Marketing team is excellent when they try to get the customers. But once we make the payment, after that there is no response. No updates and if there are any sessions or classes, I don't even knw how they communicate with the members as I haven't got any update from them till now.

They are running this gym only for money, when I went for enquiring about gym they told me to pay the amount on that day itself and paid but unfortunately I didn't joined because I got another country job opportunity I left kochi I requested for refund not giving proper response but they called 1000 times for the membership program trainer and for money.after I told them im unable to come due to personal reason they didn't called they don't have any courtesy to call.they need only money.don't fall for the marketing tricks. Don't put your money there Don't invest your money.

Darc1 Fitness is my first gym, and it has been an excellent experience right from the start. The facility is top-notch, located in a prime spot, and offers flexible timing, making it incredibly convenient to fit into my schedule.

Worst experience ever.we are suppose to pay even if not workout for a single day. Executives will collect cheque by convincing pt and they start torchering to get money
Even if you died family will get dragged into court. They force to get suicide.

I paid 41000 rupees for two people for six months membership. Within 24 hours I have informed d arc that we won’t be able to attend and then they refused to pay the money back. We haven’t availed any of their services nor attended even a session. They just want money from people and doesn’t have any ethics. Any service provider should completely refund their customer if they haven’t availed any of their services. We have filed a case in the consumer court against them. Please be careful when joining. They are money minded people with no basic values. I am sure that I am not the one who faced similar situation.

I had rated this gym 5/5 because of Good training and Excellent service from the staff. This seems to be the most profitable branch. Yet important equipments are out of order for months. Two cycling and two treadmills are out of order for almost a month. There is a rush in getting the other equipment hence making overall experience worse

They are running a scam business here. They just force you to take personal training and once we pay for it, then they don't care what you do. One of the worst experience ever. The trainers are just greedy for money, they just emotionaly blackmail you till you pay for the personal training. They just claim the gym is premium and demand for unreasonable amount as fees. And they have got the worst set of trainers in the town as trainers

I was there for few months. I took membership & pt for weight loss. Personal training, i gave huge amount of money but its not that worthy. Trust me guys, trainer doesn't have time to look you properly other than running between clients. Moreover, my trainer hasn't told me properly stretching & warmup which other trainers do to their clients. I was helpless that i lost my money. Pls, don't join this gym.even if you join never take personal training. Still if you are taking pt, pls do chck reviews.not all trainers are good.i know 2-3 of them personally, they have some sort of mentally to help the client reach goal with sincere efforts. Others, i think they simply talk with other trainers or will be running between clients making other client wait for long. I was not able to tolerate this and i too didn't want to make a fight. So i am putting this here. This is written from my heart. Really disappointed with your service.

I've been a member at the Kakkanad-Infopark dARC1fitness centre since December 2021 and it's been great.

I would highly recommend Rahul as a personal trainer. He has tailored a program based on my strengths and weaknesses. Have had been a member for quite sometime. Everything is good.be it the trainers, be it the equipments, be it anything. I personally feel once they started expanding, they weren't paying much attention to the maintenance of their very first gym.

Waited for few months thinking, it will be sorted soon. But it didn't happen. Issues that can be literally sorted in a week or so taking months didn't make sense.

I highly recommend dArc fitness. The gym is clean and neat and the equipments are well maintained. Trainers and staff are friendly and are always around to help you.

I would also personally recommend Rahul as a personal trainer. He understands goals, strengths and weakness and recommends workouts and diet plans. He also ensures our posture and form is right before proceeding with weights. I see a huge difference in the three months I have started to work out.

