I had a good experience from Daksha bridal couture. The service was good. Designer Lia did a good job with design suggestions and material selection. She was very patient in all the process from design selection till the end delivery.
I was impressed with her stitching and design that I went with Daksha the second time. The second time my mother and myself gave for stitching blouse and party wear dress. The end products were pretty and well stitched.

She sincerely directed me to the right choice, offered her sincere opinion when asked. No fake trying to please the customer just for sale. Extremely satisfied with the service.

We got stitched two gowns and a blouse for one of our function. Gown for my younger daughter was so elegent that she looked so cute in her dress. Elder one also looked so pretty with her gown. Both the gowns had lots of hand work that made the gowns look so beautiful. Even my blouse which was very simple, was elegent with Daksha's handwork on it. My experience with DAKSHA and Lia has been awesome. I went there to get a blouse stitched for my mom, that too in the 11th hour of a function. We got it stitched exactly the way we had asked for and we couldn't be any happier. She was really friendly and professional as well. Thank you so much DAKSHA for your service. I would definitely recommend it to all. Just make sure you call her beforehand so that neither you nor Lia face any troubles.

I have done my bridal blouse.hand work done by them was exquisite.at reasonable prices. I had my design done at utmost satisfaction.thq daksha.

Had the worst experience here. I got a blouse stitched here with a hand work and it was charged Rs4000 and the very next day when I tried it at home before a function all the beads started coming out as the thread locks were not proper. When I told the owner Lia about this she asked to stick it with glue and her reply was that, it can happen in handwork and so I have to carry a glue everytime I wear blouse n has to be very careful. For a red microvelvet cloth material she purchased for stitching a dress, she charged, Rs350 per metre. She informed RS 20 was charged excess as she went and bought it from another shop. Just to find the truth I myself went to kalyan silks thrissur and I could find the same cloth of red microvelvet was just 225 per metre. Its OK if she charges 125 extra per metre but should be genuine to the customer. So for a 5 metres cloth of micro velvet, actual charge in shop is 1112.5 but her charge if she goes to the shop and purchase is 1750. Almost Rs800 difference. Again the worst thing I experienced in the boutique was when I had given 2 dresses to be stitched urgently. Lia said she can finish the blouse and due to lack of time she told me about one of her friend Subil. It was my first time in Daksha reading the reviews and initially she was very amicable. I trusted her and in her presence in the boutique I handed over one of my dress to the person named Subil. An advance amount of 2000 was given. I have never seen such an irresponsible, non professional, unethical person like Subil. Lia introduced me and told that he does his work punctually n good designer too from thriprayar. After many days the person didn't deliver my dress. When I call he would either disconnect or never pick the call. Each time I had to plead him to finish stitching. Everytime I used to call Lia and told her about this and only then after that this person Subil used to pick my call n convey so many excuses he was busy etc etc. So one day I asked Lia to get back my dress from him and complete the stitching. So this person was not willing to give the advance amount and I handed the amount infront of Lia trusting her. But she was not responsible. Everytime she used to tell noone should be helped. Better for your kind information, pls never introduce such irresponsible persons like Subil and if your friend behaves unethically it's your responsibility to get back the dress and advance money. She bargains for even 100 Rs difference but no value for customer's time and money. 5 times I had to go to this boutique to collect the dress from this person. And finally after 8 months I got my dress stitched and that too sleeves were horrible. Again to get it corrected I had to plead to both of the above persons and made me walk to the boutique for 3 more times. My first experience was Worst, Worst and if I had any option to give a Zero I would have definitely gone for it. I wouldn't have opened up all these things if Lia was good in her nature to me. The more I tried to be polite the more she was rude. After paying money why should I suffer the arrogance and if any complaint about stitched material is said she will try to convince it's the customer's problem not the defect in stitching. It was a real stressful experience here and i whole heartedly regret that I had chosen this Daksha boutique

Liya Chechi made a wonderful sarree from a running material for me. The design on my wedding blouse was so beautiful. Truly impressive! Like every girl's dream to look beautiful on their wedding, I had a dream too and Liya chechi made the best one for me. Her design skills have successfully resulted in an "even better than imagined". I gave a blouse to do some work on it as it was very plain and looked dull.she suggested machine work can be done as it is already fully stitched and can not do the hand work on it. Really I liked the way she chose materials to match with the blouse.its a rare color.she worked on both hands of the blouse and I liked it too.good work.she ensures customer satisfaction.
