But this particular outlet is very unprofessional. They have listed online that they will open at 9: 30am, but when I reached there at 9: 35am, I had to wait till 10am for them to open. I had made my selection in 10 minutes, but it took them one and a half hours to get my bill ready and ensure delivery of the uninstalled product.

Installation was assured same day, but time was not confirmed. When I called them at 5: 30pm, they said that installation will take 2 days. All this is happening after I had specifically informed them that I will be asking a person to wait for the installation. I

would suggest to the Brand owner to kindly replace this Franchisee or even do away with this Franchisee itself, since it is adversely affecting the brand name of Damro

One of the worst damro agency i have ever visited. Good for nothing sale personals in the store. We have recently visited to purchase an office chair, i have clearly enquired that it is available or not, he told it is available and later he told we have to take two pieces to get it delivered, i was ready to arrange transportation on my own even though later he told he told it is not available in stock and the pieces available with them is for demo only. But that was not the initial communication he conveyed. Damro should seriously look into this agency if damro has any value on customer satisfaction or feedback.

As a customer who has used Damro furniture products, my personal point of view is that they are of very poor quality and do not last beyond a few years. The furniture is made of low-quality manufactured wood and is overpriced for the quality it provides.

I have had a terrible experience with Damro furniture products, with my TV stand disintegrating and panels coming off automatically. The bedroom wardrobe I purchased also disintegrated with panels bending and hinges coming off, causing wood particles to come off as well. It was very disappointing to see the quality of the furniture deteriorate so quickly.

In my opinion, Damro should stop scamming people by selling low-quality furniture products at high prices. They should invest in improving the quality of their products and provide better customer service. It is not fair to the customers to pay a high price for furniture that does not last beyond a few years.

Overall, I would not recommend Damro furniture products to anyone based on my personal experience with their products. The poor quality of their furniture and high prices do not justify the purchase of their products. Customers should look for alternative options that provide better quality furniture at reasonable prices.

Supplied without full set from franchise warehouse as one item some issue. Franchise knows the marketting value of the particular set and they told this item will not come in future and it will take more time and they supplied immediately without full set as our required date was after one month and marketing price down to Rs 10000

Check all customers if have any issue like this then asked this show room they told still they are supplying without one item and board is is displayed in the store now also
