I would like to share a unique experience I had at the store. There was a long check out queue. For saving time, the customer can use the Decathlon App to generate the bill and make the payment. A staff will verify and off you go!

Just like any other Decathlon, an all-in-one place for sports & games. They have everything starting from water bottles which cost you 99 to treadmills of 90000! The staffs and officials are very much friendly and helpful. Very much accessible, lot's of space available for parking! Just another awesome Decathlon experience.

I went here after travelling 70kms to buy ST100. But i had to return back after spending nearly 1 hour as none of the staff helped me to get a bicycle.
I tried speaking with 3 employees there, and i was able to get my 3 questions answered, 1 from each. And then they will disappear.

Some of them are busy treating people in their friends circle, every one trying to get an executive for their need.
You can just see the things, but wont be able to buy.

Better to purchase online from the direct website of decathlon or try any local shops around us.

I am sure no one will get good after sales service from here.

One of the best decathlon stores I have visited in kerala. The store is big and they have almost everything in stock. I was gone to purchase some cycling accessories, and camping tent.
They were taking the necessary covid 19 precautions. Just like, feeding the details of customers who visited the store, sanitizing and thermal temperature checking. Ans also they provide hand gloves to the customers as a safety precaution.

ROCKRIDER ST100 brought from decathlon calicut showroom for around ₹ 18,000/-and found puncher on front wheel within 1 month.

In comparison with other Decathlon stores I have been to, this is way small even though this one is in high proximity to Calicut town and I wasn't as impressed as I was in other Decathlon stores.

I had bought a btwin 120 riverside cycle from the decathlon calicut. The product is of less quality and during the gear shift it would not work properly. Its handle is of poor quality and sometimes I would not get control over the cycle.

I purchased shuttlecock Bsc800 3days back and i experienced very poor performance all the 6 shuttles have been damaged, some torn off feather and some burst out from base. It seems like some manufacturing defect. Not lived upto expectation.i want to get it replaced
