Just back after a haircut from Cucumba! Akash, the hairstylist, you made my day mahn! I have a very frizzy and curly hair. Have been to many saloons. Each time hair cut chyan pokumbolum, their expressions would be like, ' eww, curly hair aanello. Itele ippo enna chytittum karyamilla. " And u shape cutting um!

I have never seen a hairstylist dealing with my hair this patiently! And am getting a proper layer without any kinda negotiation for the first time. Am very much satisfied! Will recommend Akash to everybody I know!

The place is very clean and the service is very polite and professional. The hair treatment was done well and the girl did a very good job, but the hairstylist, though he sounded very experienced has very poor hair cutting skills and my naturally straight hair looks bluntly cut in many areas and looks badly done on the whole.

Overated place. Too costly. I colored my hair. And the highlights cannot be even seen. And the stylist was arrogant.

Hair cut was nice.but hair wash and hair setting wasn't good.they are charging high rates.for normal clean up they charged 1000.

I went for an hair cut and got very good one. They provide very friendly behaviour and good service. They give me the suggestions about which style will suites to my face cut. I am so happy and decided to continue my hair treatment journey with cucumba.

I have been to the saloon at kadvanthra couple of times and I feel their service is good. The place is v neat a d tidy, friendly staff. Special appreciation to Praveena who had done the hair spa for me. Would recommend this place to anyone looking at a good saloon in the city.

I never recommend cucumba for hair cut because I had a very worst experience there. They don't know how to cut the hair properly.so I request you all don't choose this saloon.

Had a great service from Cucumba with my haircut and balayage colouring. Mr Dean (If I remember his name correctly) did both my haircut and colouring. He was very polite and considerate in making sure that I get the result I wanted. The result was exactly what I pictured as I walked into the salon and I'm absolutely grateful. Will visit again. Staff were very disrespectful. Started with one staff ended with the whole crew being disrespectful. They dint even meet the bare minimum expectations and we informed them about that but they were using vulgar language to address us.

Very bad worst experience with cucumba saloon kochi. If any chance to give zero star I could give that. Today me and my friend went for a haircut and permanent hair smoothening. And they advised me to do keratin treatment, I told them if I do both permanent smoothening and keratin how many months it look in good state they told its fully based on our hair it's like one month, 6 months or 1 years, so we happely said them no need to do the keratin treatment we just need permanent smoothening only. After that 3 or more staff come and discuss about hair like this hair is very bad not able to do smoothening like that, it's like a personal harassment. They treated very badly. Finally we left without doing the haircut and smoothening.

At last one of staff told " personally parayukayanu engil madam keratin cheyunnila engil evide onnum cheyenda ennu. With keratin avarude price 12000/"

If anyone plan to go this saloon for smoothening please think in twice, otherwise if you ready to do keratin treatment they people too much happy.

I didn't take an appointment, however the staff at reception continuously followed up with their staff to provide me their services. Denny did a good job.

Great work and worth. But waiting time is high, that may be because of the big queue. Anyway I am satisfied with their work️️️

Worst experience ever. Was made to wait for 45 mins midway through my haircut, totally disappointed with the outcome also. I don't recommend for people who value time and expertise.

I highly recommend cucumba hair salon. Though for me getting an appointment was a little difficult but trust me once you are in they will totally change your look. I am very very satisfied with their job. Especially Mr Sanjay who is an expert hair dresser. He is amazing. The best thing about him is he listens to you and he adds his creativity into it. I think the guy who's done our hair work is not all
professional. And we have to spend 4 hours there.i dont know his name a guy with curly hair. Like everyone we went there by seeing their social media profile, but we are really disappointed by their work.

I have done my smoothening today with cucumba salon kochi. The hair services provided by sanjay was good and informative.but have an issue with card payment, they should inform us about their swiping machine issue before doing the work. We decided to pay through credit card. But the arrogant attitude of frnt office staff force us to pay the amount without consulting other and Frnt office staff is too rude with us when i called them they have spoken very rudely. They charge 8500 for my hair smoothening which is too coslty when i compare with other salon.

I would highly recommend this saloon especially the hair stylist joji who did a really good job. Their customer care is exceptionally good.

4 days before I had done my hair NUTRISINAL SMOOTHENING THERAPY.its really great.before in other salons after smoothing I had breakage of hair. I really thank the styles for my hair new and fresh healthy look.even though it was expensive.it worth all the money.thank you

Such a big salon not accepting cards. Horrible experience and behavior from front office staff and manager. If cards are not accepted they should write on there front office or should say before the work starts. I went there to pay by credit card, but the machine was out of service and I paid the full amount by cash. Better I suggest #SUJITH AND SAJITH. Think twice and don't fell down in Cucumba.

Very bad experience. I paid 9000 rs and done my keratin from Adoor. I don't want to reveal the stylist name. But for me I am totally disappointed. He made some special hair cut on my hair and it was totally waste.

This salon is good for ladies and not for gents.they cut men's hair without proper shape.and if anyone wants to shape their beard better go to a local store where they will use shaving blades to shape.here they can only use trimmers which is absolute waste for shaping the under neck and side ways.at first we preferred them for doing the grooming for my brother's marriage later changed because for 6000rs they will only do touch up and not shaping the beards.so if any one is preferring them for marriage functions better dont waste your money as they will instruct you to seek local shops if you want to shape your beard.and the people who are working with your hair, you should ask their experience in the field as some of them have only 2 year of experience.a branded salon must not work like this.this is solely based on my experiences.i went to cucumba ernakulam.

Waiting time is over an hour even after prior appointment.highly dissatisfied with the punctuality and service. Staff seem to be confused always. Came here after I had seen some reviews but to my disappointment I found out it has been overrated.

Very bad.not professionals for gents. The guy who cut my hair was using some ancient age scissor, my beard hair was trapped in that scissor more than 5 times.it was so painful.never expected such experience from a so called salon.overall a normal non AC barber shop experience.

The staff at Vishbin as always is friendly, helpful, and professional. I have never received a bad haircut or color treatment. The one time I wasn't 100 percent satisfied they worked with me until I was.

Very poor service.today I did haircut for my kid (4 year) it Was poor service and she got wound on her forehead due to their mistake.and also tried to convince us by realizing there mistake nd dy told not to pay.even senior hair stylists didnt give any consideration. Very bad service. Came for a spa today. Massage and service was too bad and she was pulling out my hair. Stylist Jeena did the work very very badly. She was bc with her phon and was in a hurry to go home. Worst spa ever in my life.did not blow dry and set my hair and not even applied a hair serum. Will never ever come back. Tooooo bad 0/100
