The room booked was with air conditioning but the hotel management said that the AC is not working as expected, they refused to change the room to a different room with AC. They also refused to compensate us for their mistake.
Shower was broken, extra bed that was provided was as thin as just a sheet.
Had booked this property from Agoda. Agoda doesn't manage this property directly it works with a third-party manager. Manager stopped receiving calls and agoda customer care sucks for India.
