Crimson Fordge is the cleanest and most organized gym I’ve ever seen! I have no words to say how wonderful they are. Crimson Fordge has a team of excellence! They have a place for anyone, a plan for any goal, everything is very flexible! I am extremely satisfied with CF and the entire team.

I joined this gym a month back. I had been to many gyms for past many years. Though most of the hitech gyms have state of the art machines, it makes a massive difference how properly we use it.this gym stands out coz the trainers always guide us with or without PT and make sure we workout perfectly. For me it is an outstanding experience with my PT sreejith, lost a lot of weight unknowingly without much strain.now that matters.without any side effects like tiredness hair loss etc Kudos to the team CF. IT IS JUST PERFECT.

Best gym in palakkad. Well experienced trainers and dietician. Very neat and good equipments. From my personal experience i will strongly recommend who needs to maintain their health properly for weight loss or bodybuilding etc. One of the trainer was mr.kerala and others one was Mr India on junior category (total 3trainers). They will give you diet plan too. It was very effective. Am really satisfied with this gym
