I recently stayed at Crescent Family Resort in Sultan Batheri and had a wonderful experience. The staff was amiable and accommodating, and the facilities were top-notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The resort's location was also ideal, with beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. I especially enjoyed the pool area, which was well-maintained and offered a great place to cool off on hot days. Overall, I highly recommend Crescent Family Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sultan Batheri.

We stayed at a non-AC cottage and i have to say we didn't felt a need for an AC either. Cottages were pretty decent and big for the price they come in. Really affordable. Staff was also quiet good. You will find lot of fruit plants too. Emu just roaming freely in the resort is another experience in itself:). Also you will find monkeys as well here.
Coming to what can be improved. First on my list is the bathroom. It doesn't match with rest of the cottage. Secondly, food. Firstly there is no buffet in lunch or dinner, one needs to order by 7 to get the food by 9. If you missed then you need to order from outside. Also the food was pretty average. Especially even in the morning, buffet was below average, no live counters. They will charge you for things like omelette. I asked for butter that i never got too. Also none of the items in the buffet was hot. Please improve on this.

Overall our stay was good and peaceful. Ahh how can i forgot the big area you get to sit outside of your cottage.

Was an okay stay at the Crescent resort. Area is good but there is not much you can explore at this resort. Staff were cooperative and food was good. Resort could have been well maintained given the area they have. One thing to notice is they have couple of Emu here which are walking loose. Kindly be aware not to get too close to them or provoke them, else emus can be dangerous. We tried taking some pics/videos of emu (unknown of its behaviour) which made it insecure and started coming at us. Luckily we were able to avoid it. So the resort staff should warn every people staying at the resort as they may not be aware as to how to treat such bird. Else if you mind your own business without getting too close the bird, it will not do any harm.

It's very nice place for family to stay for many days including playing area swimming pool and tasty food at an average rate.

We stayed there for a night last month. Its a very peaceful place, food was simple but good, breakfast was complimentary. Not a place for the aged though coz there are too many steps up and down. When my daughter fell ill, the manager took us in his own vehicle to buy medicines. That was really very sweet of them.
Everything is good, just that the pillows should be little thinner.

Excellent, Really enjoyed the stay. Front desk persons are very helpful especially Jithin. Expecting Idli, Dosa and Tamilnadu meals daily in restaurant, served foods are very tasty. Worth for our money. Rooms are very clean.

It's was fantastic experience in cresent. Well maintained property. The real world of nature.
And the service they given was awesome. Mainly from the front desk staff jithin and crew.

Good property surrounded by Coffee plantation. Poorly maintained. Staff is decent. Food served at restaurant is managed by 3rd party and the kitchen hygiene and overall food quality is below average.

Such a wonderful experience in that resort fot us. Very good room services and help desk services. Awesome food quality and tastes. For food, Expecially tamilnadu people mostly love it.

We had a pleasant stay at crescent family resort. Apart from the leeches waiting to bite the moment your barefeet make contact with the ground, everything was worthy for the money we spent. The resort restaurant has a huge menu but generally food is a bit on the expensive side for a budget resort. We love animals and my 9 month old daughter had fun meeting goats, rabbits, swans and emus. Overall a budget resort with well thought out structure and landscape with a number of activities to spend your time on.

The best place for family and with friends trip more importantly this place is for those who want to spend some peaceful time and get together. Swimming pool and shuttlecock court are well maintained. Also it has small play area and pay room which has group activities like carrom board chess and other small small games

Having a 3 nights 4 day stay was good with such a peaceful ambience. The staffs were so kind and loving which is a much appreciable one. Out of all, the food they provide for breakfast as complimentary and also for items that we order seperately in their kitchen is awesome and people from tamilnadu will definitely like it.

I haven't visited many resorts, but this one was really nice and we enjoyed to the core. The room facilities and services are really appreciated. Very cool atmosphere and it's best to visit in December. The food they provided was also really nice.

Family resort -but Good for bachelors -You will get all the freedom 24*7

Very good Hospitality

We all had a family get together but we were disappointed with the resort. Overall a very bad experience for me

Excellent location. Panoramic view, very clean air and surroundings. Friendly Emu birds are roam around the main gate and parking areas. Neatly maintained a Rabbit cage near main gate with more than two dozen of white and gray Rabbits, overall it's make a feel of real nature friendly. Resort cottages are build natural elevation with typical ancient Kerala architecture. Special mention on food. Very tasty. Hospitality is really great. Staff are friendly. We will be visiting again.
Note: we missed their Ayurveda speciality massages as we had only one night panned tour. Definitely will try in next stay soon.

