Good ambience and good food. There is no dry chilly chicken for lunch. I think it is the most demerit when i feel about the restaurant.

Lovely food and coffee. The staff is very polite and Honest. I paid my bill without checking. I started my car and was almost leaving and that's when the staff came running to me explaining that they had given the wrong bill which was more and they returned my money back! It was such an beautiful gesture on their side. Totally appreciate it

Wide variety of ice creams and falooda’s. Serving quantity is low and high price. Overall good experience.

Now let me start by saying this. There was no prejudiced mind before going to this place nor read any reviews. Had to drop by near the area, so thought of visiting the House of Tandoor. Even though the side line highlights North Indian menu, I thought of ordering Chinese. I was just surprised to see the price. A veg fried rice which costs 160! And dragon chicken for 230 bucks! One word - Highly over priced restaurant. I won't be investing this much money for just an okay kinda of food, which is available else where. And regarding the food served, I would say food was good enough but as for the price they charge there should have been a wow factor, not authentic Indo Chinese definitely. Nowadays 5 star hotels have started giving buffet @ 499 in the town! There is no harm in charging if you are ready to give the best, The finest Chinese restaurants in the country charge not just for the quality but the ambience, service, taste, presentation of the dish and lot more factors. I personally would recommend this place for desserts only.

I'm not satisfied with the customer service. They were reluctant to give me cafe menu at restaurant area. I didn't expect such type of response from such an established cafe/restaurant

I am fan of their ice cream. Smoking brownie, hot chocolate fudge. Chicken Tikka biriyani is also quite decent

This coffee shop is inside Kalyan Sarees building. The shop is mainly for those who come for shopping. A good place to rest and have a sip of coffee when your dear ones are busy shopping: D

Nice place for family and couples. Have many veriety food items. Tasty food. Near Jayalakshmi silks Thrissur. Poothole Road. Nice ambience but some items is overpriced.

Have seen many good reviews about this restaurant and decided to visit there. We had tandoori chicken n cheese nan. It was not tasty. When we ask for mayonnaise, the serving guy said that it cannot be provided with that. A chutney like thing was there. Overall, food is very costly and taste is not worth for it. I felt as waste of money.

Reply to the owner- I never pointed the rate of tandoori chicken. Tandoori chicken price is reasonable. Please check the rate of cheese naans with other standard restaurants. Mayonnaise can be provided with any item on request from customers I believe.

Amazing variety. Very nice ambience and equally maintained quality in desserts. Don't miss this place if you are an ice cream fan. A perfect place to refresh yourself with their amazing flavours. Decent ambiance and a good collection of desserts. Fruit salad is nice but I personally like the apple skin to be peeled when added in fruit salads The size of the dry fruits should be uniform. I bit into a dry badam which had just been chopped into 2 pieces. Some sloppy work I felt but we had gone there at about 10.pm so I guess they weren’t prepared. Could have been better.

Beef Barbique sauce (₹ 314) is too hard to chew. It was utter failure. Veg kadai is ok. Chicken barbique was good. Expected much more. But disappointed.

Been here twice. First time in the cafe on the ground floor. Ordered 1 faluda and a cold coffee. Putting ice and cold water in regular coffee is NOT cold coffee. Both were a horror story. 2nd time came here for dinner. They advertise North Indian food. But the restaurant on the 1st floor was empty at 8pm. Staff were sleeping on the chairs. Cashier was asleep. I was told they had very limited menu options. What's the point in placing food on the menu that they don't have. They do not have a dedicated handwash and the toilet is dirty and dingy.

1. Cold coffee is a blend of milk, honey, coffee, ice cream, and fresh cream.
What you serve is something similar to ice tea, but with coffee instead of tea.

2. I believe your place is the only place advertising North Indian dishes on the menu. Most of the ingredients are easily available all year round. There is no question of running out of stock of ingredients. Also the other issues. All this reeks of bad management and apathy by staff. Please be proactive, get better quality staff or train them better, make sure that either everything on the menu is present or change the menu.
This will affect your business negativity if you don't care more. No point apologizing to me. Please make improvements. The washroom and toilet has to be rebuild and cleaned regularly.

This place is named house of Tandoor. But they have no idea how to make Tandoori food.
Toilet is dirty and too small.
Enough parking available for 4 small cars and 10 bikes.

My friends and I went just for the desserts because we were told that this is the place for late night ice cream based snacks and we were glad to see the place lived up to the hype. It had great ambiance, a great menu, a friendly staff and really comfortable chairs - the makings of a great ice cream place. The only thing that made me give this four stars was the fact that they were in a hurry to close the place at closing time and made it a bit obvious.

It's also Kid friendly and a great place for some privacy.

Have been going to Csons since last 5 years. A great place to hang out and have ice cream. The food is also good. The reason i gave 3 stars only because their hand wash area stinks. They have converted into some sort of store room and it smells weird. The condition of associated Toilet too is very bad. Almost kills the appetite. Improve that and this place will do great.

I have been getting food home delivered from C'sons for long. My experience has been excellent in terms of quality of food and delivery service. Visited the place only once or twice. The restaurant is quite a decent one and the in-house services were prompt and courteous.

A small restaurant with quality menu. Restricted parking. There's an ice cream parlor downstairs, offering good choices.

I have been here twice, the one thing taht mainly attracts me is their chocolate sizzler. Its pretty good.