Me: yes i change in my car before coming to the gym
Owner: i have heard you are a trainer, so you should know that it is not allowed in the gym
Me: Which gym in the world restricts the client from wearing his/her shoes from outside?
Owner: every gym (dude really?)
Me: no gym restrict the client to wear shoes from outside (yes you cannot wear street shoes which have leather soles or any soles of that kind that might damage the gym floor). I heard you worked in fitness first, i was working in fitness first Bangalore. Even they didn’t have this rule.
Owner: that’s why fitness first Bangalore got closedown (again dude, seriously?)
Me: no that’s not the rule in fitness first india or fitness first uae (since i have worked with both)

One of the best Gym in Kochi with world class facilities with professional trainer's & staffs. Very well maintained equipments. Very professional ambience with cooperative trainers, much above my expectations and real value for the investment. The system they follow is excellent, based on the initial test conducted they will chart out a daily schedule of the workout. Very clean and hygiene. The trainers hand hold you to introduce to the different exercises. Highly recommended and wish them all the best.

Trust me! Gym is never boring once you reach here.

I came to this gym to develop Calisthenics skills, but they told me that inorder to develop Calisthenics skills, I need to reduce my body weight. So I took their 3 month membership as well as personal training. I reduced my body weight during these 3 months as recommended. After that when I approached them to renew my membership and to take calisthenics personal training, then they told me that their calisthenics trainer is currently unavailable and will be available again at March of 2022. So I took their membership since I don't want to break the routine and I waited for their calisthenics trainer to be available again. Now I find that there is no calisthenics trainer in this gym and they are just showing false advertisement to lure the customer in and loot their money and now I find that they are asking different amount of money from different customer for the same service. On what basis I don't know. I find this highly unethical and fraudulent.

The moment I stepped in, I knew this is where I'm meant to be. Of all the gyms that I visited in Kochi, dArc1 has great ambience, top class equipments and awesome trainers. I am excited to be here as I start my fitness journey.

My fitness trainer was Sidhu and is one among the best that I have encountered. The entire team will help you to push to your limits. Had very visible change within a month itself. Sidhu motivates you to come back when you feel lazy to go. Overall best experience.

Personal trainer Sujin is best trainer and Darc 1 fitness is the best in kochi. Executives are always active and there are ready help in anytime.

I registered here for an year and paid in advance just a week before the Covid Lockdown. Then after the lockdown, I contacted them around 10 times to let them know that I won't be joining back in another 6 months since I was at my native. I wanted them to freeze the account so I can join back when I'm back at Kochi. They always said, they will check and get back to me and they never did. Then after 6 months, when I contacted, they said I have to pay again and the one year advance I paid is not valid anymore.

My friend also had a similar experience. This is cheating customers and not acceptable. I suggest everyone to find another fitness centre near you if you don't want lose money to these cheaters.

I have been a member of D ARC kaloor branch since 2020 November.this is a superb spot to shred your pounds and your stress. I could experience a lot of positive vibe with lot of light and ventilation. They have modern equipments and the trainers here needs special mention.they are very supportive and always ready to assist.the proprietor Mr. Wishnu is exceptionally enthusiastic with regards to wellness and his endeavors to keep his team fit is additionally something extraordinary.ofcourse there are not many negative perspectives with regards to the business part.in any case, when you have numerous up-sides, what's the point about the negatives. The administrative staff needs a bit of training to make their dealings better. Generally, I would suggest this place.

i strongly would like to inform that the management is very unprofessional and shrewd.the most upsetting thing is they brand themselves as top class gym with no proper communication with clients even before lockdown days.when your top class it means professional way of dealing, no email communication or message on any matter regards to the gym including when they were reopening nor any information on guideline a customer must follow while resuming back after reopening the gym.the management is only here to project that they are doing this and that but the end result they will take you for a ride

Darc1 is what I think about, when I think of the perfect gym. With the location and the quality of the equipments, it's totally a great options to choose this gym. Rahul was my trainer and the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from him is really worth. The trainers in Darc1 are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. The place is good for working out but sometimes it gets too much crowded. They took more than 3 months to fix the steam bath issue and i guess it is still not fixed. They are very sluggish.some of the trainers are very good and helpful but some are arrogant.

Was the best of its kind. Very recently, it has been observed to be less functioning in terms of sessions and staffs. Frequency of cancellation of sessions has increased.

The Gym is little over priced considering the equipments and overall area they have.
The trainers here are certified and excellent. You have to opt for personal training, or else the trainers won’t be that helpful.

