Fraud place. They called me saying I had won a vacation voucher for which I had filled a form post purchases from Lulu hyper. First they said it's only for family so we have to go to their office with husband aadhar and pics. When I said I was single they said come with a parent. Since they were going in calling i convinced my aged mother to drive with me from tripunitara to kaloor. On reaching the office they said bring ur father also. Crazy to bring people truly aged parents? And climb one floor also. If they don't want to give why bother to call at all? Something fishy. They were insisting I have a husband. I am already 52 and single. It started off as a family package then the parents package then ended up as a couples package? Such packages we should keep checking for hidden.

I got a call from country vacations saying I got selected in their lucky draw. I have not given my name in any such. Seems to be a fraud agency trying to trap the customers.

Extremely enjoyed the stay at the Spice Grove Resort in Thekkady booked by Country Vacations Cochin from 8 Jan to 10 Jan 2023. When I was planning to go for a vacation with our extended family consisting of 8 adults and 5 children, I reached out to Country Vacations Cochin since I had membership. We needed 4 rooms. Our plan was to drive from Ernakulam. They first checked for availability in their own properties in Kodaikanal and Bandipur. However, due to the season, there were only 2 rooms available at each locations. Later they checked with their affiliated properties and suggested availability in Spice Grove Resorts, Thekkady. Since Thekkady was one of the places we wanted to go and it was within drivable distance we agreed. They then passed on our details to the affiliated resort. We got discounted rate than what is available through online booking platforms. The resort was very comfy. The amenities were good with hot water always available. The staff were very polite and courteous. To be highligted is the delicious food in their restaurant. Both Ala Carta and Buffet were good. Overall, the 2 nights stay at the hotel was without issues and my family enjoyed the stay there. A big thanks to Country Vacations!

It is located very close to Kaloor Metro station. They have their on properties across India and abroad. They are offering nice facilities and good service for their guests in their properties.

Don't go for their offers.

Received a gift voucher from Country Vacations. But when tried to redeem the gift voucher, found the voucher is already used.
They canvas people by providing expired or already used gift and force them to buy their packages.

Got a call from them saying that I won their free hotels stays for 3 days and 2nights in either Kovalam or outside Kerala, based on a lucky draw they conducted, I never filled any kind of those forms or participated anything. And said they are calling me based on the lucky draw at the malls and other shopping centers in Kochi. They asked me to come with my family to collect the coupons at their Kaloor office. I know I didn't filled any kind of form, so I told them I will call them later and cut the phone. So I checked here and came to know it's a new kind of fraud. Please stay away from these kind of people.

Ultimate frauds.your hard earned money will get lost for sure. They will keep convincing you until you get into their trap.
We Invested in them due to lack of awareness about thier fraud actions (Calicut branch.)
Now not able to get out of it
Please don't approach them.
Stay away from them.
Try not to respond to any such tour or travel scams.

Availed my first trip under their membership to Kovalam. Had stay at their affiliated property at hotel Jasmine Palace. Close to the beach. Very courteous staff. My family enjoyed the pleasant and comfortable stay. Nice experience.

Got a gift voucher on the basis of their promotion. Nice membership plans they have if someone is looking for a regular or occational tour plans

Inviting people in the name of offers conducted somewhere someday and market their product membership without giving importance to individual or families time.

Just now i got a call from country vacation cust care (Ernakulam-Kaloor), invaiting to collect a lucky draw coupon. They ae telling, this coupon was filled by me on or before Covid Panademic started. Not sure is it a trap to take a package or not

I just got a call from them saying I won free trips/stay in their resorts because I filled some coupons in LULU mall. I never got any coupon when I was in LULU mall, so I knew it's a complete lie. Please beware of this fraud. Just remember nobody gives u anything free!

I have taken life membership from M.g Road branch in 2009. When they contacted again to say some offer, I enquired about my membership. Staff behavior is very bad on phone. They do not know about other branches in kochi. Then how do they solve problems when we go to some other place

