Large area with two floors with a very good ambience. Attracts large group. Parking option available only for two cars & bikes. All types of food available. Nice service. Food is ok.

Bad service from the staffs, we don't get water, mayonnaise, salad and also unlimited rice

They called and said unlimited rice and don't even get plenty of water from there.

Never suggest this restaurant to anyone.

Had a very bad experience there. The service is very poor.street food stalls have better service.

We tried their Al Faham. Very poor-quality rice they provided. But there is a good atmosphere. Service is also not bad. Very spacious shop. They allotted small dining cabin facilities. Need improvements.

I have visted cook door several times and tried their most of the dishes.plate shawarma, chicken fried rice are my fav, its worth the price. Rest all the dishes were always just average taste.good seating capacity, but no parking is available

But the service was worse than expected. The staff weren't communicating well and made it hard get the order right.

Purchased Shawarma Plate via Swiggy. Their MRP in Swiggy is 200 for plate shawarma and after offer it was 80 rupees (60%) discount. Shawarma was below average and it was more dry. Salad provided with the shawarma was just Cucumber cut into pieces and nothing more. Mayonaise was thick and packing was good.but What I don't like is that I requested for Mayonaise and Salad via delivery partner and they rejected my request in a rough way and if they need money for the same they can ask me.and will they provide free shawarma if we requested? No.so if they need additional money for Shawarma, they could have asked me. So their service was worst in this aspect and also food was below average and nothing worth for 200 rupees, which was original MRP in Swiggy.

We tried shawarma role from this place. Quantity of chicken is good but topping and other ingredients are below average and taste of shawarma was not good.

I ordered a full alfahm through Zomato the last day and the alfahm I got was very dry. And the amount of mayo they provided with it was so less. They just provided a pouch of mayo, the quality of mayo was just enough for a quarter alfahm. The quality of food here has reduced so drastically over the years. Even the last time I ordered plate shawarma, the chicken was just overloaded with cabbage.

Wonderful restaurant. We get The best alfhama and other food items like shavarma, alfhama fish, etc! Presently no sitting availablity.

One of the best food joints in thrissur Their arabic dishes and biriyani so good that anyone can try without a second thought.

Shawarma roll was juicy. But had small bit if bone pieces present. Also the chicken pieces are not cut properly, some pieces are very massive which makes it hard to eat

It used to be a good place for shawarma and Al fahm.but nowadays the quality of food has gone down. I have received bad food a couple of times and got sick when i ordered through swiggy and uber eats. I dont think they are interested in serving good quality food. They want only money. If you dont want to get sick then please dont eat from here.

Was one of my favourite hotels before, but can't even manage to have a shavarma or even a Al faham. The quality of the food must be rechecked thoroughly.

Got a bad experience. Staff behaviour is not satisfactory. Ordered plate shawarma, alfaham, chicken Biryani and fried rice. Poor quality and and served too late. Shawarma like a frozen meat. Got a piece of metal from the gravy of chicken Biryani. Fried rice had quantity, bt taste like plain oiled rice. Me and friends won't suggest here anymore.

The foods are not worth a single rupee
Bad experience with this people. More over they are not providing more than one tissue for a customer. I strongly recommend to all my friends not to choose this restaurant

Worst ever food& customer service.
Ordered Al fahm, totally disappointed with the taste and size. Moreover they don't even ready to provide gravy for paratha, service men asked us to order big portion curry for a single paratha.

Service people from other state don't even know how to behave with customers, treating us like we are having food for free of cost.
We can't get tissue paper without asking.
The owner/cashier sitting in reception, keeping tissue paper in cash tray and counting and giving only a single tissue paper.
From there itself we can understand the quality of this restaurant. This restaurant is running only because of online orders, by giving high discount. Not even eligible for 1

The main attraction of this restaurant and take aways counter is the one kilogram chicken, mutton biriyani at a reasonable price.the quality is not so good but for the price it is OK.

Recently they have hiked the price by ten percentage. I recommend you to buy anything from here through online platforms like swiggy or ubereats.you get the better deals.

The alfam was awsome but.the waiters are so rude irresponsible and not customer friendly. They are behaving as if we are eating on their expense. And they do not look the customers or come if we call they only come when they like
