It as a good view of beach and we can play in beach as the beach is clean.owner is very humble as we booked the 2 rooms in ground floor, He gave us 1 room in a first floor with a sea view with no cost

Very bad rooms. The rooms aren’t well maintained. Floor always wet wood. Room full of lizards. No hot water in bathroom. Very badly maintained overall. Worst ever

This villa is next to beach and it offers great view of beach. And here the tides are high and you should not play beacause just walk for 2 mins then you will find the places to play in water the tides are low compartevely. The room is decent and it is okayfor 3 people who look for comfort. And it is affordable too very nice place to chilla and get a vacation here. And it is pet friendly too. They provided complimentary breakfast which was is in decent taste.

The location is beautiful but the rooms and services are substandard. The bidets, water shower and tap have no pressure. No hot water and have to depend on an immersion heater in 2022. The rooms look like they are temporary builds and you can hear what happens in the next room.

One of the best resorts i stayed near the beach.view is awesome from room.

They charged 5000rs inr for 1 night for 4 people.

Also they gave complimentary breakfast to us.overall service was good

We did a south India tour for 7 days and this is the place that will remain in my memory for a long time. Thanks Antony and Risa for this wonderful experience.

Pros: Ambience, service by Bijay and Kappil, 10 steps to Beach, Food quality, affordable price (food and room), neat and clean rooms and surroundings, so exited childrens.
Cons: Full glass wall in front face of the room that's not getting fully covered by window screens makes girls little uncomfortable (but we like the view), salty water in bathroom, shower and tap water comes slow and it takes time to fill a bucket, low numbers/unavailability in online food delivery, dogs always roaming the beach.

Good for all kind of people who can adjust a bit.

A beautiful property let down by low maintenance, rude and uncooperative staff and surprisingly dirty beach front. This villa has potential, they just need to vlean up their beach front. Also the rooms need some new paint and care.

This place is very beautiful and scenic. Must spent place with ur family, loved ones or with a friends gang. Way far from city, near the beach have a chilled vacation.
The beach is though little dirty but you can see crabs at the night near beach, itz not only 1 or 2, there were a lotzz.

Definitely a lovely spot, but sadly there's just way too much dirt right in front and lot of broken bottles thrown. It would be great if the property charges extra money for regular beach front clean up. Also, Bijay is great.

The beach villa is nothing like anything I have seen before. It is beautiful and so close to the beach that it is almost impossible how convenient it was for us to just go to the beach whenever we wanted. The food was great and they catered to our demands. I got to spend Christmas here and colonel even built a beautiful crib, lighting everything with his festive charm. He also arranged a backwater ride for us and the experience was something I will never forget. It was indeed my favourite holiday stay till date.

Great location for the property. Right in front of the beach. Very family friendly, almost like a private beach. The room ambience is also very good. Value for money.

The host was not there when we went. It was the staff who handled the place. They are not bad, but not great either.

Food was ok. Nothing to boast about. It was served late, (around 10-10.30 pm) and that too the order had been mixed up.

But the main reason for giving only 3 star came at night. It was raining through the night and this caused the wiring to go short somewhere. The ELCB to our villa (of two rooms) got tripped and it refused to switch back on. So we didn't have any power in our room during the night. Hope this gets fixed soon. Not a pleasant experience, trying to switch on the ELCB board, in the middle of the night, fully drenched in rain.

It was a great experience staying here. Splendid view of the beach from the balcony. The hospitality by the host is something that I found remarkable. Value for money and a great weekend getaway. Everyone must try this place once!

Planned a beach side stay apart from backwater canoeing. Chanced upon this location on the net. Had planned a night stay but extended by another full day despite a tight schedule. Live by the side of the sea, hear its waves, order sea food or whatever suits you, watch fishing activity closely, enjoy the sunset, let the sea waves splash your feet, if you're lucky you could spot dolphins too. Great hospitality, nice rooms, good food. You can ask for transportation. Ayurvedic massage facility apart from myriad cultural activities that are planned from time to time. True value for money.

One amazing place to stay in Alappuzha, cost friendly and very affordable. Mr. Antony was an amazing host with great care. The location is perfect, just infront of the beach. Rooms are comfortable but don't have hotel like facilities and similarly for the food availability. But the location compensates for everything else.

Just beside the beach. A good resort where you can go relax and lake a view at the beach all day long. As close to beach it has its own privatr beach like place. Privacy is give. Having 2 buildings make sure you book it prior. Everything was good till the time we knew that there is no fresh water. They pump the underground water which is salty anyhow. Not a thing we expected. Nor you will get unless you go to the bathroom and take shower. And they dont say any.so not recommended for stays. Can go for day time visit. But not worth it. Was a very bad experience.

One hell of a place! Nestled in the inside of the cozy city, right beside a beach. You wouldn't want to miss this place when you go to Alleppey!

It has a bungalow on one side, perfect for a family to set camp, and on the other side there are multiple rooms for smaller groups. Try sleeping on the hammock at night, with the crashing waves singing you a lullaby!

The best place to unwind. Location is beautiful and place is full of serenity. Colonel is very helpful when it comes to give you a local’s perspective about where to eat, what to explore and also helped us in hiring our day boat at very economical price. This is a place where you wanna go and leave your gadgets and hustle behind. One the best sunset views ever

The villa stays true to its promise. The owner provided us with multiple room options which even 5 stars don't give. Our cottage had a small sitting area at a height which gave us panoramic view of the sea 24*7. We could hear the sound of the waves day and night in our bedroom which is in a sense mental therapy. The place is perfect if you are looking for some personal time away from the city life. Food was amazing too (Veg and non vegetarian both). Much worth the money and time.

Beach front post modern Beach villa, with good amenities and food. Excellent sea view from room. Gallery with chairs and nearby beach with no crowds. Close to city yet away from city pollution. Excellent blend of traditional kerala architecture and modern facilities of rooms with innovative ideas makes this ideal for vacations and parties. You can watch beautiful sunset from your room if you are too lazy to go to beach.