I Got a call from This office on December 2021 and they said that they get my number from some Mall and im a winner of lucky draw something. Unfortunately my office is near by the country vacations kaloor office, so i went there to ask is it real or fake. They took that opportunity and waste my 1.5 hr for expalining there schemes worth rs 200000/- and all.basically im not a regular traveller i will go for trip yearly 2 or 3 times only. So im not interested with these schemes and finally they give one voucher and said First Experience there service and decide after that whether taking or not the plans. And they give a time of FEB TO SEP to stay there hotels for free. And from February i try to book and that month i fooled by these guys. After that its July now they are saying you have to pay the food amount worth rs. 7500/- (approx). And i said that i dont food from there i will have it from anywhere from there Then there one Manager is there whos name is *Mr. Shamsudheen* he called me and just irritating and he is try to make seen and saying that Im not paying any thing then why should they give free accommodation and all. Im not a person who went there and said that kindly give me free accomodation and all they call me and they waste my 1.5 hr for expalining such useless and waste travel packages and they give me the voucher to experience the service and finally they saying why should they give free Accomodation. Its all there marketing strategy kindly choose these vacation planner after thinking twice and dont Trust the Manager Mr. Shamsudheen any more i think he is the No 1 Fraud. This may be my opinion because i experienced the same thing wich i mentioned here.

I was took a membership from country vacations cochin office and hence planned our first vacations to Kodaikanal.country vacations kochi team helped a lot for the planning. It was a 2 night vacations. My family enjoyed a lot. The staffs are so friendly and the room provided was neat and hygiene. Food they provided was very good and tastey. Thankyou country vacations for arranging excellent holidays at Bandipur. The days was just wonderful and unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect right from our arravial at checkpost. We were allotted the cottage which was clean and hygiene. We had a guide allotted for trecking who help us a lot. They arranged forest vehicle for safaries and hence we visited managala village, a beautiful village in Bandipur. The food from the resort was so tasty and delicious. Fraud company. They are tracking especially lulu customers. I got a gift voucher from Lulu in 2019. Based on that gift voucher I got a call from Country vacation and said that I won a tour package.when I went to collect it they told me another offer like we will get 35 days free vacations with free food and also get free travelling. And I paid 25000. After that they changed all the the things what they said to us. I lost my amount. They all are well experienced executive to trap customers.

First we thought it's amazing service fecility and after that we know that there is no such a plan it'd fraud customer service executive after receiving the payment they're change their palns anyway it's another way of cheating on pandamic situation

Bad experience. Is it correct to change what was said? I was told the accommodation and the vehicle were free. Now it says that the vehicle is not free. This statement is true or false? What is being said must be clear. It is not right to change what is being said. I was a person who wanted to go. I'm not going because your approach is bad. I'm going to give it to someone else in my office. You will be notified immediately.

Very bad conselting. Very poor and they cheet every costumer in their resort. Dont go their dont live their thank you very much

Amazing experience of royalty! Perfect sized rooms with good food quality. Staff and service is really good. Roof top pool is great to use in summers. Some rooms have a great view of nature but as the castle hotel is just in front of the main road so the front view is not that good. Aesthetics are very well taken care of. Waiting area in front of the reception is well designed and it is actually relaxing and refreshing. Very satisfying experience and really worth visiting.

Canvasing people with wrong facilities and offers. Hiding lot of expenses while they have to book for resorts. Poor service and coordination. No one has any responsibility towards the customers once they got the money. It was a big trap for me. I went to kodaikanal resort. Their studio apartment has poor appearance and utilities were of bad quality doesn't even meet OYO room standard, but they say its three star resort. Lol.

When you look for reviews, look for it everywhere. Especially, check about them in Quora. What ever are the services offered to you, it is offered by their head office in Hyderabad. If you are to sign an agreement, read it carefully because no matter whatever they say to you, what is written in the contract is the final thing that is binding on you. Even striking out clauses won't help. Make sure you are sure about everything before you proceed with their services.
I am someone who just managed to escape a scam. Just sharing my lessons, so that no one else needs to go through what I went through.

M/S. Country Vacations, Kochi have arranged a wonderful accommodation at Green Cove Resorts, Anachal, Munnar. It was excellent resort with spacious rooms and superb ambiance. Food and hospitality extended by the staff of resort was also excellent.

Myself and Family Visited Kodaikanal during June-2020 The weather was fine with occasional rain and mild chillness. As member of the country club family, we where provided with a luxurious studio room with All modern amenities.
The food served where excellent. Sightseeing facility was there. We enjoyed the Country Club Hospitality for 3 days.

Last month I got a call from country vacations and tell that I wined in a lucky draw.later they offered a 3 days vacations and last week I choose 1 vacation in kovalam.our stay was at Country Club wellness beach resort and it was one of the most memorable holidays in our life. The resort is well maintained and very beautiful.all the facilities provided at the resort were really good.the warm hospitality offered by the resort staff is really appreciable.the hotel is very secure with guards at the entrance 24/7.would like to visit again.
