I have been reading the reviews and thanks to all of you who have shared your reviews. I was shocked and surpirsed by the audacity of the host. They are still giving lame justifications for not serving their customers like they should have. Clearly these people have no clue about customer service.they just think just listing their rooms is all they have to do and they wil get whatever meagere money they can. Pitty.
