I have tried fried chicken from this shop. Taste is very good. But the service they given is not satisfied. Food waiting time is more compared to other shops. I have asked for additional order it takes more time. I feel a waste of time there. Additional ketchup is asked. But they are walking without minding us.

Worst restaurant ever! I’ve bought their Greek overlorded fries and chicken white pasta and it was literally the worst in terms of both quality and quantity. I saw this restaurant when I’m passing through the Pmna bypass and at first the physical appearance of the shop and interior made me believe that it’s a good shop and when I checked their menu I feel like it’s not cheap as well. So I thought it’s gonna be a good experience and I’ve placed my order. They took more than 20 mins to get my order ready and when I was waiting in the restaurant itself I hear some of the customers going to the cash counter and talking about the bad food they received from there and since I already ordered I just thought let me try this time and not make any assumptions. But when the food came and when I tasted the food I realised that these people doesn’t know anything about what they’ve made for me. For starters the French fries in my Greek overloaded fries was the cheapest quality French fries any body can get in the whole market. It was that bad. There was no layering for the chicken, cheese and fries, it was just a sorted low quality fries and some pieces of chicken which along with some ketchup which not at all compliments the dish overall. The chicken white pasta was just pasta cooked and sorted in some white sauce (which was mostly all purpose flour) and I feel like it’s preparation was not over yet because of the tastelessness of the dish.overall I’m not at all suggesting this restaurant to any body and only reason I’m giving one star is because there is none below that one!

Worst experience ever!
Tried their greek loaded fries and white chicken pasta, both tasted horrible & way too overpriced for the quality & quantity they serve.completely dissatisfied!

For the fried chicken the skin was completely burnt. 8 pcs combo had literally 10 pcs of French fries.

1. Staff - 4.5: they were very polite and approachable.
2. Ambience - 3.5: the seating and lighting were good.
3. Food - 3: The broast was too much oily and over crispy. The spiciness was actually on board. But, overall failed to meet satisfaction due to the first point. The mayonnaise and coleslaw could also be made better. The burger was OK. Even though we know that blueberries are not actually used here but the Blueberry mojito was flavoring the syrup too much. Mango juice was very good️.
4. Pricing - 4: The price is actually affordable and average and not too much.

Overall: If they would concentrate on making their food quality higher, they would be a very good place to dine in.

I have tried fried chicken and burger. Very tasteless food. I recommend you not to dry. Don’t waste your money.

Had fried chicken meal, you get it with a coleslaw too. That’s a first in Kerala for me.
The chicken was good and soft, the marination was good I believe. Had a mild spicy taste, but not too spicy. Just enough. Although the batch that I got was a little over fried. Too crispy. When it’s too crispy, the skin looses it’s juiciness.
The coleslaw - was average. Because the mayonnaise they used to make it was the regular local mayonnaise. With which you can never perfect it. Should add a little sugar and onion to balance out the thick taste of mayonnaise.
Overall great fried chicken. Comes in second to AlMaaks fried chicken (near angadipuram). That’s still the best.

Tried crunchick special club sandwitch. One of the worst club ever had.stuffed with some chicken found in low quality sandwiches. Rated 2 star dince didnt try any other items. But its the worst sandwitch in whole pmna. On the positive side it costs only 120. Its the most expensive club in the restaurant. Others are below 100. For tea or coffee lovers, its not the place.they dont serve any hot items. Have ample parking space. Dining area is good with balcony side (good ambience) and separate AC rooms. Can also dine in ground floor with limited seating capacity. Hope other foods served are good. But never ever to crunchchick again
