ward who comes for Visa biometric verification. One has to wait outside the premises or get into the Cafes to have take food. If weather is good there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities all around the Coastal chambers. This is monsoon, and in such rainy situations a visit here is uncomfortable.

However, this positive experience is somewhat overshadowed by the lack of onsite parking. The near by pay and park locations were full as well.

V well arranged, good and helping staff, the only thing I hate about here you won't get parking here if you are here for visa related needs. People do pay many thousands here for services and when won't get parking means too bad. They should do something about it.

Place has ample parking and good security people too. Visited the jfc there. Quite a nice outlet with courteous staff.

Wheel chair friendly, lift at the front. Parking ground opposite to the building by paying 50 rs.

Large, well ventilated relatively new office complex which provides elevators, ample car park, cctv cameras, 24×7 watch and Ward.

I went there for the purpose of collecting my US visa. The first floor has VFS global office. For US visa, it is only a drop off location. You can drop off requested documents and also collect your passport and visa for US. The experience was good. You also have good parking area for your vehicle.

Its a good structure build.the mall have a kfc and a juice shop with in it other than that nothing there is so interesting the have akash coaching classes and an agence sending students abroad named idp security guards are cool and help full even though they are not native keralites. Bathroom features are not good

Security was rude when asked about parking. Said there isn’t any parking. When there was free space available.

Overall good place according to my experience. Well maintained building and good parking space.

Parking area is plenty, but the securities doesn't allow more than a specific parking lots to any particular shop/restaurants.

Security staff behavior is very rude and lift is always under maintenance, if the parking space is avilable also security insist for park the car in pay and park which is avilable opposite to the building

There is no enough parking space and behaviour of security also very bad I have never seen such kind of waste service in my life.

Commercial building in Ravipuram Junction, Appealing looks, no good facility for parking, no sign boards of companies or institutions in the building.

I visited this place for collecting passport, for collection queue was fast.

For collecting your child's passport remember to take photocopy of her/his id card. I used school id card as I missed to take a copy of her new passport.

Remember You cannot take your hand bag inside, you need to place it outside their entrance. Mobile/ wallet allowed.

Located in Ravipuram and at the opposite side of Shipyard Gate. Ground floor fastfood chains - KFC, Domino's, Frozen Bottle etc. Ample parking.

Went to pick up my us visa, so fast & quick good attentive staff & easy accessible. Mobile phone need to be silent inside.

It is a multiplex building housing some businesses firms. But their security staff is very rude and ruffians. Beware of them and expect a maltreatment from them if you happens to be there.

Great organized place. Went to collect some documents. They were quick in service and polite. No waiting area for any accompanying personal. Need to stand outside. Electronic devices are restricted inside.

Located just adjacent to HDFC House. It is a giant building having lots of offices and shops in it. Akash institute, Dominos, Freeze Bottles are some of the places in it. They have parking lot and it is free. One can get here either by bus or auto. For bus nearest bus stop is deepa bus stop from there it is walking distance. Have a good day here.

It's a commercial building consist of few offices. Also dominos pizza and Frozen bottle is present in ground floor facing MG Road

I had to visit the US consulate Dropbox there the people there have some agreement with the studio opposite to the building and they reject our photos just to make us take photo from the studio they want.
I think the studio is paying them money
