Love their sound quality and picturisation. Only suitable for upper class only. They have only one dolby atmos and they have taking the price of 2k &atmos for other theatres also. Only suitable for the one having the cash in their wallet

Abysmal behavior from the staffs and exaggerated prices for tickets make watching movies in crown cineplex a disastrous experience

Watchd a movie in theatre after a long time. They are keen in keeping the covid regulations strictly. A nice theatre experience in this corona days.

The sound quality is really good. And screen quality is also ok but when we compare with the ticket rate picture quality and seats are not that much good. Nice arrangement of seats. The ticket rate is 220 which is very high in calicut. But I had a worst experience that they turned off a/c in between the show. In first half, they turned off and some one complained, they just did the same thing in middle of second half too. Highly dissapointed while comparing the price.

My first multiplex experience happened here and the movie was "IronMan 3" in 3D.
I was completely mind blown with the picture quality, 3d effects and crisp sound. To be honest, my friends were initially cursing me for bringing them here, after they saw the building exteriors. After watching movie and the experience they had, they couldn't thank me enough.

Crown is a nostalgia for the people who grew up in Calicut. And it still retains it's charm even after all these years. Cinema is the foremost priority for Crown and it remains so even after adding all modern multiplex conveniences. Watching a movie at Crown is still one of the most chetishable thing to do in Calicut.

This theatre is awesome. So cleaned place and better service. My first film I showed was 'The Transformers ; Extinction'. The 3D Imax projection, no words to explain, quite awesome. The sound system is so enjoyable and great. Especially the seatings and security system was so good. No lag for enjoying movies, it's a great one. Loved it so badly!

One of the best cinema theatre in calicut having Dolby Atmos sound system having two screens. The ambience in theatre is good, it seems to us a bit expensive but its worth the price.

For the cost of the tickets, the movie experience is just average. The food is average and there is nothing special to make it more than a 3/5 theatre.

Everything except way too much over priced food is pretty good when it comes to crown theatre though if theatre is filled parking can be a problem.

My god! Hell of a price for - cheap quality seats, cramped leg space, 2k projection and extra bonus point for parking fee. I mean people of calicut why you are still spending 280 for ticket here. The maximum rate that that can be set for such a theatre would be 120-140. Pay 400 and go to gold class pvr instead.

I have been visiting this theatre since the past 40 odd years. The only place in Calicut where one can watch English movies. The owners are excellent people and very friendly.