It's a decent place to workout. Also the rate is equally very expensive compared to the other gyms in the locality. Unless one plan to use all the facilities and group session, I really doubt it worth the price for the user. Once you join after paying a good fee, there is a canvassing of personal trainer on day one which quite weird.

Hi, After finding a couple of gym finally short listed dARC1fitness, since the gym was spacious, Neat and Clean, Air conditioned, well equipped with branded, shower available, steam room and locker room, cardio room Overall very spacious. Group activity was good. Very decent gym and decent people come here to train. Best fitness club all in one best equipment completely different equipment's best place to get fit.

So i am writing this review after 3 months of working out here. First, let's be clear, Darc1 is not cheap when it comes to the price. But, but but.if you are serious about your fitness goals then the price is total VFM. I mean, they literally have everything you need in one place and you just have to use it.

The trainers are good, the equipment are good and the cross fit training sessions are awesome. There are 4 sessions everyday; 2 in morning; 2 in evening. The trainers for this session take excellent care while mentoring the class. There is a clean washroom/bathing area so that you can directly freshen up and goto office directly post gym which i found extremely helpful. Parking in the area is free for gym members. I would highly recommend working people to join this gym and its programs.

Good equipments, ambience and nice staff. But one thing its always good to opt for a short period of time say for 3 months, else the money is not reimbursable and they wont tell this initially. I guess thats the only concern. Yes if you are happy to spent for long term and you are sure you can come back later if you have a break then its good. Gym is the best one.

It was my first experience in a gym Super ambiance, Lots of group sessions, Well certified trainer even though the membership is little expensive but compare to other gym the facilities and the group classes they provide is awesome. Worth of it.

Darc… a fitness centre whose main motive is to make money and doesn’t bother about their clients…. We can see a lot of marketing people in and around their gym surroundings… I still remember their words when I check in there… there will be floor trainers available, you don’t have to worry about anything, everything will be taken care… Well I took a membership for three months and joined their second gym near Mavelipuram.

First day, I couldn’t find any floor trainers and I enquired about this. One guy came to me and said I will take only 5 sessions, rest you need to manage or you need to take PT. Personal Trainer option…. This is the other area where these people make money…. They wont appoint floor trainers in the gym because if they do they wont get money from PT ………. Well after a few days, I thought of selecting a PT…. There were lot of personal trainers there but I wasn’t impressed …. There were two or three PT who had that commitment, dedication and they have proved who they are in terms of body building. Ambareesh was a person who inspired me and hence I thought of selecting him as my PT…. Rakesh Mahendren is in charge of this gym… He spoke to me and said he can arrange 50 sessions for a particular amount and agreed with me that for 50 sessions Ambareesh will be my trainer. I started the PT and I got a lot of advises as well as corrections in my workout… it was going really well.after few sessions, I came to know that three trainers were spot terminated from the gym including my trainer…. I asked him about the remaining sessions and Rakesh told you can select a new PT …. Huh.very easily those words came from him… I asked him this was not agreed at the time of paying the respective amount… I asked him to refund the money for the remaining sessions … he didn’t agreed to me and he forwarded the voice message of the owner of the gym “ if he doesn’t want to be with DArc, let him go”. I have those records with me. So still I haven’t got my refund and won’t spare these guys if I didn't get that ……

This is the kind of service they provide, they don’t have a floor trainer there to support the people. Am going to complete three months there by can't see any floor trainer there. I can see that there are many people who are doing things in the wrong way and nobody is there to correct their mistakes…. If you are selecting a fitness centre, I won’t recommend this at all.

They are going to open another branch at Kaloor… once you took membership, you are trapped. It is always good to select fitness centre wisely so they you will get individual attention. Two star rating is given for their equipments only.

I am shocked to see some of the people who have lost ton lot weight with the gym and still give negative reviews about the place because of not getting 500 rs discount.

I have been proud member of dARC1 Fitness and I got a amazing results by wearing MyZone Belt, which shows our Calorie combustion during our workouts. Gym has a long working hours from 5AM to 12AM, which gives me flexibility to schedule my workouts.