Front desk staffs are good in response and highly proffesional but not robotic felt that they are doing from their heart
Staffs are really worth for the organisation from main gate to kitchen all are smily and won't forget to wish each and every one at first sight.

Extremely beautiful setup amidst the coffee plantations with very helpful staff expecially front office. The best place to be close to the nature with your beloved ones. Food was excellant. The balcony view is the best part of the room (room no: 214). They have amazing activity area where you can do fish spa, fishing, play carroms, table tennis, chess and spend some quality time with your family.

People in the front office behave very badly, the staff is sitting there while the ladies are bathing in the swimming pool, and the room of the rats in the room is heard at night.

Best nature based resort.staff was excellent and very supportive in that the manager Vishnu sir was very friendly and corporative.food was excellent they made it as per our required taste.they also have emu and rabbit children enjoyed a lot with them.rooms and resorts was neat and clean and swimming pool also.we where given 10 minutes complimentary spa which I enjoyed.

The location of the property is perfect for people who are looking to connect with nature. The staff are very attentive.

It was a very comfortable stay. Though the property is beautifully maintained. Had a great stay over there. And also there coustomer services are very awesome.

The rooms are not at all what they have shown on the website. There were cockroaches, lizards, insects and mosquitoes in the room. The rooms were all damp and head a pungent smell. Customer service was also terrible. Definitely a no no

The best place for a vacation. U can spend a quality time in resort with family and friends. I has big rooms. There are indoor and out door play areas. It has a swimming pool. It has two types of spa. Fish spa and Ayurvedic spa these two are not included in the stay amount. Therapy are view points inside the resort. It has a yellow lake and fishing on that lake is available. There are swings. Walking inside the resort makes to feel like a treak. There are tree tops in the resorts. It has a Hall and few function and meeting takes place frequently. Perfect place to hang out with friends and cousins. There are restaurants inside in the resort. For all the facilities inside the resort has specific timings. We have to book a room before going there. They provide towels, shampoo, soaps, electric kettle, sugar packets, coffee packets, tea dips, milk powder, glasses and water bottle. Our needs are fulfilled quickly by the reception team. We had complementary breakfast. Totally the stay was just awesome. It's a bit expensive but dam worth it. The room's interiors are in woods. It gives a feel and beautiful smell when you enter.

6 years back we went there, it was fantastic, but not anymore.
The atmosphere and hospitaliy is good now, but they didn't maintain the system, I found problems almost everywhere, almost all of them due to lack of maintenance or ppor maintenance.
You can find a few in the posted images, like no door for wardrobe, no locks at all for any of the closets and cupboards, we took 4 rooms and almost all in same condition, showing the need of urgent maintenance.also before the swimming pool was great, not anymore, as the coating inside was peeled off in many locations and many areas about to peel, as it already detached from the surface.
I didn't give 1 star, as they promised that they are doing some renowation, starting from the pool, and I can see the evidences of materials and workers around.
Hope it will be same as before under the new management, as the only problem I felt was the maintenance issue. And all other aspects, other than quality of dinner (breakfast was fantastic though) was pretty good.

A very wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. Very well furnished infrastructure. Clean and hygiene environment. Good facilities available.

We had a stay in double bedroom cottage, the experience was perfect, but they had a communication problem at the billing, but other than that, everything was perfect.

Resort is good.
Please never pay extra and book the private villa.
Anything else other than private villa is very good.
Restaurant and service is also good.

Resort located in a beautiful coffee and fruits plantation, I have spent around two days I liked all facilities especially the Greenery and hospitality, most important thing is room rates it is affordable for all kinds of travellers.

I had booked private villa which had a very spacious drawing room with dining table and 4 chairs, 1 bed room with queen size bed, and a kitchen. Since my stay was during Christmas (holiday period), the price I paid was a bit high than usual. We were 3 Adult and 1 Kid. The food is also decently priced and above average in taste/quality.

Awesome experience, scenic property with so many activities to explore, good food, clean and very good service.spacious rooms. A must visit of u as r in Wayanad.
