A well maintained and a peaceful resort. Thank you sumi chechi for arranging such a wonderful hospitality.

The place is very beautiful but the manager of this resort is very rude. And management is so poor. Very unprofessional specially the new manager and keeps personal grudges.
Because of this manager it's injustice to the place. He should be removed from the post asap

Very well maintained place on the banks of Pampa River near Arattupuzha with excellent service and facilities. Chilled out space and quite scenic for photoshoots too.

Best place. We had our engagement here and it was a blast! The scene is great for photoshoot and everybody loved the ambience

Superb place to conduct any sort of events with beautiful views. Customer friendly and neat place. Only disadvantage is the lack of elevator which make it hard for aged people to come to the top floor. They have well maintained lawn which is perfect for evening and night functions. Affortable cost as well.

Staff is very unfriendly and no professional maintenance.
The place is a nightmare if it rains.

The staff is very rude, especially the manager. They are arrogant once the payment is made, and not even ready to give us receipts.

Management is very poor and the service is very bad. The attitude of the staff is unprofessional and rude.

Had more of a visual and mental calm vibes rather than fun. Would recommend for get together but not for small children as they might get bored due to lack of entertainment.

Place to unwind and relax. The weather is good at this time of the year and zero sound pollution. Big and spacious rooms -good for a family reunion.

Food is ok. Wish there was more space to roam around and amenities like badminton or some space to walk around.

Quiet on the banks of River Pamba. A beautiful resort with palacious bedrooms and lavish party deck on the top floor. Enjoy the scenic beauty of greenery beside bamboo cladded river banks. A calm and comfortable hideout with zero sound and air pollution. You like the care of Bippin.

Need to improve facilities in order to compete. Good place for small parties. If they can open a permanent restaurant people will come to know about this place. They can build benches facing the river so that people can relax and enjoy the beauty of the river

Beautiful view and stay is comfortable. The housekeeping staff is also very helpful and takes care of everything.
