The time spent at D Green Hotels was wonderful.

The staff was polite,  and the rooms were neat and well-maintained.

Today i took room here. Service is very bad. They called me and ask for more money. I gave 1400/-. And i entered into my room, after that full time powercut. So please dont go this place. Never ever. Plsss. Very very bad service.

I have booked a classic room for my husband as part of an official visit for 2 nights with breakfast through Goibibo. I have paid nearby 2K. When he reached there at hotel, they have asked for extra money and told they have some issues with the application. His meeting was about you start within an hour. Finally goibibo helped by shifting to a new hotel. They were not at all customer friendly. Please dont book rooms through application in this hotel.

They demanded more money. As per them the amount in applications are not updated and on the last movement they demand more money.

I had used the place for multiple stays, It was always clean and very good customer service

വളരെ മോശം അനുഭവം. ഇന്നലെ (27/06/2022) ഒരു രാത്രിയിലേക്ക് ഒരു ബുക്കിംഗ് ആപ്പിൽ റൂം ബുക്ക് ചെയ്തു.
രാത്രി 11 മണിക്കാണ് ഹോട്ടലിൽ എത്തിയത്. റൂം ബുക്ക് ചെയ്ത റേറ്റിൽ തരാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. ബുക്ക് ചെയ്ത ആപ്പിൻ്റെ കുഴപ്പമാണ് ആ റേറ്റ് കാണിച്ചത് എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. അത് പച്ചക്കള്ളമാണ് എന്നു മനസിലായി. കാരണം ഇതല്ലാതെയുള്ള കുറച്ചു ബുക്കിംഗ് ആപ്പുകളിലും വളരെ കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്കിൽ തന്നെയാണ് അവർ ലിസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. മൂന്നാല് ദിവസമായിട്ടെ ഈ പ്രശ്നം തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട് എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞ അടുത്ത നുണ. ഒരു മാസം മുമ്പുള്ള ഗൂഗിൾ റിവ്യൂസിലും ഇതേ പ്രശ്നം തന്നെ കാണാം. അങ്ങനെയാണെങ്കിൽ എന്തായാലും രാത്രി വൈകി റൂം എടുക്കാം എന്ന് തീരുമാനിച്ചു. ഓൺലൈൻ അടച്ചത് എക്സ്ട്രാ കൊടുക്കുന്ന അമൗണ്ടിന് ബിൽ ചോദിച്ചപ്പോ തരാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. അങ്ങനെ ആണെങ്കിൽ റൂം തരാൻ കഴിയില്ല എന്നെഴുതി തരാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. അതും പറ്റില്ല എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. റിസപ്ഷനിസ്റ്റിൻ്റെ പെരുമാറ്റം നല്ലതായിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ഫോണിൽ വിളിച്ച മാനേജറിൻ്റെ സംസാരം വളരെ മോശമായിരുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ പാതിരാത്രി വേറെ റൂം തപ്പി പോകേണ്ടി വന്നു. ഒരു ബിസിനസ് വളർത്തേണ്ടത് കള്ളത്തരം കാണിച്ചല്ല. ഇവർക്കിഷ്ടമുള്ള വിലയിൽ ആപ്പുകളിൽ ഹോട്ടൽ ലിസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്. ഇവർ പറയുന്ന റേറ്റിൽ ഓൺലൈനിൽ കാണിച്ചാലും കാക്കനാട് ഏരിയയിൽ റൂം എടുക്കാൻ ആളുകൾ കാണും. എന്നിട്ടും ഈ തട്ടിപ്പുമായി നടക്കുന്നത് എന്തിനാണ് എന്ന് മനസിലാകുന്നില്ല.

We booked through booking.com, paid, and received confirmation. When we arrived as a party of 9 tired and hungry after a long day traveling we were turned away. Apparently they do not accept foreigners. We are currently living in Delhi - but that doesn't matter. We had to scramble to find another place to stay. I looked back through the listing and all communication and it was not stated anywhere that have to be Indian citizen. I was given a refund for amount paid - but it created a very stressful start to our trip.

Do not stay here! We had paid and confirmed rooms online and arrived in the evening with a group of people and no rooms. They claimed they don't accept foreigners and left us on the street, but we live here but just aren't Indian. They don't state no foreigners up front and advertising on foreign markets.

The rooms are very nice for the rate they charge you. The place is close to Kakkanad and so getting to places in Kakkanad is super easy. But if you want to travel to the city, it is a bit lengthy. Overall if you are looking for a superb place at a very decent rate near kakkanad this is the place to go.

When are going to stay in kochi and going to explore wonderla and need a safest place to chill off, then I will recommend this 200% because it was so classy and very much affordable the staffs were too friendly

Accessible location. Clean rooms and linen. Very small rooms okay for single stay. No restaurant. Food available nearby. Will be delivered to room. TV AC Hot & Cold Water

Rooms are not that big as shown in pics, decent place with houses around the hotel, have to walk about 500mtrs for good food restraunts

Excellent hospitality.best room with view.well maintained indoors and outdoors, well mannered staff.
