Pathetic service. There was an issue with 8th gear which was slipping frequently, after service started slipping the 7th gear also along with 8th. Booking ID: 077025

Decathlon has two big stores in kochi one in vyttila another one in kalamassery all branded sports items available here, Thermal wear also available

They got very different selections and got almost everything in their store. Felt value for money for products.
Only thing I felt was that the bill selection was very crowded. There was only 2 counters functioning even though they had total number of 5 available. Otherwise they deserve a 5

Today the experience what I have when I went to exchange the size of the shoe. Decathlon Vytttila Staff I SALUTE YOU ESPECIALLY SHABIR SIR N ALL AT THE EXCHANGE COUNTER. TO OWNER SIR PLEASE ENHANCE THERE SALARY. BECAUSE THEY DESERVE MORE SIMPLY YOU HAVE FOUND REAL GEMS. THANKS

Almost' all sports good under one roof - Thats the one easy review for it. And you can find many items at reasonable prices. But i would say you should be the one who need to decide which item you wanna buy. Because i have seen several times that the salespersons tend to misguide customers to buy more costly items even when the better one for those customer.

I am editing my previous review of 1star and giving my 5 Star to Decathlon Vyttilla. After my visit to same store again yesterday, after a long break I felt it is completely changed. Each and every staff was very supportive and friendly, everything was explained without any laziness and had a very pleasant atmosphere. I should specially mention the staff SANOOP, Decathlon Vyttilla, I entered with a negative mind because of my previous experiences but he was so supportive and me and my family made a long list of purchase.

Thank you to the entire Decathlon Vyttilla team to consider customer reviews seriously.

'Never buy from Decathlon if you expect service. Buy from kalamassery or any other. Those who are there to support are standing and talking to each other. After billing when you give review of unsatisfied they show arrogance. If decathlon management need bill, i can provide same and you can chk cctv. One hell of a worst experience from Decathlon vyttilla. '

The usual decathlon in Kochi town with very good service and support. They have a good stock of all types of sports and adventure products (Football, Basketball, Badminton, Swimming, Fishing, Trekking, etc.).

The location is near Thykoodam Vytilla Bypass. They have good parking spaces for cars and bikes.

I was most satisfied in how they communicated with me. Everyone i dealt with was extremely professional. And they have a huge collection.

Vytila decathlon staff are rude.please give training to them to treat the customers with polite manner. 2 year warranty is the biggest joke.they will try their maximum for deny warranty.

It was a nice experience. Its not the first time iam visiting this place but there have been a few changes since the last time nd more stocks and products,
They have parking areas for Cars, Bikes And also for wheelchair which is really thoughtful.
And they accept payment through card, UPI or Cash, And if the place is crowded then u can use The decathlon App to do the payments by scanning the codes on the products u want to buy, Scan directly through ur phone and do the payment and on the way out u can show the QR code to the security, Which is generated after payment in ur phone. And so u wont have to wait on the Queue.

Huge place with sports dresses, sports equipments for men, women, and kids. Good quality. Indeed!

First things first! Always help the customers. Almost all the employees doesn't want to assist you with things. Lucky for me i found a really nice employee who assisted me and told me where to look for certain things. Other than him none of them wants to help. Another thing that i have an issue with are the sizes. I was looking for track pants and there basically nothing for people who are tall. Large, XL and even XXL has the same length which doesnt meet the requirements of people who are more than 6 ft. Utter disappointment.

I visit this place almost every month. It's a perfect place to buy all kind of quality sports gears in a reasonable price

I would say this place is heavens for any sports person or even any one who wants something that's related to tour, sports, gym, etc. They have coats, jackets, thermals, bicycles, gym equipments, swimming equipments, athletic accessories, and what not everything you look for. Amazing no contact, no cashier delivery is also there. With hell load of parking, this is my go-to place for sports.

The store is up and running with business as usual. That said, I mean they allow for in-store shopping and there is ample parking space available at the front area itself. The quality of the sports goods is up to the mark and the pricing is debatable as always.

I had an issue with a BTWIN cycle that I had bought online from Decathlon's website. Ajeesh (Excuse me if I spelled it wrong), A staff from this store was assigned to resolve my issue and I must say I have been mighty impressed with the way he dealt with the issue. His expertise is above par and his attitude was brilliant. Ajeesh was always available on phone and at times even went out of his way to help. He might not have been able to resolve the issue but he did all he could and I applaud the effort. People like him make you think that you were right in choosing Decathlon.

Decathlon changed the standard of sports related stores to a very higher level, Good job and keep it up

Best place to buy quality sports and outdoor activity apparels. Ample parking space. Quite expensive. But it's a price we have to pay for quality.

There is no quality in the product in decathlon. We buy a food ball after a few weeks back the product was complet and there is no service to get back ball in good condition.

This is to be changed with my last experience at Decathlon Vytilla store with their inability to serve a customer -
Me and family visited and selected our Goods and produced the Decathlon Online Gift card - but the order went to Kalamassery store (While I am present at the Vytilla store!) and the store manager could not handover the purchased goods because of some technical error with the App.
After 10 days they delivered the items Online from the Kalamassery store.
This kind of instances to be avoided - Else be confident to change the Slogan to "Satisfied or Dissatisfied" -.

