I purchased a steel container from crsytal super market before 3 days. Due to fast purchasing unable check items properly. But one container not a proper shape. Some defects in the container. I found this when i reached home. Today i took this item and went there for a exhange. But the sales lady told me, i purposefully did and try to change this item. Then i called floor incharge, he is not ready to attend my concern. Really bad experience.

The difference i felt is the customer friendly staff. Professional and very friendly behavior from them. Grocery with great offers. Nice collection of ladies items and gift items.
