The ambience is good, but the food is worst and prices are also high. Also poor customer service.

Good food. Service could've been better. The entire place was empty and no one ever came out to the dining place in the terrace unless we caught them from inside.

They have indoor and outdoor seatings…we choose indoor because of the humidity. We ordered 2 pizzas but didn’t like any of them.

Nice ambience and good food, but somewhat expensive and juices are not that much good.provides both indoor and open terrace siting. Open terrace gives such a lovely atmosphere specially during evenings. A kind of Theame restaurant related to cricket as the name indicates.

I like this place. Food is great. A bit on the expensive side but a lovely ambience. We went during their Italian festival. And it was totally memorable. Food takes time as it is freshly prepared. But it's worth the wait.

Beatiful view, sizzling hot food, courteous staff. I enjoyed the space and the open terrace ambience. There's an indoor space too, but I lobed the open air with the skyline view.

It was a great place to go and it was in the favourite list of Restaurants. But nowadays the food is not coming up to the mark as before. Ordered Vanilla/Chocolate milk shakes and Veg Pizza recently. Trust me, You can really get a better shake from normal juice shops with lesser money. Pizza was also not that much good.

Very bad experience waste of money. Today i ordered a chicken pizza & it had no taste and too cold. They jst told us they prepare food according to the customer orders bt the food seemed to be prepared early & was cold, we felt like eating a cold chappatii.with no salt. & no other ingredients that a pizza should have and the pizza had no toppings.not even the average cheese that a normal pizza have the chicken feels like vomiting.food was not completely cooked.we can't fully eat the food we ordered its a complete waste of money. We ordered 2 lime juice that too made me dissatisfied its not worth of money.simply waste of money. I felt like more water than lime, it doesn't taste like a lime juice it cost ₹45 each and not worth of it.if I say anything good in there is the ambience of silence & no rush.maybe bcoz that people know about their food.

Its a sweet spot where you can simply spend some time with your friends and dear ones. They have a variety of beverages and food items. Special steaks nd all. And the pizzas were also good.

Didn't have a good experience. Went based on recommendation but was served uncooked food and badly prepared cappuccino. Not recommended.

Bad service, bad food and bad experience. Staff is either underpaid, inexperienced or untrained. Looks like this restaurant will go out of business very soon.

One of the best steak in Trivandrum served on black fettuccine. Loved the ambience I will be back. Cricket shack is back to where it should be

I visited the place today (feb 14) with huge expectations, heard a lot about this restaurant from my friends. Not only am I disappointed, I even hate the place and have decided not to visit again. They made us wait for 30 min before deciding to give us the menu card, and more than 1 hour was wasted waiting for food. I asked them why the delay and they replied they are having a lot of customers than usual. I didn't see that many customers around and I mentioned that. Then they said they were having some problem with the system there. Ordered 3 dishes (1 main course and 2 side dishes) and 2 beverages, but only 2 got got delivered to the table. They replaced the beverage with 'Sprite' and they requested to cancel one side dish. Anyways I had spent around 2+ hours there for 2 dishes and thanks to them my eve got spoiled.

We had a very bad experience last night. We went to the cafe at 9 30 and we parked the car in the car parking area inside. After few minutues they came and told us to get the car outside the compound as the parking will be closed soon. It was only around 10 pm that time. And they informed us kitchen will be closed at 10 30 so we have to order the menu fast. We ordered and finished the food qt 10 45. They said to use the stairs as the lift was off. We had to climb down from the 5th floor using stairs. After that the compound gate was closed. When we asked the security to open it he refused and said that he cant do that without the message from manager. The restaurant working time was till 11pm and they did all these before 10 45. Finally we had to jump over the gate. We had ladies and kids with us. Even though the security was idle. Very poor service from the management.

Cricket Shack used to be my favourite place and it used to give outstanding tasty dishes which was worthy for the price. But now they produce the worst service and the food tastes really bad. These tasteless food are so expensively priced and it also gives a great deal of dissatisfaction in spending so much for a small tasteless dish. Their pizza before was the best and we never used to get bored of its taste. But now the pizza is like cheese filled on top of small chappathi. Go ahead and see for yourself. Definitely not worthy!

Change in mangament ruined the whole brand. The customer service is also bad and providing bad food. While talking about the feedback to the authorised people. They are exactly saying like "you guys don't have tried Italian food and so". Personally I feel this was not a proper answer to a unsatisfied customer. Those persons can talk like this, after providing good food. Price is okay and we wil give that, when they are ready to give proper food. Over priced and quality of food is ZERO!

The worst food experience i had in a while. It.used to be good place but they have lost the quality big time.

It was a nice place to chill.but now the management is changed and they concentrate on money rather than the quality of food. Expensive is okay but the foods taste is not good.very bad behaviour from the management when I talk about the experience.never recommend this place anymore.will miss old ambiance and food.

Go here for the ambience, not the food. This place is more like a CCD, with Pizzas and grills instead of coffee. The cricket based theme is great, but what I like more is the roof top dining experience. Menu options are too limited and price is on a really higher side.

Very expensive. A really good ambience. Privacy. Best place with friends. Good place for couples. Eye catching sceneries. A good place for cricket lover. Well maintained and clean, good services.
