The hotel's rooms are nothing short of luxurious. The staff is very cordial and friendly. Made us very welcome. The deluxe hotel is in a busy area but the privacy is awesome. Would recommend this fine hotel to my friends back in South Africa. The dinner was excellent and very sumptuous. Thank you immensely.

Experience the flavours of joy. Had the fish biriyani & chicken steak sizzlers were tasty. Gentle behavior to customers.

Today we had breakfast buffet from dass.i would say it was amazing and delicious too.the staffs are very coordinating and say a big thanks to hotel management for food and maintain hygiene.the buffet is totally worth to have and pocket friendly.

Conducted our son’s wedding in Dass Continental. Well hospitality maintained staffs and great service. Spacious conference hall and very delicious food located in the heart of the city.

A standard place to stay! Enjoyed their complimentary breakfast which had a wide spread! Room was a bit classy but has all the modern amenities.

We had conducted our office (canara bank) meeting which turned out to be a great success with the support of dass continental with their excellent infrastructure, ambience and all their staff support.

Hall and surroundings were neat and clean. Food was very good. Guests feedback was fantastic. Staff were cordial.

Well maintained four star business class hotel in the heart of the city.they have good banquet facilities.

Decent hotel.expensive for Thrissur. All bathrooms of theirs seem to have a water leakage issue.

It's not just a Hotel, It's Home for us. Nothing better which I could describe feel your home at Das Continental. Excellent Service, Neat and Clean Atmosphere, Yummy Recipes. So if you're at Thrissur don't forget u that u have another home here.

After CHECKOUT service was very Bad. The forgotten things in the room was missing. Receptionist says with very badly.food and ambience was very nice.but service was very waste.

Security guard is so rude and arrogant please don't go there with car they will tell to park some where outside hotel very bad security

Good hall and layout. But was very disappointed with the service rendered. The bride had to intervene for being served to the couple.we found the staff very indifferent to the requests for basic requirements of the hosting party. We expected 4 star standards in service also.

Had my sister in law's engagement reception here. The hotel followed all covid protocols. The hall in the 4th floor (navarasa) was sufficiently large and the food was really excellent. The layout could have been better, but the menu and the food were worth the amount. Mr Rojo, the cordinator was really helpful as well as Mr Satish who took care of everything from the outset. This was our 3rd family function at this hotel and we will be continuing to ask them to host our events if they continue this same level of service. We would definitely recommend this place

Brought noodles from the Dass continental as parcel. But they didn't given spoon. My wife had IELTS exam there so we thought after that we can have food inside car, because of covid restrictions we cannot eat inside hotel. So it is very inconvenient that they didn't provide spoon. That's why 3 star. The food was okay. But not worth the price.

My Brother's reception was held here and it was an excellent experience for us. The service was exemplary, the ambience and location were outstanding. We conducted the programme in Jupiter hall. The food was top notch, kudos to Chef Sumesh for making such delicious food. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Had my cousins engagement reception in Dass continental hotel.
The hotel followed all covid protocols, the food, ambience and service exceed our expectations this was our second family function in this hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives

Had a wonderfull dinner programme yesterday for rotary club trichur city.all the arrangements were wonderfully taken care of by f& b manager mr Satish.he smoothly guided us through the programme.food was really delicious.special mention to chef who took time to visit us and asking fr improvements.will surely recommend dass fr any programmes also for comfortable stay.

I stayed at this property for an official meeting the room was spacious with powerful air conditioners and running hot water. I enjoyed their lipliking food.
The service from check-in to check out was friendly and cool. A wonderful place to stay easily accessible and ample parking with good banqueting facilities

An atmosphere like the big hotel we 've seen before, nothing like a new generation hotel. But it's good, the parking is good. The food is good too.

On my wedding day the reception I have booked the hall, when the bride and groom was entering to the hall, power failure happened and they are fixing it after 45 minutes. And the guy from Managing dept, Most irritating guy who was making rules after receiving payment. We were having our own decor team, since I haven't booked their own team they were saying something else. Please be aware they will so nice till the advance payment, then they will show u their real face

Below average standard, when we attend our friend marriage function at there, power failure for more than 45 minute, generator not working. Twice you thick, if any function booking there.

