One of the best gym visited till date in kottayam. They have good trainers and spacious workout area. Occupied with plenty of equipments. Situated in two floors and provides group sessions everyday. They also have an option oto learn and practise kick boxing.
Very good facility, the beautiful part is very spacious area, nice environment, separate area for cardio, CrossFit and weight training. Then, the trainers are good & friendly.
More importantly, I do workout in this gym, the above facts are my reasons to choose this gym.

A well equipped gym at a convenient location in the city. Ample parking space and friendly trainers (Dilip and Sojan) are added benefits. Definitely worth checking it out for all your fitness requirements.
The Crossfit Gym provides the right ambience and support to all their members. The trainers are very receptive and have greatly helped with my weight training, with excellent facilities.

Trainer DILIP JACOB Sir is help me alot for reducing my weight and and help me to cure my back ache.thank you sir for your concern. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors. I highly recommend checking this gym out. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.

Best gym in kottayam.lot of machines and space spread over 2 floors.the property is well-managed and maintained.the trainers and the management have done an amazing job in creating a supportive and warm environment for everyone.
I have been training in kosamattam gym for more than a year. These are the factors that I have found out.
1. Most of the equipment have complaints and it takes lot of time to fix it.
2. One of the elliptical machines are not working properly.
3.2 members had been stuck inside the bathroom due to poor door mechanism and that hasn't fixed yet.
4.one of the shower in gym don't work.
5. The Ac is switched on just by 4 30 or Just one question if I am working out without AC why do I have to pay 1500 rupees. I just have to pay 700 rupees. The door to the weight training section has also lost its mechanism. The door once opened should automatically close. But it stays open and thus affecting the cooling of the room and that hasn't been fixed after all these years.
6. The parking is another mess. People with cars have to park somewhere else.
The only good thing is there are lots of weights and Machines and you don't have to wait in queue or fight for equipments.
Fully equipped and spacious gym. Weight training by Dileep and cross fit training by Sojan truly helps in getting a complete body workout. Worth the money spend.
Crossfits equipments are the top most equipments. And also the trainer here is wonderful especially our sojan sir train us really hard and also he will make us how to train our body perfectly and also in muscle department dileep sir give us how to train perfectly our muscle and also body with the equipments. They will also give us the diet plan how to control our food with proper diet. After I came in this crossfits gym I have lost 5kgs and also gain stami a from here. It is wonderful gym I have experienced.
I am extremely satisfied with this gym. Trainers are well experianced.cross-fit training done by expert staffs. There is separate sections for cardio, muscle and crossfit.
I’ve been to this gym before but it wasn't this messed up. I’m an ISSA certified personal trainer and nutritionist (ig- mohammedhyshem). I’ve been to many gyms and this one is probably the worst. Listing some negatives below: -Poor service and unprofessionalism -Machines are not maintained properly -Weights are never reracked -Weights are rusted and dusty -Definitely not for serious lifters and people looking for progress There are plenty of equipments and space, don’t fall for that gimmick.
It is very nice place to improve your health, facilities and atmosphere are excellent, trainers are very helpfull Expecially sojan chettan he is very supportive and helpfull for the bigginers
I have joined the gym, very bad experience for me. There is a lady trainer, she doesn't know any workout in proper form or proper way. I was a beginner and i didn't know anything about training, so i listened to her and got joint pains.
Then there are other 2 instructors, who are good but they are busy doing their personal workouts and talking. They don't prefer to come near us, and look at us at our form or if we are doing the workout correctly. I joined this gym because, i thought i am paying 1500rs per month and i will get a very good experience. Even after all the covid relaxation they don't turn on the Ac at all, but still charge Rs 1500 which is comparatively very high. The machines also get complaint most of the times.
Hope the owner sees this, and bring some changes. Because we are paying 1500 rs, and we expect such a good experience from this gym.
A very good fitness center. Excellent trainers and staffs and ample parking space as well as activity area.kick boxing classes for additional fee.usually crowded at mornings.
Good gym but lacks commited trainers. The gym has all the facilities and quality equipments. However the trainers are sluggish and don't expect much advise from them especially for beginners unless you get some personal trainer.
Great facilities.sufficient space and proper training mechanism and well qualified trainers, especially Ajith. The guy quite something, he will ensure that you work for it and guide you properly.it's bin just 2 months since I joined here and have been able to see a sizeable change in my fitness and stamina. First impression towards it was actually a good one. Variety of equipments available for each muscle exercise. Three sections are there. One for the machine work outs. Another for the heavy weights. On the top floor is the arena. Check the photos for more info.
Best gym in kottayam in my opinion, I've been to at least 3 other gyms in kottayam and I can say crossfit has definitely been the best. Has the best trainer, equipment, services and everything else a gym requires. And this is the only gym where i have got good results or any result at all from working out. If you're looking for a good gym in kottayam i would 1010 recommend crossfit.
A very good gym. The trainers are all experienced. Very clean and hygienic. Parking space for two-wheelers and four-wheelers. All the equipments are available. Individual trainer is also available. Different sections for cardio and weight training.
Not the biggest in kottayam, but certainly the best i wud say. Has 3 separate well maintained sections for weight training, cardio and crossfit. Trainers are extremely good, down to earth and dedicated.of course they smile.not everyone does that in gym.if you are into serious bodybuilding, this is not the best place.but they serve you with good atmosphere for moderate intensity workout and diet plans.the overall ambience is nice.
