Very bad services in this hot season they are closing ac which has outside connection, one time we said then again they closed after one hour

Horrible place.just spent about 3 hours in morning for refreshment on the way to K Hills, Calicut.no facilities.not even a cup of tea in the premises.please avoid!

The room was clean, the receptionist was so polite. They where too supporting couples and guarantee the privacy of customer

One of the worst place ever to stay,
I Booked 2 day stay at this hotel and I paid online also but when I came to the hotel they told only I can stay by paying additional amount due to the time I reached hotel (10pm after my work from office) so I'm tired and no more troubles I payed them the amount and get in to the room, But truly speaking the receptionist was very uncorporative and rude one, when I got in to the room the room was very dirty mainly holes on the roof, full dirt on curtains and walls even there was no ac remote and if I asked for it they didn't get a remote so due to this extreme cold which makes me to turn of ac.
Not at all recommended hotel
Kindly avoid this hotel stay and choose any other hotel
U will be treated as very badly.

Pricing is a cheeting.
They are taking bookings from OYO and AGODA, when we are going to check-in they will say they don't have any partnership with theses service providers,
I was travalling from Dubai to Calicut on 16th Oct 2022,1 booked 1Room through AGODA for 700.00 rupees, when reched madurapuri they demanded 1500/- for the room, they are saying they don't have any partership with AGODA, it was morning 3 AM since I don't have any other option paid the balance (hotal will say they don't have any dealing with AGODA still they recived 700 paid when booking) and checked in.

Oyo said the room is available.but the hotel owner said the room are already taken and they informed about it to oyo authorities.they didn't take any action on that matter and i lost my money.worst experience ever.

We arrived here and pre-booked at the time of arrival we didn't get the room pre-booked. Prefer not to book here.

Don't take this hotal. No food facility available here and no hotel for food near by and all the room are very bad. Not maintaining well. Photo given is at the time of inspection probably. No safety. Don't go with family.

First they declined our stay as they have some issues with online bookings
Then they provided a room with broken handle and stinky bathroom

Not good for families.room was smelly.walls and curtains were untidy.bathrooms were not cleaned and not good to use.

Nothing much about this hotel… location is good… calm area… rooms are ok for a day stay…if we are booking through OYO app they are charging extra during check in

Very bad experience.we book room through oyo.we reached hotel little bit late. At the time od check in they asked extra amount by saying they dont have any agreement with oyo.you have to pay extra amount if you need room.we tried to call oyo.we did not receive any support from oyo too.so please think before booking.go for better one.

Room without AC control, TV not working, Few Light bulbs not working, broken bulb stand, stained and torn walls, unclean washroom. Asked for extra money than what was given in booking app.

Never deal with oyo, cheating and customer service agents will get closer until we do payment. Bad experience second time, even they dont know room available or not.

If you have a lot of bags, no one will help you to carry the bags. The staff is not helpful. The room was not even clean. There was garbage under the bed. The hotel took more money than the price you booked the hotel on oyo.

They are asking for extra money even after the room is booked and paid through MakeMyTrip app online.

The toilet was not that clean. The towel and soap were not available in place, only got them after asking for it at the reception. No telephone service is available from room to reception. Tv was not working

Really bad! The oyo offer price is just waste. The min amount for stay is ₹1300 for 1 night. You will be denied check in if you pay less than 1300 though any booking site, and will be forced to pay amount to check in. The booking site (OYO) customer care will not be able to help you and you will have no other options than to pay the amount that the hotel staff asks.

Great place to stay with your friends or family. Easy access to city, hospital, hotels etc. All in all a perfect getaway place to stay. Great service especially my Mr. Martin

The rooms are good and well maintained but it is within a very small Street so that finding it out will be a little tough the building is nice and they have free Wi-Fi and service is okay.
They don't serve any food but there are many hotels and restaurants nearby so that we can get them easily and also Zomato delivers food to the room.

Asking additional money after pay cash through OYO.
OYO response also very poor. Didn't get any call or support from OYO team

Very neat and tidy with helpful and friendly staff. We were well assisted by Mr Martin through out our stay.

The room was ok. But was not cleaned properly. Lot of dust under the bed and there was ash in the tissue paper holder. Toilet was also not properly cleaned. Better good for boys only.

Hotel is situated near to main road but the road towards hotel is too narrow. Rooms were ok but bathroom was in very bad condition and was not properly cleaned. Soaps were not available and we have to ask for soaps then they provided it. Rooms had plates but is was dirty so we had to buy paper plates.

House keeping should be improve.bathroom and rooms fully dirty linen also not clan.bad smell.only staff attitude is gud.never recomend this property

It is not a right time to review this place, since renovation works are on going. But still the place is good for budget accommodation. The place is innsome what interior. Remarkable in terms of cleanliness, new facilities and Good behaviour from staff.

Near to main road, bus stop in walkable distance. Quiet place.frequent bus service, especially private, available to town. Parking may be a problem if coming in own vehicle, not much space there in front of property. Just two or three cars can be parked. AC and non AC rooms available.good one for a group.
