Everything was so perfact thanku so much for the wonderful stay and special thanks to Front desk team they are really nice and cool.

I had a homely feel. I stayed for 30 days in Crowne Plaza and I'm missing it. The room are spacious with good view. Good hospitality, front desk employees are friendly.

Hygienic pool & a very good gym.

The hotel is good. The lobby is good so is the restaurants. However the rooms are not upto the mark. Not sound proof and not as spacious as it should be of a 5 star hotel

Good Hotel situated at Kundanoor Jn, in National Highway. Opp to Le-Meridien Hotel. Near Abad Nucleus mall.

I am a man who does not eat much of seafood. Infact almost non at all. But I was willing to eat some there and it was worth it. It is a luxurious hotel with incredibly rich flavoured food. I for one would definitely recommend it.

Best in the class service with very professional staffs. The breakfast and dinner buffet is among the best in the city. Superb room service too.

Food - the dinner and breakfast spread was massive. The rooms are spacious and clean given you a small view to the backwaters.
The gym is clean and very well equipped. The property has 2 functional swimming pools. The staff was attentive and tried their best to make our stay comfortable.

This is one of the best hotels you can stay at if you are visiting Kochi. It is located at a distance from the city but not too far away. The rooms are excellent and I loved their breakfast buffets. Room service is quite good too though the food and drinks are quite expensive.

Lot of mosquitoes in the lounge restaurant, need to come out with a solution for it, we cannot pay for getting mosquito bites

One of the best in class hotel in the city.quite good parking space is available, lounge is perfect for client meetings.rooms are clean tidy and fresh.reception and service was perfect.most days are filled with programmes so don’t expect charm environment.rates are pretty high too.almost7 km from city centre

Amazing Hotel, love the food and the ambience, but the parking is horrendous. Feels like something out of horror movie. It was dark, dinghy and had water leaking.

Now crowne plaza have more different their services and every fact as a customer wise their service food rooms are worth but it's not advanced

Seems okay! But didn't get the same luxurious or ambient vibes you get from other hotels. The buffet was okay. But a good place for a time pass.

The location is free from everything. The ambience is superb. Particularly food is nice with Kerala spicy touch. Placement of restaurant beside pool is an added attraction. The reception and courtesy extended by staff is cool and soothing. Like to stay next visit to Kerala again.

The experience over here was good but in certain areas it could had been better. The booking process satisfactory, they took care of our demands of our room ambience. The checkin process at the reception was dull, it took 45 mins to complete it. I had never waited for this long to checkin into the room.
The room was big and clean. The view from the room was awesome. The service for housekeeping took time as well.
I opted for all meals plan for the stay. The breakfast had variety of options. As for lunch, i wasn't impressed with starters, main course had 4 dishes for each veg and non veg, which was ok. The main attraction was desserts, kids would simply love it. The staff at restaurant was warm and courteous.
The stay had two pools, one beside restaurant and ground floor. The pool was ok, nothing much to speak about.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The Rooms have been redone and the food quality remains excellent. The parking lot is just bad.

The lift and entrance from parking was not working properly there's no sign or info regarding that and the greatest comedy is that even the staff doesn't know it.

Excellent food, very authentic and Indian flavor, specially the chef Bhaskar has a magical hands which will make you try more regional specific dishes. Rooms are clean and good.

A staycation with my family was made memorable by Crowne Plaza Cochin Team, The room was excellent, The view was amazing from the water front side, staff was courteous, espeially Roomservice and House keeping.we really enjoyed our stay, Dinner and Breakfast was very nice, it was managed well during covid time, Thank you very much Mr Bala (Reservations) Miss Sneha and Mr. Jinu (front office) Mr. Vishnu (reservations).

Well maintained hotel, good underground parking, food was average. Pools were closed as per hotel staff due to covid and we were not allowed but foreigners were allowed in the pool which did not seem fair.

This is my first visit to this hotel and the experience was amazing. The staff's there are extremely helpful and caring. They cater to all our needs. The cleanliness is top notch and they make sure everything stays that way. The breakfast buffet was rich and had wide varieties. It includes traditional Indian dishes along with english food. The backwater view from the room is beautiful as well. Overall, its a splendid place to have a peaceful stay.

