Deepa Spice World

While selling products my parents were promised that Deepa Spices will deliver the products to UK. After a month of following up they said they are not able to and sent the package to where my parents stay in India. So it's my parents headache now figure out the courier which is still fine if my parents had the invoice and prescription. Deepa world sent the consignment without a prescription and invoice. How are my parents supposed to arrange for an international courier without these documents! And now Deepa world are completely ignoring my mother's calls and messages. Please don't give additional stress she's also a senior citizen. Can you please call back or reply to messages? It would be much appreciated

Good place to explore kerala spices. The people are very friendly. You can even purchase their organic products/spices. But the plantation walk was short as I have been to many others where it was more informative and long duration. They take 100 rupees per person for the walk.

We visited the showroom of Deepa World during our visit to Thekkady. The stock and the courteous behavior of the owners and the staff were amazing. We purchased some spices for our own use as also for our friends and relatives. The quality of the products is outstanding. All the products are absolutely garden fresh and taste too good.

Ihad been very recently 8 days ago to Deepa World Spices and purchased so many spices. The quality of product is of high standard. The dealing with customer is very cordial and soft. Today again I had ordered more quantity of spices on line. Excellent.

Worst experience. They are money looters. Shocked to see their bottles are only half filled and its priced at Rs. 700 to 1k range. Very little quantity. Not worth the money.

A lovely place in kerala. With a spice garden.a place with lots of species like vanilla clove plant bay leaves n has various local fruits n vegetables. Lots of flowery as well as medical plants.fruits like fig. The guide who guide us to this place had lots of knowlege about various plants. I was really fascinated n thrilled by this place. It evn has medicinal plants and a store in there with lots of herbal medicine and tea powder and many more. It has rabbits. Loved they spice garden!

Worst saffron oil it was which i ordered from this store. It is thin and had no label and no GMP mark. When am placing order i said i want good qualiy one. Still this is the worst saffron oil i got in courier. Results are also not good.

Horrible horrible company! They are big time cheaters and looters. The lady literally forced products on us giving false information on them. We ended by buying products worth 15000 INR. On coming back home, I opened a chavanprash bottle by removing the outer plastic to find the aluminum seal broken and the product half empty. Unbelievably atrocious service by so called “world” center. Please don't waste your time and money here. They are not worth it. Shame on Deepa Spice world wrapping and selling used products.
