Waiting period is too long even for a small order like one shake and the service staff behaviour is also not polite. Their behaviour is like that they are serving us food for free

Good Food must try Alfaham, Shawai,
Chicken Fried rice and noodles.
But Problem is that too much time it takes to get our order even for their nuggets or sandwiches

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience with Cake World was disappointing. The cakes were overpriced and tasted average for the hefty sum we paid. What frustrated us the most was the delivery delay. We ordered for a large wedding reception with 500+ guests, and Cake World assured us the cake would be delivered by 5.30 pm. Despite multiple reminders on the same day and the day before the event, they arrived at 6.20 pm, leaving us embarrassed in front of our guests. I cannot recommend their services and our family won't be returning.

I recently had a terrible experience with De Cake World Oachira, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. My friend's wedding reception was completely ruined by this bakery. They were entrusted with creating a special cake for the event, which was supposed to be the highlight of the evening. However, they managed to mess it up spectacularly.

First and foremost, their cake was not up to the mark. It looked nothing like what was agreed upon, and the taste was subpar. The cake cutting ceremony, which was meant to be the grand opening of the reception, turned into a disaster. The cake was so poorly made that it was embarrassing to showcase it in front of the guests.

To add insult to injury, De Cake World Oachira failed to deliver the cake on time. As a result, a crowd of 400 people had to wait anxiously for the ceremony to begin. The delay caused a significant disruption, leaving the guests frustrated and disappointed. It's hard to believe how a supposedly professional bakery could be so irresponsible and negligent, especially on such an important occasion.

What's even more disheartening is the suspicion that all the positive reviews I had read about this bakery were likely fabricated. It appears that they might be using paid review agencies to create a false image of their business. I urge anyone considering their services not to fall for these fake positive reviews.

In conclusion, my experience with De Cake World Oachira was incredibly disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, poor quality of the cake, and delayed delivery seriously impacted the wedding reception and left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise against using their services if you want your special occasions to be memorable for the right reasons.

The staff has an attitude of Elon Musk, the Baker has an attitude of Bill Gates and the cake has an attitude of a Ruby or Diamond. All these are gutter quality, the owner seems like doesn't have any quality in staffing people.

I visited this place with great expectation and upfront ordered multiple items worth around Rs. 1500. None of the items we ordered were tasty. Pizza was good for nothing. Beef was so hard. Noodles -> never ever in my 30 years of life I had to taste such a horribly prepared noodles. The only thing to speak good of the restaurant is their ambience. I recommend first order few iitems and then if u feel taste is okay for you order more. Otherwise u may waste food and money unnecessarily.

I would like to thank Cake World for sending the best cake i could get for my son's first birthday. The cake looked so beautiful and tasted so good. We got very nice complements for cake from all the guests. Once again, thank you very much.

The atmosphere was good and the sales person one was shuhyb he was superb and attend customers in a good way

The place where you can get the best cakes between Kayamkulam and Karunagapally. Accurate delivery, over 20 different cakes and gentle staff. I ordered the fudge nut cake. Nut quantity and quality make the cake even more delicious. Excellent ratio between cake and cream.

Waited for 15 minutes for Server to take our order. After 32 minutes they delivered the food that too cold. While asking the server he replied very harshly. They shifted their dine in to first floor still the problems getting bigger.

At 9pm, whatever order taken were later told as not available.
Excuses-
No buns for burgers
No potato for French fries

In the 20 minutes we spent there, even a glass of water was not offered.

Food was avarage, it take hell lot of time to get food from there, we ordered quarter shawaya with 6 porotta extra and mayonnaise. We got shawaya after 35 min after we order, with that we where still waiting for porotta to come then again after 30 min got our dish. Then after finishing our food we got our extra mayonnaise (which they take money). THANK YOU FOR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go there if u have lot of time to waste or teach someone a lesson

I have been ordering cakes from Cake World Oachira for a few years now. Their cakes are delicious. I am pleased by their prompt home delivery service also. A special shout-out to Remya who has co-ordinated and carried out all my requests perfectly.

A restaurant without tea/ coffee. Yesterday I ordered hot and sour soup. I just took few, it was so spicy I could not continue further. We ordered butter chicken after half an hour when we asked where is the butter chicken the waiter says they have not prepared. My guest has to eat with with cauliflower manjoorian and get satisfied.
Worst place, no napkins in the reset room and very unhygienic. No body wear gloves in the kitchen. This restaurant should be inspected by the food safety department.

They have expanded their restaurant to the first floor. The restaurant was super, neat and clean and well arranged tables.
They suggested the special Faluda which was really good. Highly recommend you all to try.

We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Staff were also really friendly especially Roshan he have done a great job in serving us. Love this place and will continue. Thank you all for giving us the great experience

Best shop for buying bakery products, sweets etc. This is the biggest bakery in this area and large seating capacity Different varieties of sweets and cakes are available here. They make live cakes in front of customers. They also serves juices, Shakes and hot beverages, Shawarma, Shawai etc. The number of stokes of products is very high. They pack the products as good as they can

Best choice for cake shakes around Oachira-Kayamkulam-Karungappally stretch of national highway. Good service and decent pricing. The menu offers a wide range of food products but many a times most of them aren't available.

This place is great for their food and behavior. The food here is best in the locality. Best known for cakes, shavarma, shavai and arabian dishes.

This is a good place tondine in ochira area. Place is always crowded as they provide good quality food.
Staffs are very friendly.

There was one time when we ordered Butter Nan and Mushroom Masala for home delivery. We liked it a lot. This time we went there directly to get the taste of it again. It was really good. There's a light sweet taste for Nan which made it even better alongside Mushroom Masala. We also tried Veg Pizza. It was good. As dessert we had 'Fudge Nut' - must try.
The ambience is OK. Place is crowded. The waiting boys are proactive and friendly. Hygiene could be made better if they try. Washroom is OK, not bad.
Overall, much better than many other restaurants in Karunagappally.

The worst ever experience I had with a bakery
purchase. The baked food they serve is of poorest quality and price is unjustifiably exorbitant. I was attending a marriage function in Royal Regency hotel, near to the Bakery, after the function I went to this 'De Cake World' to purchase a "Case of Drinking water", and to my surprise they charged me 240/- rupees (12×20). Usually when we purchase a full case, shops used to charge 180/-, in the worst case some may charge 200/-. But to my Surprise "De Cake World" charged 240/-. Thank you "De Cake World" for your hefty price tags and HORRIBLE Customer treatment.