Have been to many star hotels, for business and leisure, but never felt more home and welcoming. The Hospitality is top notch, have to mention their extremely friendly and helpful staffs. What ever you need they get it done for you with a smile. Highly recommended to people who visit Cochin. A must stay, Food was really delicious, it was a festival of flavours for my palettes. Definitely going to stay here next time I visit Cochin. ️

Helping staff especially sneha in the reception and saurabh in the restaurant were very helping and were very energetic staff (wealth of crown plaza kochi). If you are going for quarantine, i will suggest this hotel for you all. Because group of COVID patience are staying there for quarantine without any proper precautions. So it’s the best place of quarantine. So you can suggest your people who wanna stay for quarantine. So please aware of it!

Stayed one week ago. Great stay at hotel with most lovely and friendly staff, buffet spread was amazing with mouth smacking taste and in this pandemic all staff followed covid protocol very well.it was a awesome experience

Went to attend a wedding in Kochi once, stayed in Crowne Plaza, it was a wonderful experience, I loved the staffs, they were so helpful and the rooms are just great. The best thing is they are following Covid Protocol strictly, staffs were wearing shield and mask, sanitizers were seen everywhere. All in all a good Hotel to stay in.

It was a perfect stay, with perfect staffs who were willing to help out with my problems and my needs too and covid protocols were followed strictly and all the staffs wore masks and shields which didnt leave any rook for worries. Had a great stay.

I keep coming back to this Hotel mainly for hosting conferences. I was here for one night for business. This pla e is big and reasonable. Service levels are poor compared to other crowne Plaza. We had business meeting get together at Sky grill. Very disappointed with food and service arrangements. Why do we have to choose this Hotel as Marriott is yet to get the liquor license! Small things like phone chargers are also not provided by them saying we have lost all. Rooms are pretty big and nice. Shower area and other amenities are good. Buffet breakfast average quality. Though I had a good sleep. Rooms are quiet and we'll maintained. I got pool facing rrom.

It is the best place and people I visited ever. Friendly and quick check-in, being vegetarian they look after us well, exceptional location. To top it up they gave personal touch. Staying in room 908 from 02 Jan to 03 Jan 19. The service has deteriorated considerably. The TV was faulty got it replaced. Kettle not working. Got it changed. Any complaints made takes ages to get attended. Ask for laundry the person does not come in less than 15 to 20 minutes. Generally all 5 stars hotels are the same. What makes the is the service provided. This needs to improve grossly. It is not the job of the guests to get the items in the room repaired/ replaced. It should have been done before the guest occupies the room. Rahul dhar

Very eventful, classy and elegant banquet halls. Best place to host receptions, weddings and meetings.

I had been to "Mosaic" on the 23rd afternoon with my family (6 + 1 infant) for buffet lunch. The food was excellent. The boy (Jibin) who was attending us was very pleasing. He was appeared to be very pleasant.

Crowne Plaza is a 5 star luxury hotel. They have all the world class facilities which includes gym, Restaurant, swimming pool, buffet dinner that serves delicious mouth watering dishes. They also have luxury style party halls which is very impressive. And yes nowadays we face the parking crunch. And we don’t have to worry about that here. There is ample space to park your vehicles.

Great rooms and very good food. Do check if there are strikes though, as my flight only leaves at 2pm and I was told that I need to take a taxi at 4am to the airport. When I arrived at the airport, was told that I can only enter the airport 3 hours before the flight. So sitting outside for 5 hours on a very uncomfortable chair and doesn't look like there's any place to have breakfast here either. Rather book the Marriot Hotel at the airport if you have a flight to catch, the inconvenience is just not worth it.

This is my third or Fourth visit to the hall in the hotel. The hall is only average size which can seat about 1000 to 1500 people. The not so broad but narrow Corridor serves as the dining area.

Incredible Hotel in Kochi:

I was able to explore Crowne Plaza on November 2018 as a part of an event. From the outside it look like small but after you inside the complex it will be like a medium-sized palace.
The staff were very keen and helpful they directed me to the event hall as I arrived there. The lunch (buffet) was super filled with lot of items, especially the desert it was amazing one.
I do recommend this place for events because there we can accommodate large number of guests.
I was also stunned with the surrounding (hotel surrounding) too. Kids as well as adults will experience the magic of garden, pool etc.

It's a pretty awesome experience staying at the plaza. It's luxury redifined. The service is amazing, the food is out standing, the bakery is pretty awesome. You can literally walk around and shop for goodies. They have more than few eatery's in the building.it's pretty damn good!

It's a five star hotel with power cuts and without quick backups! Unbelievable. The doors and air-conditioning are noisy. The staff and service are courteous.
