Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport

Excellent service by chef Shyama. The variety of food is lesser compared to other branches. Nevertheless the service and quality of food was exceptional. Kudos Would prefer this marriot over the edapally branch.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Courtyard Kochin, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The staff members were excellent in their service and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable.

The rooms at Marriott Courtyard Kochin were spacious and well-maintained. I found the accommodation to be clean, tidy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the overall ambiance was pleasant.

However, it is worth noting that the building itself is a bit old, which does come with some drawbacks. While the hotel has done its best to maintain the property, there were a few areas that showed signs of age.

Despite this minor drawback, I would still highly recommend Marriott Courtyard Kochin for its exceptional staff, spacious rooms, and overall pleasant experience.

Upgraded executive room was very good. I have taken package deal i.e with Dinner and Breakfast. Dinner buffet was horrible. There was no choice. Quality of food was also substandard. Again breakfast was quite good and good choice of items and of great taste. The property must improve the quality of food getting served in dinner.

Team helped me organise a little surprise with turns into a splendid one. Everything was great, just have to improve little on vegetarian food cout and quality. Morning breakfast Sandwich was great.

The entrance at the hotel was controlled with temperature check and given sanitizer before coming to the lobby itself. The check in process was smooth, the room was clean an well maintained. A bit of information was missing regarding few things like curtain control, food menu and divider control at the rest room.

The food at the restaurant was fabulous with wide variety of options. Staff Naveen was very attentive. The breakfast service at the room was given at the correct time. The shuttle service to the airport was arranged as requested.

Overall stay at the hotel was very comfortable.

The staff are very helpful and courteous. The interiors are beautifully designed and well maintained. Specially the aura beside the pool is very nicely lit with mango trees.
Overall a great stay experience!

Ithe wedding is splendid.we attend from wedding held in courtyard kochi airport the service waitress Jessy was always there to help us with our need. It was well organized.we love to come back here.

My pick up wasn't at the airport as he had taken some other guest to the airport prior to me.
Room was neat and clean. Dinner wasn't upto the mark. Food wasn't delivered as per the oder. The hotel doesn't have 24 hrs hot water. Surprising for a hotel of Marriott standard.

Pathetic and Most Terrible Experience

Being a Travel Influencer, I'm sad to say I had never experienced this kind of pathetic and worst service in this category of hotels.

I Checked-In at 6PM, the temperature in my Suite Room was 26°C (The Central A/C of the Room had issues) despite on many complaints the issue was not resolved. The technician came to room thrice with a ladder, fiddling with A/C creating a nuisance in the room but unable to resolve the issue. Despite of requesting for the room replacement I was repeatedly getting the technician to solve the issue, at the end I was just given a table fan to manage with. The room temperature of the A/C was 28°C by then, unable to sleep and had to board a flight early morning.

I had booked a room for 3, the additional bed was not arranged. And even after Check-In and requesting for the additional bed it was arranged post some time.

There was no proper beverage supplies, toiletries arranged or placed in the room.

During the surge of COVID Cases, no proper protocols were followed. I was allowed to walk in without temperature check, there was no sanitizer or liquid soap provided in the Room, there were no Tissues.

When ordered our meal. Only half of the food was served and the remaining order (Accompaniments) was send much later post requests.

The worst stay ever experienced by me, despite of it being close to the Airport. I would recommend you to stay in some other hotel in the city and travel to the Airport.

The breakfast spread was delightful, & the chef's appearance made it exciting too.
They, very kindly decorated the room my son & his new wife occupied for a day, & we all considered it very thoughtful & cute.
I highly recommend this lovely hotel & we will surely stay only here in our future visits to Blore️

Very nice hotel. And near in airport in 1 kilometer distend. Easy to access near place. No bar facility. Function, meetings Arenge Ments are available. Nice room's. Nice person for there staff.

Best Hotel to stay if you are travelling by flight. Airport is just 2 mins away. They also provide free shuttle service for airport pick up and drop.

Really good tho the service has changed bcz of the pandemic I can tell they are trying their best and also if most of yall are wondering if the pool is open yes it is and this review was done on april 10th 2021 so if you are reading this in the future it my not be due to some issues.i hope it wont close tho.happy journey!

Great place to stay.just 200 M away from Cochin airport.breakfast timings 06: 30 AM suitable for early morning flights.had a wonderful experience.

Safe and perfectly sanitized place to stay in. Everything was literally awesomene except the food, took too long and by the time food arrived it was already cold and the ice-cream had water crystals. Honestly speaking wasn't expecting that at The Marriott. I mean even ice-cream from Amul brand doesn't have ice crystals in there ice-cream. Yeah but the breakfast buffet was worth it

Very bad experience with the hotel. The staff is very rude unlike better hotels.

Below expectations. Promised many inclusions but when came to hotel they denied them. Also the behaviour of the staff not Courtois. And regarding room no mini bar nothing in the fridge.no sleepers. I really couldn't gather anything postive about the place even after many tries. Hopefully my last visit to Marriott.

Very low occupancy and so not too good a stay as far are services were concerned. Thin staffing, no dental kit etc.in the toilet. Could have been better considering no discounts in pricing etc.

This is a courtyard but deserves to be actual Marriott hotel due to awesome quality of ambiance, quality of comfort and wonderful restaurant. Check in and check out had been flawless and wonderful experience. Great place if we have a overnight stay since it it right next to airport. Great food and food service team.

I have stayed in several hotels in five cities of India and this ia definitely the best so far. Great room, excellent and tasty food and I must say they have the friendliest and most helpful staff in any hotel hotel I've stayed in and outside India.

I love staying here at courtyard Kochi. The staff are all super friendly and can't do enough. To name a few, jessy, bala akash and so many more wonderful staff. The hotel is comfortable and not too crowded. As it's small it never gets too busy which I prefer when I'm away. The facility's are great and also I'm able to run outside with some quaint little villages near by. Would recommend anyone to come stay and enjoy the Indian hospitality

The best staff I have ever encountered at any Marriott hotel worldwide. Especially a gentleman named Rijin who was the Food & Beverage Manager. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

We went for a tea at the the cafe.most of the staff was busy with dinner arrangements.we had to wait.expected better service but ambiance was amazing

The worst experience in a Five Star setting. Sub-standard service. Inefficient staff. Inordinate delay in serving. But unashamedly the bill was brought at record speed!

The hospitality was awesome. Great food. The place is calm and nice. Provides good service on par with Marriot standards.

A nice place, comfortable and spacious rooms. Has only Breakfast and dinner buffet. Lunch buffet only on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Be careful when you go to city. I got there pretty easily with Uber. But coming back towards airport is a pain. Find out about public transport and only then venture out. Can't trust Ola or Uber. The airport is very close and within walking distance to the airport

This time it was just for lunch. Food is good. Good ambience. Had. Ceaser chicken. Good. Nothing to complain. Sure will come back again.

A place for business meets. Not a good place for family. Also, apparently the only day we decided to stay, they wanted to clean the swimming pool.

Quite a nice place with a great view of the airport. Quite close to the airport too, and they have a shuttle service to the airport.
