We had a wonderful day at Cyrus Resorts. I came here for my sister's Save The Date Shoot, and the environment was so beautifully maintained and clean also.
The lake view room and wooden house is very nice
There are more activities like swimming pool, table tennis, carroms and cycling.
We also had our lunch here and it was also delicious. The service from the manger Mr. Rinu was so good. Thank you Cyrus Resort. ️

We visited Cyrus Resorts in Allepey for 3 days. The stay at the property was a blissful experience. Overlooking the lake vembanad the property is located in a secluded and serene place. The area around and within the property is quiet and peaceful. The staff were very helpful. They helped us with suggestions with the house boat tour, places to visit in and around allepey. The breakfast and lunch / dinner at the resort restaurant is good. We tried the Kerala Fish Curry, Kerala Fish Thali and Kutanandan Chicken which was good. The rooms are kept clean and hygienic. In addition to the swimming pool, the property has indoor games and swings to enjoy and cycles. The most blissful experience is watching boats in Lake vembanad while enjoying your meals in the resort restaurant. The resort offers a house boat for Rs 12000 for the entire day and a house boat cruise for 1 hour at Rs 2000. The hotel staff arranged for an Activa to roam around the place for a rent of 500 per day. They also arranged for taxi service during checkout.
Cons:
No restaurant nearby if you have to have food outside.
All tourist locations are far from the hotel.
The property doesn't have a large kids play area.
Transportation is a bit on the expensive side, be it the rickshaw, private cabs / Activa on rent.

The Cyrus Resort is a good Resort. We stayed here for one night. We ordered curd rice for dinner, but we were unhappy with the way they had prepared it. The other services are good. There is a good swing, indoor tt court and a beautiful view of the backwaters. Good cycling facilities. Decent place for a one night stay.

Great place to stay and enjoy backwater view. Calm quiet and peaceful.friendly staff. Polite and superfast service. They showed use tortoise and fish in the night. Houseboat can pick from this resort itself. Food was delicious. Rooms were big, excellent and neat. Overall I will give this resort 5 star and recommend. Special thanks to Rinu hotel manager. Our check in time was 2pm, we came via train from kochi and reached by 10.00. But he arranged for us to check in early and didn't charge any additional cost. Thank you Cyrus Tolin Resorts for your great service.

We were here for a three night stay and there was nothing to complain about it at all. The place has all the facilities that I expected at this location. It is a small property but well maintained and staffed
The food, pool, rooms are all upto the mark. The bathroom plumbing had some issues but that was just a small blip. The house boats that have are super grade. I think one thing that anyone booking room should ensure that they don't get rooms which is adjoined to the club house. We had a great experience.i would totally recommend it.

The resort is at a very picturesque location. We had a full day and night booking at houseboat.we were very gently welcomed our crew member were Anup and Bheeman. They were very welcoming and boat surfing was great. Also we got to cooked sea food of our choice. The experience was tremendous.

Excellent ambience and service from the resort … kind and warm people who served us with a smile on their faces… especially Bhiman bhai who looked after all our needs… the resort was a perfect value for money. Keep up the good work @cyrusresorts! Planning to come back again … thank you. God bless

We stayed in the premium houseboat. The package involved a 5 hour sail through the backwaters followed by a pleasant night stay on the boat.

This has been our best stay in Kerala - wonderful location with the backwaters lapping against the shores of the property, beautiful wooden cottages, lovely ambience and lighting all around. We really felt recharged at this superb resort, must stay if you're travelling to Alleppey. Special mention of the manager and all the staff, especially those in the kitchen - great service, very helpful and kind, we have been really touched! The food was always excellently prepared and served, you must request for a Saddya meal because they are real good with it, very thoughtfully cooked and presented. Maintenance of the property is diligently done all throughout the day - unbelievably well done always! We really felt bad saying goodbye to this beautiful resort, everything was the best here. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

Hatss off to the owner …. He has not commercialise the space. They have limited 10 rooms but view stay & amenities, pool, cycle, rooms backwaters you name it they had it.

Just loved the resort, everything was just perfect whether it's the rooms, staff, food or the boat. They've their own boat so you don't need to go to hire some other boat to see the backwaters.

Backwater corner. It's a good little nook in the vembanadu lake. Nice ambiance small place homely vibe witha lake view. A good lake house.

Right by the lake, this hotel is situated ideally. They have 2 houseboats that you can also opt to spend your night at. The staff is courteous and very helpful.

Boathouse service is excellent especially of mr biman Anna and mr nijesh Anna.we enjoyed the boat journey.and the food supplied was of top notch taste. Surely go for the honeymoon package.they will make it memorable

It was great welcome giving by the hotel staff. House boat was excellent. You get tv Bluetooth speakers. Food was excellent and service was top notch.

Best quality. We got first floor room with lake view. Wonderful experience. Free bicycle available. Scooter for 600rs per day. Food and service excellent. Much better than staying in a commercial city like Alleppey. Great price great quality.

An awesone and a relaxing stay at cyrus, we booked the wood house and what a pleasant room it was, all things are made of wood and gives you the feeling of living in a house boat.
The breakfast was 4/5, definitely more varieties can help them (like add bakery/dairy products as well)
Service was good, when we spotted a dead lizard in our room the service team was quick to resolve it, could have reduced the rating because of this but such things are expected when you live in a forest/natural habitat.
Room rent was on a higher side but once a while you can spare some cash to have a memory for lifetime.

It's a small but beautiful property facing the backwaters. Overall the stay was very good. Rooms were clean. Swimming pool is very clean and well maintained. Amazing food. Excellent service by all especially Anil.

Very beautiful resort. Rooms were neat and clean. Back water view from room and from resort. Their house boat were also so beautiful and cleaned. House boat experience was great. Well managed and maintained. Must visit. Thank you Cyrus resort for such a wonderful experience

The rooms were in very poor condition. There were no proper lights. They have put up pictures of a bigger room on internet. But when i arrived at the property a small room was given. The property manager was very rude and argumentative. I asked for the owner’s number but i was denied that.
Ps: - booked the stay from make my trip. They also don’t do anything about it.

Nice idyllic location. A place serene and calm.watching the lake from the houseboat and getting wet in the pool all made it a great break. The support staff very courteous and helpful.made it even better. Truly a place to get away from our hectic lives!