Really bad experience. They show themselves as 3/4 star hotel but don't even know about daily room service and housekeeping. Had requested room cleaning in the morning and when I got back to my room nothing was cleaned. After shouting at manager I got immediate attention. They fooled us in stage decoration for my brother's wedding. They promised a big hall with attractive and spacious stage but when we saw the actual one it was very cramped and 7-8 people barely could stand at a time on stage for photograph.

Food was fine but most of us had loose motions and few of other's were hospitalized.

Attended a function in their premises, but they were no covid protocol maintained (no temp check, no tracking, no sanitizer in entrance area.)

Clean and well maintained rooms, the employees and management are quite friendly, there was a slight inconvenience with the AC in our room, maintainance was done within minutes.

Hotel provides good quality food and would recommend 100%.

The hotel is located within a few minutes’ drive away from the center of the city. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staffs are polite but irresponsible. Read further to know why:

a. I stayed in the hotel for three days. There was no Wi-Fi at all. Wi-Fi was available in the restaurant, but not in the room. Even the Wi-Fi name didn’t appear in the list of Wi-Fi connections on my devices. I brought this to the attention of the staff. They responded that the Wi-Fi is “jammed”, but never bothered to fix it. The hotel’s claim of being a ‘business hotel’ failed right there.b. The pillow cushions were stinking. I don’t think it has been washed since ages.c. The breakfast spread is below average. Ala Carte is expensive.d. The hand shower at the bathroom closet was broken. I told the staff about it, and they did send someone to fix it. But, it broke every day. I had to call them each time to fix it. On the last day, when the staff came to fix it, he dropped a towel (the towel rack is right above the closet) into the closet. When I went to the bathroom, I found the tower soaked inside the toilet. I am sure he noticed it but didn’t bother to take it and throw it away. I reported this too to the staff. Otherwise, they would wash it and keep it for use to the next guest.e. Please see the image attached. I took this picture when I was having breakfast. This is apparently the Manager of the Hotel, passing his time off, gazing through the restaurant window, stirring and breaking corn flakes with his bare hands kept in the breakfast spread! Should I write more on this? !

When I checked out, I told the above concerns to the staff at the reception. They weren’t apologetic about the inconveniences that I have faced during my stay at their hotel. One of the staffs immediately called the housekeeping and asked them to throw away the towel that was dropped into the closet. The two other staff who were present there just laughed it out!

The tagline of the hotel says, “a business hotel”. It’s definitely not; it doesn’t have any business standards. No Wi-Fi being a foremost example.

We came here for Safari TV Channel viewers meet which is conducted in 2019. Very good hotel with nice hall facility. Staffs are good and friendly. Enough parking space for bikes and cars. Just 1.3 kms to 2 kms away from Thrissur railway station. Well maintained. Looking forward to visit again.

A star hotel in Trissur. Restaurant is good and the food is very tasty. Parking space is available. Located close to the Bus Stand.

Food Service Room and service everything is good, but it's a bit costly.
If you buy a mineral water for 20 Indian rupees you need to pay 40 there. If you can afford the place is good

Extremely disappointed. Shown as a 4 star online. In reality it's a 3 star with facilities of basic hotel.
We payed the whole amount at the time of check-in and was given a sub standard room.

Good hotel in the centre of the city. Very near to Railway station. Staff are courteous and ever helpful. Nice place for stay for business trips.

Really expensive hotel in Thrissur town. It is mentioned that the hotel is 4star. But they do not even 3 star facilities. The rooms are average and the amenities available in the room is cheap. One thing is that they have parking space and daily buffet which they provide is Ok. Will not recommend, since they place it as 4 star and not provide the necessary items

The hotel is very near to private bus station (sakthan thampuran stand) and is just 500 meters from railway station

I didn’t find it as a attractive hotel. Average Rooms with No or very minimal amenities, but highly priced.

Good hotel for bussiness trips in the heart of city of Thrissur. Friendly staff, rooms are clean, washrooms were good.
The room AC is central AC and only we were not able to control from bed.
TV remote was not functioning fully. When asked for cloth pressing, they provided me with iron Box.
Morning complimentary breakfast reasonably good with Kerala delicacy.

Best place in Thrissur for Receptions. Never forget to try tender coconut pudding with Vanilla icecream it is delicious.

Just checked-in to a suit room. This room smells sewage. Got out to let the staff to check and fix the problem.

Not a good value for prize. Below average room. Only advantage is very near to bus stand. Staff was not humble. Avoid if possible.
