Excellent restaurant with quality food and cleanliness. There chicken biriyani is one of the most delesious one i ever had in town, and the fish moli is very tasty. Also the parking is difficult, they have only enough space to park some vehicles because it is situated in a congested area. The service was good and the staffs was very nice.

I love their Chicken biryani. 180 Rs was the parcel. It came in banana leaf package, and had plenty to delish.

They Had an amazing Food, The Gobi Manchurian (dry) here had such a crispy flavour with tangy essence that can create wonders in your mouth. I love there Dry Gobi Manchurian.

Must try Restaurant if You are traveling. Restaurant ambience, hygiene and service is too Good.
They Don't have any Parking Facilities. The quantity of food they serve is so less than you Eat. I am bit unsatisfied about there quantity and the price.
I Recommend you guys to Go there either by walking or traveling through auto.
The palce this Restaurant is located is near muneeshwaran Kovil road where the road is too small ;always had Traffic Jam and you find it difficult to enter parking area in Kamala auditorium place. You can park your car in Closed Kamal Auditorium parking Area located, opposite of cool land.you have an option of Takeaway.

As we all know Cool Land is from the family of MVK, one of the most famous biriyani spot in Kannur. Normally their biriyani is good, but last time I had fish biriyani and i felt the fish was not fresh. They have Air conditioned and Non Air conditioned seating areas. If you are planning to visit Cool Land by car its difficult to find a parking space.

Worst experience ever, ordered mutton masala and mutton soup the soup was plane base soup which we get for all the soups with small granules of mutton bits and the mutton masala was blank no taste at all the piece were very small for 110/- Rs (1 piece)
And the masala was a different base masala which they give as gravy. We even asked the waiter if this is the real thing? He said its like that only.
Very bad experience, Apart from chilly chicken and biriyani which is a good dish in the restaurant.

Good restaurant for dining. Parcel services are also available. Food taste is good and have a good variety of non vegetarian food. Biriyani is their famous items.

Great food, the uncle in the counter who answers the parcel calls is extremely sweet; listens to all your queries and gives you fab food suggestions.

To be honest, cool land was my favourite restaurant in Kannur. Thought of not giving less star but it is the 3rd time iam getting food which didn't meet my expectation. 2 times I ordered grilled chicken, both times it was too much spicy. It seem to be spicy because it was not that much grilled. So I was able to feel the spices quoted on the chicken. First time when it came out like that, I thought it has happened once in a while so didn't give any review. But second time also same thing got repeated. 3rd time I ordered chilly chicken but it didn't have that flavour in it. Tasted like some other normal chicken dish. So too much disappointed.

One of the old hotels in kannur with a tradition of delivering deliciously cooked food items at reasonable prices.the hotel itself is the favourite eating destination for kannurians.the biriyani offered here is masterpiece.the kerala porotta and chilli chicken was too good.can reach here easily because it lies at the heart of kannur.the only thing is the lack of proper parking

Used to be a regular customer at cool land,
their quality of food is worst nowadays, i got stomach infection last week by eating chicken chilli from here.

Place and food is good. The menu is normal. I think they can expand their menu for increasing customers.

Good tasty food. I have tried fried rice, chicken 65 and pepper chicken and all dishes were good. They gave tomato ketchup along with but that tasted chlorine.

Decent place with good ambience. Food is good. Service is also fast. Get's a bit busy during peak hours. No parking is available.

They have got 2 floors of Non AC and one floor of AC.
You wont regret going here. They never disappointed us regarding taste and quality.
You ll get clean, dry and super warm plates, where you ll mark your first impression. And this is something I really appreciate. When we get that super hot plate, we can assure that we are gonna eat our food in a 99.99% clean plate.

I came here with my friends at afternoon. We were very hungry. But the hotel full of people. At last we got seat and we order Chicken Biriyani. The Biriyani was very good. I like it very much. Their services was very good. We got much satisfy with the food and there services.

Visited on 20may19 for dinner with my sister around 2030hrs/the waiter seemed totally uneducated/arrogant/rude and very inhospitable just because we did not know malayalam//we were so disgusted we ordered few dishes had a few spoonfuls paid for it and left the rest and got out to avoid further embarrasment//kerala is a lovely place and the people are very nice//please dont this waiter mar the reputation of kannur//we went to other places/ogdens/wheat house/