Bilal fizal who was helping me out with the fishing rode was very polite and professional, he took the effort and tied the strings for my fishing rode which was very time consuming yet he was very polite and really patient. But unfortunately decathlon doesn't provide facility for gift wrapping. I wish you guys provided.

A very spacious n big showroom for any kind of sports, treking and hiking. The staffs are so experienced n with good knowledge and also very supportive.
Due to Covid, we want to wait infront of the showroom and should register using our name n mobile number (only vaccinated peoples can enter) and we will get an SMS, indicating that its our turn to enter inside.due to these type of measures they are brilliantly managing the crowd.

Not enough people to manage customers. I have waited long time to get the details related to the product which I was purchased. Not at all satisfied.

Provided me with a cycle stand that do not touch ground and a mud guard that always touch ur tyres. Very disappointed.

Going from a 4 star rating to a 2 star based on a cycle purchase experience.

Quality of cycle- 2/5.
Professionalism of the cycling team- 2/5

Had issues at the head tube- steerer tube area with an unacceptable play and the 'specialist' said because I was rocking the cycle holding just the front brake and if I held the back brake, it wouldn't be there! After swapping it with another cycle, this issue wasn't there and now the 'specialist', just asked in a condescending tone whether my issue was resolved with this piece. Knowledge and Professionalism?

The most humble and robust v-brake needed about 20 minutes of talk and repeated iterative requests to get it tuned. And one time, he popped out the outers, dropped in a few drops of oil, and popped the outers right back in without wiping off the excess oil that I had to ask an extra tissue from him to wipe off the excess oil from the frame myself. Poor quality of the parts combined with inexperienced and non courteous mechanics.

The front wheel reflector pops out 3km into the ride back while cruising on the highway. Chipped paint (not just a scratch!) when a technician accidentally dropped an Allen key onto the frame. I had to return back to the store midway because one of my prepaid accessory was not transferred into the swapped cycle. One of the technician was (kind) enough to pull out a front reflector from another cycle and handed it over to me. On requesting to assemble it properly, I was directed to the service bay, where an off-duty staff probably, clipped it onto my front wheel. On a request to double check a proper seating due to the reflector mishap half an hour back, he casually proclaimed that it just stays between the two spokes and it has only that much strength and it could pop out if ridden on bumps. Poor quality, poor QC.

For them it may be just another sale, but for me it was a gift for my parents and only for the want of my expecting parents at home did I persevere through this 2.5hrs (despite coming in focussed to just get the ST20 low S frame and return home asap) and not return it and catch a cab home empty handed. To the unaware customer the faulty piece would've been sold with the untrue rear wheel and a misaligned brake who would've taken that to be the ST20's stock configuration- pity!

Regarding process- one has to get one's desired parts prepaid before getting it even assembled. That's a bit unreasonable also because it wasn't the case in the other Decathlon stores I've visited- this is my 3rd in-store Btwin purchase for my friends and family in 2021.

Overall- not a kind of experience that one will want to look forward to while shopping for a bicycle.

Decathlon stores are a boon. Quality products at reasonable prices. Also price ranges from affordable to expensive making items accessible to everyone.extended warrantee, replacement and repair options in store; they have really good service and commendable support system. Must visit for all your health and sports related goods.

Superb place to buy sports goodies. They products from all kinds of sport ranging from football, basketball to horse riding. Staff is well aware of the sport. And customer service is A+. The best part is that they are open 10AM-10PM 365 days.

Today me and my friend visited this store for buying a shoe for my friend but sale executive not help us select product that man treated like us servents this same shoe salesman provided his service to a rich family is extra ordinary, we will not visit this store anymore they treated us like beggers

It was a very nice experience with decathlon, I bought a bag and a sweater and both of them are of exceptional quality and i'm really satisfied with the products and their interaction with the customer is very nice. Specially Nithin, he was very friendly and helpful.

I am a regular customer eversince it started in kalamassery and even in vytila. I was totaly disappointed last saturday evening.the guy in raincoat section in vytila store was really rude.please make sure ur sales personals behave properly with clients.i dont rember his name.he forcefully took back the merchandise from my hand and told that he will take it and give and no need to touch it.
I left the showroom immediately and bought raincoat from a shop in mg road.

Excellent shopping experience for sports wears, equipments and any sports related goods. They have wide verity of quality items spanning in different price range. Staffs are helpful. It's in the prominent spot near the highway, has a wide parking area, benches for relaxing and toilets facilities.

Good customer service. The employees are knowledgeable on the sports products that they are selling.so much so that they can give proper recommendations. Regarding the environment and the infrastructure, it'd be great if they could make the place air-conditioned. Kochi is an oven and without proper airflow, the place will make you sweat in minutes.which is actually an irony when you think of it. Heard the kalamassery decathlon is bigger. Nevertheless, I got everything that I went to buy. So the shop size doesn't matter as such.
