De Grill Restaurant kadalundi / Kadavu Hut

We can taste delicious food in a good ambience. Live fish can be choose by us and it will be cook for us within 20-30 minutes. Service is good. The spot is near kadalundi bridge. But the view is not possible.

It was very unclean. I happened to walk into the back area where there was 3 inches of water on the floor, plates with rotting food piled high. We decided not to eat there. Also the bathroom was filthy.

Good Food. I ordered Squid and Fish.it is great and Fish Is slightly expensive one fish cost around 1100-1300

Very near to kadalundi bridge, but no view of the sea or river. So don't expect that.
Other than that nothing bad. Good food, affordable price, ample parking space and easily accessible from road.

Though they say the do live cooking and ask you to pick the fish, the fried fish they served us after we picked the fish from their try was cold as a log. We asked why it's so cold if its prepared fresh and all they replied was that it got cold while they were arranging the porotta that was ordered with the fish. There is no menu card, neither is there anything unique or much options to pick from. There is enough parking space.

The food was exquisite but the surroundings were a bit messy. Hope they'd fix it soon

It's a amazing place located very near to Kadulundi beaches. The quality of food is superb in taste and quantities

This restaurant was Awesome! It has awesome coastal dishes, and I highly recommend to check it out. I also recommend it for family trips and tourists.

We visited for lunch during a trip to Kadalundi. The menu is limited, but the food was extremely good and very reasonably priced! The staff were very helpful and were always around to help!

We ended up ordering the fish curry meals and a few side dishes. The side dishes we ordered were the prawns dry fry and fish tawa fry. For the fish fry they allow you to choose among the fish available. The food was very tasty and the sea food was especially very well made! We ended up ordering another plate of the prawns just because how good it was! The sea food dishes take 10-15 minutes as they are made to order, so keep that in mind.

PS - The Non AC one looks pretty unique but ends up getting a lot of smoke from the kitchen. They have an AC section that's easy to miss and for some reason the staff didn't mention either. So remember to ask for a table in the AC section if you're keen.

Go for sea food. Don't choose any north Indian gravies.fried rice really nice and beef Mandi no words. Must try

Nice restaurant. It has a good parking space but it's a little difficult to take when it's crowded.

This is on the way from Kozhikode to Cochin travel. Non veg have various types of fish option but veg have limited options overall the food was tasty and worth going through it

The place is nice and clean. The food tastes good too. Not very expensive but an average one. The Ambiance is lovely too

Good place to eat when you at Kadalundi. Very nice ambiance, good staff and fresh fish at reasonable price (comparatively). Reasonable parking.

Unexpectedly reached from Eranakulam to Kannur food was awesome and super friendly staffs at 12.15AM

During our visit, they only had a few items to serve the Al faham variety and normal Al faham mandhi. No menu cards. Out of the few items we order pepper al faham quarter and normal al faham mandhi. Both items were delicious and the quantity was worth it though the rice tasted different from authentic mandhi and it was not bad. It was not crowded during ours but it took some time to take our order, after taking the order the serving was fast.

It's is different Restaurant, you'll always want to enter here after have a glimpse. Food is great, i only went there once I had fish which was fabulous. Good service, seating arrangements areade of bamboo and so. Good parking space, should try atleast once if you go near over there.

Parking is a problem here too.but not as serious as other places. During rush hours it is difficult to park and get out after food. Food is good and not that expensive.
Ambience is good and did not have much wait time.overall satisfied.

Not good and not bad dine spot.fish dishes are main course.and price tags are not too costly
