I have a bad opinion of this institution which was well fed and supplied in the early days but now the institution is very poor.

I went to this establishment in Kottarakkara last Saturday (24/June/2023) and ordered a chicken biryani at 12 o'clock. After 15 minutes it was delivered to me and it was heated in a microwave oven. The rice and other things on the upper side were too hot and burnt. I asked the friend who supplied it to me if it was microwaved. The friend replied to me that the biryani was broken at 11.30. I didn't stop to argue with him. If he supplied me, he took the biryani to the smart kitchen in front of my eyes. The pappadam was cold for me to eat. After that, I started eating the food. I asked him what biryani is this? There is a reason to ask that there are many types of biryani in many places on this earth, many biryanis are known by many names.
All I have to say is that in my opinion the food at that establishment was not good at all and I had an upset stomach later in my trip.

Food quality worth the amount with maximum quantity. Atmosphere is enjoying one for office parties, get-togethers etc. Worth place for a budget friendly dining.

June 18,2023 Bought a piece of Black Forest Cake to eat there. To tell you the truth, when I ate it, it felt like a dry normal plum cake. Either it just sat there and went stale, or it wasn't made properly. We are not first timers at Black Forest Cake, we have had many from other bakeries, so we know the good and the bad.

It's worth going if you have so much spare time. They are too slow, i had to wait for 30+min just to get smoothies and shawarma.

Very very poor customer service I have ever faced in kottarakkara.because I went in restaurant at 1.45pm no one come to take my order after 20 minutes.i had faced this same experience twice.please try to train your staffs about how to handle a customer.

Quality of juice and shakes are not good compared to the amount charged and very slow customer service even it was not the peak time

Ambience is nice but need to improve the service and food quality. I was their with my family's then we ordered some fried rice and manthi it's full of ajinomoto. And some other taste making chemicals.

Overpriced and offers items with sub-par quality. The food which we ordered were poor in taste but prices were quite high and could rival Bangalore restaurant prices.

Need improvements in quality and taste.
Ordered chicken mandi and kanthari alfam last week, Both are not up to the mark.

The service and ambiance is good. Had tried Afghani chicken curry and lemon ginger fish. It was really tasty. Got to try more from their menu

For the taste I would give a 5 star for this hotel, good service, tasty food and decent quantity is their plus. A small party hall is also there in this restaurant.
Apart from that, I've overhead from many that, they use ajinomoto in their food for better taste, as everyone knows it's not good for health, if this is true, then it would be highly recommended for the management to take action on it and try to reduce the usage of it in foods.
Otherwise I personally enjoyed the meal a lot. Highly recommended in kottarakara.

The best shawarma i had from the town. Been good with the services, the area, parking, the customer service everything requires an applause.

Best bakery in kottarakara now. Full Air conditioned with normal budget. Compared to other bakeries in kottarakara cake world is doing best

Came to have pizza with family. They came to table very late. Pizza came first and after 15 minutes we went to ask for plates since they didn’t give any plates. And no tissue paper and hot water on the table. They gave the pizza and none came to table to check whether we need anything more. We ordered cake world special pizza… and its awesome! Several staffs were walking here and there. But no use! Very Bad customer service! We asked for hot water and after 10 minutes they came with HOT water! We don’t recommend!

A nice place to dine with your family or friends in Kottarakara. I prefer having a dinner there. Good and positive vibe.
