Better place for start a business. Cochin Special Economic Zone (CSEZ) is a Special Economic Zone in Kochi, Kerala, India. The Government of India resolved to set up CEPZ, the predecessor of CSEZ, on 28 June 1983. Construction started on 1 May 1985 with an estimated cost of ₹ 15 Crores. The official notification for the establishment happened on 26 August 1986. It is a great place that is visited by many.

Lots of companies with lots of opportunities.some buildings are old and not well maintained.

CSEZ offers lot of employment opportunities. Many reputed companies are here like Sutherland, Cognizant etc

Feels like a speepy area, silent atmosphere maybe, but not my taste

It's a special area maintained by government offering benefits for export oriented companies. Many companies works out of the same which are normally do the hardware exports. The area is very large with lots of buildings and maintained good! This is located at very convenient location in Kakkanad too!

Its a government organized Special Economic Zone which is made for export business from India to across the country in the globe. The buildings are typical government types not maintained properly, staff are rude and behave similar to any other government organization.

Plenty of companies inside this government sector. The major company here is NEST (SFO Technologies). Students after there diploma or degree comes to join NEST after the 1year or 2 year training they leaves from here (repeat process of most of ITI or diplomites). YOU NEED A PERMISSION PASS TO ENTER THE GATE IF YOU ARE NEW TO HERE. IT WILL BE A TEMPRORARY PASS WHICH WILL BE GIVE BY THE SECURITY IF ASK
