I was there for jackets.not so much colour selections for jackets
When I visited number of staff were low
So it took a lot of time to select things
But the staff who already there was very helpful too.

I used to be a regular customer at decathlon. However the newly purchased hammock was torn on the very second day. Did not expect such cheap quality products from decathlon. When tried to claim the 2 year warranty, I was informed that is is only applicable for the stitches and not for the cloth. Then what is the point in warranty if it's not for the cloth? Appalled by the extremely poor service from a reputed brand. Never ever going back to them!

It's been more than 1 month since I have been calling them regarding a treadmill complaint. No positive approach from their side till now. I feel like I shouldn't have purchased their product. Negative after sales service from decathlon.

Very Bad experience from the security guard at the gate. He behaves in a very rude manner to customers. Please train him to talk well with customers. Never gonna visit Kottayam branch again because of this.

Very lazy and unprofessional staff. They are not ready to assist you in selecting any products. We had visited Decathlon stores in Delhi, Bangalore, Punjab, etc. But first time experiencing such unprofessional staff.

And also no power when we visited, so it was suffocating inside the store. Totally bad experience.

Retail Shop of Bat, Sport Cycle & Football offered by Decathlon. Reasonable price and good quality and mostly decent service with customers.

It’s same like any other Decathlon store. Would prefer the facility to be air conditioned given the hot & humid climate of Kerala. Also suggest to provide cycle test ride facility outside shop premises, as it can be dangerous with kids always running around. Covid safety precautions are taken at entrance which includes temp check, sanitiser usage and contact details recording. Adequate parking available. Staff is helpful but you may not find staff at every section readily available as they interchange their roles at billing counter or to other tasks. Cycle repair workshop is available within the premises.

I with my wife recently visited the Decathlon store in kottaym first time. We visit the store just for a fun. But we got a elite experience from the store. One Mr. Sai Raj Introduced we to the store and he took every where in the store. With the help of Sai Raj we got a chance to experience the cycle, scooty, snooker, tent etc.etc.he provided all the specifications of each products even he knows we not have an idea to buy.

A great place not just for sports people, but also for people looking for shoes, slippers, T-shirts, shirt, Trousers water bottle, Cycles, sunglass, sports watch, head phone, water resistant  mobile pouch, quality badminton racket, fitness equipment etc.etc. No body  can't  compete the quality and reliability of dechathelone products.

I am using the rain coat for the last three seasons, mobile head phone for the last two years, no complaint yet. Shoes and chappels are so comfortable, and we can feel the quality when we use.

The behaviour and helping mentality of staffs are awesome experience that attracted me to visit again and again.

A brilliant place for a sport fanatic. We went to decathlon couple of days back to purchase a badminton racquet, it had a very good collection of racquets and related equipments. A big shout out to Mr. Justin who was at the badminton section who was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic in helping us to select the exact product we needed. Was thoroughly impressed by his and all the other guy's attitude who worked around there. Will surely recommend to all sports lovers to go there and check out there products.

Best place for shop sport and daily wear items. Huge parking area so we can easily park. Staff and there response is very good.

It's very spacious, good service, good stock at reasonable price. But there is no air conditioner so very hot during noon.
